Guess Whose Back? Back Again!

My name is AquilaTempestas, and I have been part of the fanfiction.net family since 2006.

You may have come to know me as glitteredvixen06 (2006-2009) or AquilaTempestas (2009-2015) - this account is now called No Longer Active Here.

My history is a colourful one. I've changed accounts multiple times. Deleted my stories multiple times. Re-uploaded my stories many times.

You're probably wondering, why did you quit? I've been around this site for long time, and I've experienced a lot of abuse and pain since my first upload back in 2016.

All part of the fun of having an online profile.

I left fanfiction.net again in 2015. Once again, I removed everything (though I saved all my reviews). I was broken. Exhausted. I lost my love and spirit for writing. But the worst part? I felt alone. Many of the writers I had befriended over the years had called it quits (and many of those stories can no longer be found too sadly). I figured it was time for me to move on as well.

It did hurt to take everything down - at my peak, I have over 400 fans. I had become a household name in the Beyblade fandom for writing humour/parody. I was well known in the Ice Age fandom for Diego/Shira stories. I achieved a great deal of things, and sometimes I do have regrets deleting all that history, but I wanted nothing to do with this site.

In 2017, something happened.

I found my love for writing again. I made new friends. I reconnected with old friends. Mentally, my mind was in a much better state, and remains in good spirits now.

So, here I am again (third time? fourth time maybe?). I'm re-uploading the better of my old stories, and fixing them up. I'll also be uploading some never seen before material too. I do not ever expect to reach my old numbers again, but my main goal is to share my ideas with fellow fans.

Age - I am 27 (turning 28 in August. I'm old xd)

Location - Australia

Occupation - Studying to be a highschool teacher (english/history). I do have a business degree too, but that life did not end well.

Main Fandoms - Beyblade (since 2006), Ice Age (since 2012), Pokemon (since 2013), Supernatural (since 2011). I've also dabbled in several other fandoms including Dark Souls, Smite, Merlin, Harry Potter, Assassin's Creed, Resident Evil etc.

Genres - Humour/Parody, angst, drama, fantasy all with a dash of romance on the side. I do have a preference for anything dark and disturbing, and that tends to be reflected in my works.

I am the founder and single administrator running a writing forum hosted on Invision Power Boards. It's called The Artist's Zone.

I can promise you we are a very relaxed forum. I've been part of many forums myself as a member, and I have left several because of strict admins and mods. I swore to myself no forum I run will be strict. It will be a friendly and relaxed environment.

We now have a Discord channel (PM me for details).

What is the forum about? It started off as a place for writers to come together and share ideas and improve. But it grew into something more. In addition to writing, we do art, role-plays, general discussions about everything, video games and more. In addition, we have blogs, a video hosting area, and a live chat room.
