(Spoiler Warning for Danganronpa 1 and Danganronpa 2. This work is set after the official spin-off short story Danganronpa IF.) Mukuro receives an invitation from Junko. With the opportunity to reunite with her sister and put an end to the despair she's created, Mukuro sets out to find Junko and bring her back alive. Junko has a surprise waiting for her.

Spoiler Waring: Story contains spoilers for all of Danganronpa V3... Miu is out of patience. She has no desire to be involved in a killing game. So, she's decided to end it herself. She will do whatever it takes to escape from the Ultimate Academy. If that means building a Gigantic Laser Cannon, so be it. The Ultimate Inventor will invent a way out.

Four players enter. One victor leaves. Four Ultimate students are prepared to battle for domination in a thrilling night of Texas Hold 'Em poker. Bets will be made, tears will be shed, and some of our participants may die of stress. Or, more likely, embarrassment. Celestia Ludenberg is the dealer and commentator for a showdown between Byakuya, Peko, Mukuro, and Kokichi.

Junko is in a rut. The well of despair is running dry. In the life of a student at the most hope-filled high school in the world, there's no despair to be found anywhere. Joined by her big sister and fellow Ultimate student Mukuro, Junko begins her hunt. Wherever there can be despair, Junko will find it, no matter how trivial it may be. Mukuro wants Junko to not hurt herself.
