Aunt May died not long after she found out Peter was Spider-Man. His Aunt Pepper with out question takes him in, and now he lives at the tower with the rest of The Avengers. His life is going ok, Flash keeps saying he is lying about being an intern at Stark Tower. When his class takes a field trip to The Tower, He is worried that his family is going to embarrass him. He is right.

Not long after Iron Man 2 Tony discovers that the little boy that he saved from the drones at the Expo is actually his son. He is nervous at first but once he meets Peter he calms down a little. With the help of his girlfriend Pepper Potts, he is going to do the best raising his 7 year old son.

Hydra forces her to fight them, but all she wants is their help so she can be free. It doesn't take long for Tony to realize she is being controlled, by Hydra by a collar around her neck, and helps her. Tony is the only one who trusts her.
