Parenting Lessons I Learned From Star Wars

1. It's okay to question your children. Using any method required.

2. It's okay to step back every once and a while to let someone else completely destroy their world.

3. When they've run away, chase after them and don't stop—

4.—If you still can't catch them, hire a bounty hunter.

5. Torturing their friends is an acceptable form of incentive when they're being stubborn.

6. It's okay to torture and freeze your daughter's boyfriends.

7. When they're completely out of line, cut off a limb.

8. Stress the importance of your children following in your footsteps. It is, after all, their destiny!

9. Take them to meet your boss to make connections and get ahead in life.

10. Blood is thicker than the promise to rule the galaxy, so kill the bastard who would dare hurt your child!

With these easy steps, hopefully your children will grow to be respectable, balanced individuals that look back and realize that you only did these things because you care.

Sincerely,
