Author has written 6 stories for Harry Potter.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read my stories (hopefully). In the past I have been told that some of my stories were a BIT too graphic, so I have edited them a little, hopefully making them more to the liking of the readers on fanfiction. If my stories are not to your liking, please alert me and I will do my best to change that. And yes, I have posted some of these stories, or stories similar to these in the past, so if you recognize them that might be why.

About myself... I'm interested in everything: sports, outdoors, reading, flowers, acting, friends, family, my dog... the list continues. The only fanfiction that I will read/write is Harry Potter. However, I will read any genres or characters of Harry Potter, but I mostly write romance and humor (and those are my favorites to read as well). Seriously though, in the past people have asked me to read some of their stories that are other things... I don't know like other books or movies, and I tried SO hard to read them, but found myself bored to DEATH! I don't know why, but I just can't picture other characters doing things they don't do in the book (in other books/movies besides Harry Potter). And yes, people that pose as Harry Potter likers piss me off! They should just die... although I am for everyone liking Harry Potter because it rocks, I don't like it when people pretend to know everything when they DON'T and they screw up stupid things like peoples' names or teachers or... well just read some of the stories and you'll understand. But if you have a good Harry Potter fanfiction, I'd love to read it. :)

In real life I DO like things besides Harry Potter though. Like the movies... they're good but they just don't rock as much as the books do. Lord of the Rings is the other way around. I struggled to get through parts of the books, but the movies are pretty much just amazing. Hmm, what else? I've never read Narnia.. although I spose I'd like it because it seems like most people who like LOTR and Harry Potter like it. (I'm reading The Chronicles of Narnia right now, and I must say it's pretty good. The back of the book compared the author of Narnia with Tolkien-author of LOTR, and I must admit I was skeptical. But I suppose they are similar; they're both about made up worlds and characters, but Narnia is more of a fairytale, more fantasy. And even though it's geared more towards younger people, I think that once you get over the age where you're like 'oh, i have to read "cool" books that other people read', then you can enjoy Narnia. So although I haven't finished the whole thing (I think I'm on the fourth or fifth book), I would recommend it to people, but only if you like fantasy and fairytales.

I AM OBSESSED WITH PIRATES OF THE CARRIBEAN! I went and saw the ssecond one at the first showing-- 12:01am... yes, that means one minute after midnight! And yes, (once again) I was one of those completely awesome, amazingly wonderful people that went dressed up as pirates. (And of course wearing Johnny Depp/Orlando Bloom shirts!) And my pirate look included: excessive make-up, dirty make-up (so I looked filthy-like a pirate), large earings, bandanas, cuffed jeans... the list pretty much just goes on. Did I like it? Yes. Was it as good as the first one? Hell, I don't think so... but it was good. Wierd. Some of those characters... People that saw both of them, can you agree with me? Remember when that barnacle on Bootstrap's face GREW? I was a little grossed out right there...

Ooh, a good book that is extremely underestemated and never really took off is A Northern Light (By Jennifer Donnelly). I recomend it to anyone who doesn't like just the run of the mill novels and is looking for something different. Abarat, too, that's a good one--wierd though, even for me. (By Clive Barker) BUT IT IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES!Anyone else have any great, underrated books? I would LOVE to read them, maybe I already have... I've read a lot of the stuff out there.

I just finished reading The Devil Wears Prada, which was supposed to be really good... but I didn't think it was that was kind of like excessive swearing. "fuck this"... "fucking this"... and it was predictable. (I don't care about the language if it's only sometimes, or if the character is made to swear a lot, but I thought the main character was a little, shy girl and didn't really see the swearing fitting her part in the novel.)From the beginning I knew what was going to happen. Now, that is okay in movies, but in books I like to be surprised. I have yet to see the movie, but I still plan to go to that. I really wanted to read the book first, because otherwise the movies spoil the books. Anyone: is the movie worth seeing? Boohoo... I missed out on it in theaters, so now I'm gonna have to wait until it comes out on dvd. tear

Also, do you people like old books? I'm trying to read Gone With The Wind right now, aunt gave it to me saying it was one of her favorite books and I should read it. And she gave me like the old fashion copy... not how it was changed a little and made more readable for our times. (not that I would want it to be, because if I'm gonna read it, I'm going toread the real one)Well, I'm trying so SO hard to read it, and I just can't get into it.Supposedly it gets better a few chapters in, but I'm pretty far in and it hasn't yet.I like some parts, and I get excited because it starts to get better, but then it gets mundane again.I think what makes it the most difficult for me is the ongoing, neverending descriptions of the houses, the dresses, the weather, the trees, and just about everything else that you can imagine. I suppose that's what makes the novel a classic book... something that everyone should read, but I just don't like it.And then I tried kind of skipping over it more, and not reading everything, but that was difficult for me, too, because they talk differently becuase the book was written a long time ago. That usually isn't a problem for me, but for some reason when I'm skimming I just end up having to read each paragraph several times to get the meaning of it... which actually makes it take longer than just reading all of it. So all in all, it takes me a really long time to read two pages, and the book is like 700 some long... this is going to take me months to read! LOL.. although I suppose I could read it more quickly if I wasn't reading so many books at one time. haha. Oh well... did anyone out there like that book? Any hint on how to get into it? Cause I want to like it... I really do!

Speaking of old novels... for my English class I was required to read an excerpt from Moby Dick (which, surprisingly, wasn't as dry as I expected it was going to be), and I found inspiration for another story; not that I need another one, of course--lol. But a quote from the story will be my title, from which stemmed a complicated plot for another story...

Question: Who has read Wicked? It's kind of a parody about the Wicked Witch of the West from The Wizard of Oz and how she got so wicked. I've heard that it's really bad, but refused to believe it until I read it. Well, now I have the book to read, and just haven't gotten around to it yet, but yesterday my cousin was back visiting from D.C. and said that she loved it... so now I'm confused... But hoping that it's good. I know I've heard the play is amazing (in fact, I haven't heard anything bad about it from anyone), so maybe the book will be too, I guess I'll just have to read it.

Also, does anyone know when the Da Vinci Code is coming out onto DVD? The book was AMAZING, by the way, and Dan Brown is an amazing author. The movie... well... let's just say if anyone besides Tom Hanks was in it, it would have been a hell of a lot better. He just ruined the character-- I really don't think Tom Hanks is cut out to be an actor in those types of movies... he's more of the chick flicky type of actor (Sleepless in Seatle, for example). So I was really dissapointed when I found out that he was in that part, but the movie still turned out to be pretty good. But does anyone know when it comes out? It's been a while, and I want to see it again!

Well, I suppose now that I've rambled about nothing for several large paragraphs I should be done... yes, I think I've about covered everything by this point...oh.. this is silly to fit in anywhere, but I am a girl... I don't know if that matters, but some people wonder, so yeah. And my age... well that's not really relevant. All that matters is my stories... but just out of curiosity, how old do you think I am?

About my stories on fanfiction... All of them are a go... I haven't given up on any of them, but I'm a little (okay, a lot) out of inspiration for some of them. And recently I've begun working on another story about Hermione/Draco. I really really like the plot for that one, and have a nice little beginning going for it, but I'm not sure exactly where I want to go from there. It will be called "Cracking Draco Malfoy", and it's going to be fabulous... hopefully:)

Have a fabulous day!

XOXO
