Gibbs MCRT Team is not preforming probably there are old grudges in the group, resentment, hate and blame. SecNav sends in a Therapist to help them. She will also be working in the field with the team will she be able to help them?

Chapter .1.

Ziva hated Tony DiNozzo because of him she was tortured in Somalia, her boyfriend was dead. He was rude, childish, arrogant, lazy, annoying and didn't do half the work she and McGee did. Gibbs should show her more loyalty then DiNozzo. She was better than him and everyway. Why didn't Gibbs trust her to be his number one? Not a probie. Like she was now. She hated DiNozzo with a passion. She wanted him off their team. She planned to go to Gibbs about it. But she will wait for the right moment. Then she will strike…

McGee was irritated DiNozzo had been picking on him all day and was feed up with it. He couldn't believe DiNozzo was Senior Field Agent. He should be. He was better at computers then DiNozzo. He should be number 1. After all DiNozzo's health was slipping after he had the plague 7 years ago. McGee thought he shouldn't be on the team with his lungs as they were. And he was getting sick at least every winter. McGee was sure that he did more work than DiNozzo. He just sat at his desk eating pizza and teasing him. He couldn't possible have done heaps of work. But Gibbs fort to get DiNozzo back. Not him. He would have to go to the Director to complain about DiNozzo and try to get him out of their team. After all the Director didn't like DiNozzo either…

Tony had felt the tension in the air and tried to defuse it. But nothing was helping. He didn't know what was happening to cause the tension or the disrespect. Only Gibbs now really watched his 6. Ziva and McGee didn't. He hoped they would get over it soon so they could get back to a team that he knew had his back….

Gibbs also felt the tension in the air and knew where it was going from. He needed to fix it maybe a couple of headslaps would help them remember. Only Tony followed his instructions. Tony did a lot of work for him and NCIS. He was also like Gibbs's son. Only selected few knew that. He was Tony's next of kin and Tony was his. He trusted DiNozzo completely. But he was not quite sure about McGee and David. He would have to talk to them soon…

Vance was sitting in his office thinking about what the SecNav had said. He was sending in a Therapist to help his top MCRT team that included him, Abigail Sciuto, Doctor Donald Mallard and Jimmy Palmer. He didn't like this one bit. But he had an order and he couldn't disobey. He liked everyone on the team but DiNozzo. Vance didn't like him and he should have stayed Agent Afloat. But Gibbs threated him so he had to bring DiNozzo back. But he was waiting for the right moment to fire him. Hopefully he could do that soon. But with Gibbs in the way he would have a hard time getting rid of him. So he was off to tell his top MCRT Team they had a new member…
