My little wonders
Two months pass since Skyangle very first and very worry some royal duty at Maretonia. Since then she was very lucky that she wasn`t called again to some summit where she could start a war. One morning Skyangle watch as Night was going to leave for some meeting for the royal guards in Canterlot.
"You sure you won`t get to lonely?" ask Night while putting his helmet on
"Nah! I`ll be fine Nighty" said Skyangle as she smiled at him
"Alright then" said Night as he kisses her on the lips "Have a nice day then"
"You too Nighty" said Skyangle
Skyangle waited for Night to be far enough so he wouldn`t see her fly the other way towards ponyville`s hospital.
"Congratulation Princess Skyangle! You`re one month pregnant!" said the unicorn doctor
"Pregnant!" said Skyangle in shock
"Yes! Looks like a new royal will be added to the family" said the doctor as he check his notes
"Pregnant!" said Skyangle as she walk out of the hospital while in shock "A foal!" as she look down at her stomach
Skyangle return home and lay onto of the bed still in shock of being pregnant with Night`s foal
"A foal! A son or daughter!" whispered Skyangle "I'm I really ready to be a mother to a foal?!"
Skyangle return downstairs and sat on the crouch and waited for Night to return
"Sky...! Skyangle were you waiting here for me?!" ask Night as he didn't except to see her
"Nighty...I...I'm...!" said Skyangle as she tried to phrase it
"Skyangle! What's wrong?!" ask Night with a worried tone
"Well...I'm...I'm...were going to be parents" said Skyangle as she anxiously waited for his reaction
Night gave a little smile and start to give a chuckle
"Really?!" ask Night with joy in his voice
"Yes" said Skyangle as she return his smile
"That`s wonderful!" said Night as he kiss her on the lips
"It is?!" ask Skyangle
"Of course it is! We're going to be parents!" said Night
The next day Night and Skyangle went to tell their wonderful news to their family and friends. While there were flying towards Canterlot Night thought about something very unique from Celestia and Luna.
"It`s strange really" said Night
"What is?" ask Skyangle
"Celestia and Luna are the oldest monarch ever! They both saw the birth of so many royals over the years. She was even there when Cloud Kingdom was created and was both there for every single ruler that the kingdom had" explain Night as he watch Skyangle's reaction as she realized it
"Your right! They've been there throughout their lives and the ones of their foals" said Skyangle as the first moment in her entire life she realized how old Celestia and Luna were
"And she'll be there for ours" said Night as he smiled at her
After announcing the news to Celestia and Luna they headed towards the empire then Cloud Kingdom. But one thing was on Skyangle's mind and was hesitating to announce her pregnancy to Lightning.
"Night do you think we should tell them?" ask Skyangle with a worried tone
"Skyangle" said Night as he could guess what was on her mind
"Wouldn't it be too painful for them mostly Lightning after losing her foals from that Crescent incident?!" ask Skyangle
"I suppose it would but they will be happy for us and they already have Elsie and Noble" said Night as he tried to comfort her
"Night it`s not as easy as you think, stallions don't understand how mare's feel when their pregnant" said Skyangle as she place her hoof on top of her stomach "It's something special and I know that the lose of a foal is something you never get over with"
"Your right" said Night as he thought about it "We'll see what will happen"
As they arrived at the castle and was lead to the throne room, Skyangle got very worried of Lightning reactions when she heard about her pregnancy.
"Skyangle! Night!" said both Lightning and Snow
"Hello Lightning and Snow!" said Night as he smiled at him
"We got big news!" said Skyangle with a nervously tone
"What is it?" ask Snow
"We're going to have a foal!" said Night as he smiled at them
Skyangle anxiously waited for their reaction
"Are they going to hate us? Or be anvious? Maybe they'll banish us from Equestria?!" thought Skyangle
"That's wonderful" said Lightning as she hug them both "Congrats!"
"Thank you!" said Skyangle in shock
"You look surprise?" said Snow
"I thought you would be angry or something" said Skyangle as she look at them both
"Why would we be angry at you?" ask Lightning
"Because you lost your foal from Crescent...so I thought you would be jelouse" said Skyangle as she couldn't even look at her
Lightning and Snow just smiled at them
"We would never do that" said Snow
"We're very happy for you both" said Lightning
"Yes we are sadden to not have another foal but that doesn't mean we can't be happy for you two" said Snow as he glance at his wife who gave him a nod in agreement
"So there was no reason to worry" said Night as he looks at Skyangle
"Of course not" said Snow
"Why did I worry so much" said Skyangle as she blushed in embarrassment
"It's alright you were just thinking of our feelings" said Lightning
"Lightning, Snow what names would you haves names your foal?" ask Night
"What would we have name our son or daughter?" said Lightning as she stare at Snow
"I suppose it could have been Serene for a colt and Lily Daze" said Snow
"Those are wonderful names" said Skyangle
Five months later Skyangle lay on the bed with her big stomach and her husband near her side
"So kind of names should we name our foal?" ask Night while touching her stomach
"I don't know?!" said Skyangle
"I think you'll know when we see our foal face" said Night
Another six months as pass and the big day had arrived, Skyangle was going into labor. After spending the last five minutes of panicking like a crazy horse he eventually bought her to the hospital and call to tell their family and friends of the arrival.
"Night I never knew that you would act like that" said Skyangle while she was waited for her contractions to be over
Night cleared his throat before answering "I don't know what your talk about" said Night
"I remember when we were at school that your father went crazy when you and your sister were born" said Skyangle as she smiled but went into pain from a contraction
"Uh...I guess I'm more like my father then I thought" said Night as he gave small a chuckle
Skyangle was able to laugh before another contraction took over
"Alright it's time to push" said a nurse as she walk in the room
"Okay" said Night
"I'm sorry your highness but no stallion" said the nurse
"What?!" ask Night in complete shock
"I'm sorry but you need to leave" said the nurse
"But...but...I...!" said Night as he was push out of the room
"Kick out too, son" ask Flash while sitting with Twilight, Light, bright, and their daughter, shining, cadence, and their son, Celestia, luna, skyangle's parents, Lightning, Snow, Elsie and Noble.
"I need to be with Skyangle" said Night
"It won't work son" said Flash as he walk towards him "I tried to get in to be with your mother so many times that they had security guard the doors"
"You did what?!" ask Twilight in shock
"Uh...I mean I waited passionately dear" said Flash as he smiled at her
"Right! If our second grandfoal wasn't being born right now" said Twilight
"That's my little sister" said Shining as he patted her on the back
"Shining! Don't encouraged that!" said Cadence
"Don't worry Flash you would want to see your wife shouting at you and treating to send you to the moon and don't get me started when Elsie was born!" said Snow as he could clearly remember when Noble was born
"Excuse me Snow!" shouted Lightning as she used her magic to pull on his ear "You try bringing a foal into this world!"
"You threaten to send him to the moon?" ask Celestia
"I suppose I did" said Lightning
"That's my girl!" said Celestia as she proudly hugs her
"Thanks mom" said Lightning as she happily smiled at her
"Lightning!" said Snow in shock
"Snow make sure to take my mail when you get there" said Luna as she chuckled
"Cool! Mom can you teach me how to send ponies to the moon?!" ask Elsie as she ran towards her mother
"Maybe later" said Lightning as she smiled at her
"What!" said Snow still in complete shocks
Everypony in the room laugh and laugh when the nurse came back
"Prince Nightwing are you ready to meet your new family?" ask the nurse
"Of course" said Night as he entered the room
As Night entered the room with his biggest smile on his face to see his wife and not one but two foals in her hooves
"Night meet our son and daughter" said Skyangle as he showed the foal's faces to their father
Night look down at his light gray coated son, with a turquoise blue eyes and navy blue mane. Next to him was his purple coated daughter, with dark blue eyes and navy blue mane.
"Twins! We have twins!" said Night with joy in his tone
"I never thought that we would have twins" said Skyangle while holding both of foals
"It's a wonderful surprise" said Night as he smiled at her "There both beautiful" as he look at his son and daughter
"What should we name them?" ask Skyangle
"Let see...? Ah! I know how about Serene for our son and Lily Daze for our daughter" suggested Night
"I love those names" said Skyangle as she started to cry
"Welcome to the world my little wonders!" said Night as he held his wife close to him
One by one everypony entered the room expecting to see one foal but were all surprise to see two foals. After a few minutes of congratulations and questions the most important moment arrived.
"We decided to names them Serene for our son and Lily Daze for our daughter" said Night as he and Skyangle look at Lightning and Snow
Lightning and Snow smiled and speechless
"I hope you don't mind" said Skyangle
"No its fine" said Snow
"You don't know how much this means to us" said Lightning while whipping tear
"Those are beautiful names" said Snow
"Welcome to the world Serene and Lily Daze" said everypony as they all cheered
