As the loyally faithful knight kneels before her King as they prepare for war.
She rises, places a fist over her heart and boldly stares her King directly into his eyes.

With her voice quiet but firm
She announces
"I will fight for you, my Lord. And I will die for you my Lord."
The mighty king looks at his general. The only female in his ranks. He has seen her grow, topple men twice her size, and now he sends her off to fight a war that cannot be won.

He is a fearsome ruler but she always holds a place in his heart. But she is needed on the field. He knows what he must do.
He hardened his heart, looked at the beautiful face of his general and pronounced
"Go forth General Hyuuga. Take your armies to the west
And break the siege these cursed scum have put on us."

"Yes m'lord"

She replied as she bowed at the waist to her King.
Rise my General, said King Uchiha as he rose from his throne
He walked to his General, and softly cupped her chin
"Return to me, my sun. This is an order, not a request."
With tears in her eyes, all she could do was smile, because they both knew that survival was minimal.

But as a warrior, she must not show weakness. The King hasn't shown weakness, going as far as to send his young wife into war.
She angled her head as her King bent to lay his lips on her's
"I shall return my love", she whispered against his lips.
They embraced once more, hands lingering on each other, for this may be the last time they may touch.
General Hyuuga donned her helmet that was handed to her
And turned to her fellow warriors
"Today we fight!," she proclaimed
"For the King!'

"For the King!" they shouted with a hearty roar
The Female General took one last glance backwards, looking at her beloved king.

"Goodbye Sasuke," she whispered as she proceeded to ready her army.
