A/N: There is now a poll on the top of my profile page. You guys get to vote as to what I write next! Some things are dark, some things aren't.

On that note I am looking for a Batman/Robin beta who is ok with dark themes, slash, non-con stuff like that. My current Batman beta is not comfortable with that and I totally respect that. So if you or anyone else knows of someone please send them my way. I mostly need grammar help.

As for the chapter 17 contest, no one got it. The paragraph I borrowed from the comic was the one that is "Look, what we do, it comes with a cost. Too many of us have lost our loved ones and our families. We get so wrapped up in this crazy life that true happiness…..forever eludes us. For many of us the costs are almost too much to bear, so a little reminder of who we are, of what we work for on behalf of others, well, it can help."

It is from an older Booster Gold comic where Nightwing makes a guest appearance. Nightwing is apparently having second thoughts about being Nightwing and this is what Booster Gold tells him in order to get his head on straight.

I am having major, complicated, and dangerous surgery on Monday August 11th. It is a hysterectomy but a complicated one at that due to some previous health problems that I have. If you pray, pray for me. I won't be writing or posting until I am fully recovered from that.
