Author has written 8 stories for Harry Potter, and Everwood. Hi. My name is Kay, and...I'm addicted to slash. It started out innocently enough. I was just reading some simple *NSYNC fan fiction. Maybe a little TOO simple, because I got bored with it and the little Mary Sues. But I didn't want to stop reading. And then one day, I discovered *NSYNC slash. Originally I was discreet, reading it only sporadically and as kind of a guilty pleasure. Then I got hooked. I wanted more of it all the time, and I was no longer so discreet about it. I would do just about anything to get my hands on some more of my precious slash. It was just so well-written and enjoyable!Well, I had been devouring slash for about a year when I decided to try my hand at it. I wrote some *NSYNC slash and joined . Faced with all the possibilities, I soon became hooked on Harry Potter slash. It was so intriguing and fun to read! I was saving new stories all the time, and it was getting more and more difficult to get my fix. It wasn't long before I succumbed to the temptation and started writing Harry Potter slash. I went home this summer, and with work and our crappy home computer, I really thought that I could beat my habit. I was almost out of the woods...but then I innocently stumbled upon some Lord of the Rings real-person slash. And I'm afraid that I'm a goner. I can't resist the lure of the ring. I'm back to my old habits, reading all the time and squeezing in writing time when I'm in the mood. Alas, it seems like slash is a habit that I just can't kick. And I'm not sure that I want to. Be aware: I have the attention span of a fruit fly. Fic updates will be incredibly sporadic. Sorry 'bout that, but I can't help it. My creativity is not forthcoming on demand. |
