Hey everyone, BloodKnight here. Now, I suppose many of you have been wondering for the past year or so now, just when the next chapter of this fanfic is coming out. Well, I'm here to tell you all…that the next chapter will never be coming out. Now I know there are many of you that will hate me for this, some probably more than others since I promised to keep working on this, but please just here me out on this. You see, when I first started this fanfiction, I had this vision of this incredible battle harem fanfic for one of my favorite Nickelodeon characters. I had created this entire world of magic and supernaturals, and the school the kids attended. However, as I got more and more into the story, I came to love the world I created and begin to go more and more into it than I originally planned. Eventually, it got to the point where I wanted to take this story and make it into its own original work with its own characters, story and such. As I came to see the story as its own original work, I began to stop seeing the original vision I had for it…and began to lose the passion and drive to continue writing it. I tried to get back into the swing of things, I tried to look at the fanfic as itself and even come up with a completely different vision for how the story should go, but no matter how much I tried, I only kept seeing more and more connections for the original work that it inspired. Not only that, but there were other factors that got in the way as well. Personal problems in life, schoolwork, writer's block, other story ideas, the list goes on. So it's with heavy heart that I must officially announce that Crimson King will no longer be updated through me. Now, I say "through me," because I still want this story to continue and thrive as it should. That's why if anyone would like to continue this story and give it the attention and dedication that it deserves, I will gladly give you full permission to take this story as your own. Just PM me if you're interested. But there is some good news though. I will be working on another Freddie harem fanfiction to take this one's place, and this one will not go through the same original work problem of its predecessor, as this story is not the type of story I'd write about for my professional career. Hopefully I should have this new fanfic up by next Saturday, so I hope you all can give it a chance. Once again, I want to apologize for keeping everyone on the fence about this for so long, I feel terrible about all of this.
