I really have no excuse for not updating this story last week other than I was having a serious writes block issue. but I was finally able to sit down and write this up for you guys and after about 5 hours of near constant writing I finally finished it. It's a bit of a longer chapter so I hope you don't mind.

Enjoy the Read.

Chapter 30

One's duty…to one's Family

The Warriors continued to stare in horror at the massive Creature before them, as the Black and Red skeletal Dragon continued screeching into the open skies, as it continued to take in the fresh air it had been denied for exactly 1500 years. The older Raven looked down upon the Warriors, with a twisted sneer plastered across his face. He had done it! Things may not have gone about the way they were intended to originally; the way he KNEW they should have anyway, but that was hardly relevant now. The Titan was freed, and now, all that awesome power it possessed was now finally his!

As Drizen pondered over his success, he looked up from the Volcanic Ring he was now standing on and over towards his younger counterpart who was still getting his bearings while riding atop of the Dragon's head. The altar, which had originally been constructed around the Titan's head by the ancients in the past, was now all but gone, with only a few bricks wedged in between the scales here and there. To think that the great sorcerers of the ancient past had possessed the power to imprison such a beast literally within a mountain, completely encasing the creature in rock.

Even with the added power of the Forgotten Stars aiding them, it was still an impressive feat all the same. One that the old Raven could certainly appreciate. And now, the very power that had once sealed the Beast away was the very power that had once again released the monstrosity upon the world once more. Drizen could practically taste the irony and could only imagine the ancients now panicking in the afterlife. But that wasn't all that the Forgotten stars were doing for the Titan. No, there was much more to it than that. And as The Raven from the future looked up and upon the fruits of all his labor, he was beginning to see the Power of the forgotten stars finally start to take effect on the Titan.

With the Warriors…

As the Kung Fu Masters all looked up at the Creature that had climbed out of the Mountain, it was Shifu who managed to notice a slight change beginning to occur. As the Red Panda continued to watch, slowly but surely sections of the Titan's exposed flesh was beginning to close up and soon flesh was slowly being replaced by skin and scales. "It's…healing." Shifu stated, causing all of the other warriors to look over at the Small Master while Mantis asked, "Wait, what are you talking about Master Shifu?"

Shifu then looked at the others and said quickly, "Pay close attention to the exposed sections on the creature's body." Viper couldn't help but cringe as she muttered, "If we must." And so all of the warriors turned back and looked closely at the Titan, and sure enough, Shifu was right. The Dragon was somehow healing itself right before there very eyes!

"What is going on!?" Nightshade asked anyone who had a clue. It was then when Gladir had a suggestion, "It's possible that even though it is now freed, the creature is still drawing power from the 3 worlds it is still connected to." Po however wasn't convinced as he asked, "Connected to? But Gladir, that beam of light vanished!" But the golden dragon then stated, "Just because you may not be able to see it directly, does not mean that it is not there my friend. Take our connection for example. You felt it the moment it was severed as did I, but also when it was reestablished."

At this Po nodded slightly in understanding when Gladir also pointed out, "Look up atop of the creature's forehead, Po. Do you see them?" At this Po squinted his eyes in concentration, and as he looked up he could finally see what Gladir was referring to. Embedded within the Dragon's forehead just in front of the Younger Drizen were the 3 Keys they had been trying to recover, each one now resonating a powerful white glow.

"It is still drawing power through those keys and they're still drawing power from the forgotten stars. The more time that passes, the more powerful the creature is bound to become, I am sure." Po nodded as he then turned back to Shifu and started, "The Keys-!" but Shifu cut him off as he said, "Yes, I was just wondering about those. It is possible that this Titan is recovering thanks to the forgotten stars."

Tigress then stepped forward as she said, "Then our next move should be obvious. We need to remove those keys, or at least somehow destroy them before that creature can absorb any more power." It was here where Mantis hopped up onto Po's shoulder and pointed out while waving his claws, "Sure, all we got to do is climb up a freaking Half dead looking dragon, get past 2 crazy bird sorcerers, who I might point out are apparently the same whack job, and smash 3 magical glowing rocks that can somehow, and man do I like this part, Draw power from 3…different…worlds! Or was it stars? Whatever, the point is, ARE YOU CRAZY!?"

Viper was about to reach up with her tail and smack that insect into the mountain's wall, when Monkey beat her too it and swiped Mantis clean off Po's shoulder while shouting, "This whole Mission is crazy! And to top off the Dragons, sorcerers, and multiple worlds, you forgot the whole Time traveling Raven and Panger from the future!" At this, Li's eyes raised slightly in confusion, wondering just what it was he had done to get dragged into this conversation, when Shifu bellowed amongst the warriors, Enough of this! We have much more pressing matters to deal with." It was here where Shifu pointed at Po, Tigress and Nightshade, "You three will be tasked with destroying those Keys. The rest of us will focus on keeping the Drizen from the future busy, so that he will not interfere."

The Remaining Members of the Five were about to agree when Li stepped up and nearly shouted, "No!" All of the Masters, along with Nightshade turned to face the Panger with slightly surprised expressions while Li continued, "You can't send them off to fight Drizen!" Shifu then looked over at Li and demanded, "And just why is that exactly!?" But to Shifu's bewilderment, Li couldn't answer him right away.

As the Panger stood there listening to the Titan roar above them, he was recalling the day when almost his entire family, along with Mr. Nightshade, were completely overpowered by the Raven and then murdered one by one. That may have been 10 years from the present day but still…he knew his aunt and uncles were no match for an even more powerful Drizen. In Li's experience, the older Drizen got over the years, the more powerful he also seemed to become, so there was no telling just how truly powerful this Older Drizen really was.

Although Li didn't want to bestow any doubt upon the Masters, hiding what he knew would only serve to anger his Grandfather and ultimately get him nowhere, so he calmly looked Master Shifu in the eye and said, "Grandfather…if you and the others go after that Raven…he will kill you. I've seen it happen once before. They…never stood a chance." As Li finished, he looked over and saw exactly what he was expecting to see. He saw the faces of his Aunt and Uncles, each covered in a mixture of grief and disbelief.

"Wait…so you're saying that in the future…we…die?" Monkey had asked quietly as he looked over to his Comrades. Po was looking at Li helplessly, hoping against all hope that he didn't actually hear what his Son had just said, but Li just looked at the Warriors and stated coldly, "Yes…and for Drizen, it was beyond easy. Like I said, nobody even stood a chance, not except for Father and Mr. Nightshade…but even they fell eventually."

Shifu immediately stepped forward right then as he nearly shouted, "Enough! I thought I made it perfectly clear to you that knowing the Future will only cause us difficulties in the present day!" Li then looked down at his Grandfather as Shifu continued, "And I find it incredibly difficult to believe that I personally would have failed to instruct you in the awful truth that in our line of work, as part of our Duty to China, that there is ALWAYS a chance that one's next mission, could very well be one's last!"

It amazed Li how he had forgotten just how infuriating his Grandfather could be sometimes, but then again, maybe it was also something that was slowly being wiped away from his memory by the whims of Time. Whatever it was, he couldn't decide, nor did he care as he shouted into his Grandfather's face, "Yes, but you also taught me that one does not to throw away one's life foolishly just to achieve an objective. If you send them to distract Drizen, then that is exactly what you are doing Grandfather, You are throwing their lives away!"

It was then when Tigress stepped forward and roared, "ENOUGH!" Both Li and Shifu looked over at Tigress who looked like she could have pummeled the both of them if given the chance, but before she could say anything else, Po spoke up from behind his wife and pointed out, "Shifu, maybe Li has a point. After all, you once told us before that Kung Fu isn't much use against Magic."

Upon hearing this, Shifu's eyes widened briefly before his ears fell slightly. It was true, back when Nightshade first came to the Jade Palace after the Hei'an incident seeking help from the Dragon Warrior and the Masters had first learned about Drizen, Shifu had told Po that Kung Fu was all but useless against Magic, which was why Po, Tigress and Nightshade were truly their only defense against it.

Shifu then looked up at the Panda and asked seriously, "Then what do you suggest, Panda? So far those Ravens have bested the 3 of you each and every time you have faced them." Po nodded as he scratched the back of his head and mumbled, "Yeah…I know." When Li spoke up once more and said, "Yes, that's true. And even in my time, they were only ever able to just delay Drizen and his plans…but this time things might turn out different."

At this Shifu whirled around and demanded once more, "And what makes you say that?" Li looked at Shifu briefly before looking up and over to his Parents and Nightshade before he said, "Because this time I can help. I have the Power that Father left me to use to protect China with. With it, we might actually stand a chance!" As Li said this, he quickly raised up his right arm revealing his golden Dragon Bracer as he finished, "This time, things can turn out different." And as if to add emphasis to his point, Li closed his eyes and concentrated briefly as he called upon the forces of the Heroes Chi, wrapping himself in the powerful glow of his Father's Legacy. However, what happened next, Li never saw coming.

A few seconds after Li summoned the Heroes Chi from within the Bracer, Po instantly dropped to his knees and he grabbed his head with both his paws and released an ear splitting scream. "GYAAAAAHHHAAAAA!?" Tigress was immediately down beside him, as was Nightshade, as the Tiger demanded, "Po!? Po what's wrong!?" But Po could barely hear her because he was in so much pain. It literally felt like something was splitting his head in two!

"G-Gladir…what's…happening!?" Po managed to scream his thoughts at the Dragon, when all he heard in response was, "Of course…It's the Bracer." Po eventually managed to crack open his eye long enough to see Shifu was once again standing in front of the Panda gripping the bear's face as the smaller Master shouted, "Come on Panda, what is it? Fight through the pain and talk to me!" It was then when Po finally managed to grunt out, "B-Bracer!" Shifu's eyes widened as he quickly whirled around and shouted, "Stop using the Heroes Chi this instant!"

Although Li had been so focused on his Father's sudden screaming, he quickly shook his head and released his hold on the Heroes Chi and his aura dissipated rapidly. As soon as Li released the Heroes Chi, Po released his head and was now gasping for air as he dropped his paws to the ground to brace himself. Shifu slowly looked from Po and then over to the Panger as he came to a realization, "It was you. You are the cause of this…or rather…that Bracer is."

Li looked from his bracer and then over to his Father, while he and Tigress were looking up at their Son questioningly. Immediately Po thought to the ancient Dragon in the back of his Mind, "Gladir…how did you know it was the Bracer?" Gladir then explained while watching the Panger's bracer through the Panda's eyes, "When I first laid eyes on this version of Li, I wondered how he could possibly be able to use the Heroes Chi. You see, it's power can only be wielded by one individual at a time, so when he revealed to us he was from the future, at least that question was answered. Even if the Heroes Chi is held within an object, it is still a part of who you are, Po. Being used by someone else, even a descendant, has dire consequences on the intended host, mush like you have experienced. "

But Po immediately asked, "But back in the Volcano…he used the Heroes Chi before and nothing happened to me then." But Gladir then pointed out, "Yes, but I still felt the Heroes Chi cry out in defiance regardless and remember, we were separated at the time. You no longer had possession of your own Heroes Chi to react to the power within the Bracer." Upon hearing this, Po looked up from the Bracer and into his Son's eyes as Gladir finished, "So long as he continues to use the Heroes Chi within that Bracer…he will continue to put your life at risk."

Po then briefly closed his eyes before opening them again and stood up to his feet. Once Tigress finished helping him up, Po looked over at Li, who was looking absolutely helpless. The Panger tried to say something but Po spoke first by saying, "You can't use that Bracer…not here. That's what's been giving me those intense headaches lately."

Li began shaking his head furiously as he said, "I…I don't understand…nothing like this has ever happened before…why now?" Po watched Li for a brief moment while everyone else turned to the Panda for an explanation. After taking a breath, Po closed his eyes and said, "That's probably because…where you're from and when you started using that Bracer…I was already dead." Li's face immediately dropped when he heard his Father utter those words.

As the Panger lowered his head and allowed his father's words to sink in, Li then muttered, "I came back…to make a difference. To help you all stop Drizen for good. But now…now I'm just useless. My being here is nothing more than a mistake-" but as Li was finishing his sentence, he never even noticed that his Father had walked over to stand before him until Po reached out and grabbed the Panger by both his shoulders and shook him lightly to gain his attention while the Panda said, "Hey…that's not true." Li looked up at his Father questioningly and was about to protest when Po smiled and explained, "You've already done a lot. You saved me…you saved your Mom…I think that's doing quite a bit."

Li was staring at his Father in awe, before he briefly looked over to his Mother who nodded her head in agreement. Li then turned faced his Father once more before whispering, "Father…I-" But Po cut him off, as he reached up and placed his right paw onto the Panger's head and ruffled his fur a bit, an action Li had not experienced for so many years, that it left him completely speechless, while his Father said, "So let us take it from here…Okay?"

Although Po's paw was still on his head, Li just continued looking up at the Panda and for a brief moment, there was a flash and Li was able to briefly see the very Panda who had raised him alone practically his entire childhood. The strong, confident warrior who was somehow still able to show how much he cared for the Panger. But just as quickly as the image arrived, it had indeed disappeared and Li was once again staring at t the younger Version of his Father.

After staring at the Panda for a few more seconds, Li nodded his head as he finally whispered, "Yes Father… I understand." And with that, Po smiled as he released the Panger and said, "Thanks, Li." Before turning back to Tigress and Nightshade and said, "Well…guess it's now or never guys." Tigress smirked as she playfully teased "Try to keep up, Panda." While Nightshade just nodded and said, "Let's do this quickly already. I just want to go home already." Po laughed as added, "I hear that." Before he looked up at the Black and Red Dragon and said, "Let's clean this up quickly so we can see our kids again." And with that, The Destined 3 prepared themselves.

Nightshade quickly conjured the forces of his True Darkness, wrapping his entire being within his Dark Blue Aura, while Po conjured up the Forces of the Heroes Chi, and his form was now too enveloped in his own aura. But when Li turned to look at his Mother, he all but lost it as he watched the Tiger Master pull out her own Dragon's Heart Necklace, close her eyes and focus. In seconds, Tigress's necklace began to glow and Li's eyes snapped wide open as her entire body was wrapped within a fiery red aura, as she unsheathed her claws in the process too and looked over to her husband, giving him a slight nod before looking back at Li, who looked like he literally had no words.

"I…You…Mother…you have power … just like Father!?" Tigress half turned her head and smirked at the stunned Panger as she stated, "Well, somebody's had to keep your Father in line all these years. What? Don't tell me no one has ever taught you the reason that the two of us have been named China's 2 Lights?" Li just slowly shook his head no in stunned silence when he heard his Father say, "Really? Well hey; I guess I know what bedtime story to tell you next time when we get home."

Upon hearing this, Li couldn't help but blanch briefly due to hearing himself being associated with something so Childish, even if his Father was only referring to Li's younger counterpart, which the Panger hoped was the case.

It was then Tigress ordered, "Let's go, that Titan isn't going to stop itself." And with that, all 3 Warriors leaped up the Wall, using their enhanced strength thanks to their individual abilities and began to scale the Mountain wall. All the while Li was watching his parents climb up the mountain and towards the dragon, as his paw slowly lifted up and behind his Jade green training vest, where he slowly revealed a second version of his Mother's Dragon's Heart Necklace, except this was the version from his own Time.

Shifu immediately looked over at the Panger and noticed the Necklace and so he asked, "You have THAT with you too?" everyone else was now looking at Li and the necklace in mild surprise, as the Panger muttered, "Y-Yeah…but…I never knew it could do anything like that." Shifu looked at the Panger slightly surprised before he looked back to his still climbing students and whispered, "Be careful…all of you."

At that moment, with the Two Ravens…

The old Raven watched as the Panda, Tiger and Wolf continued to scale the Mountain at a relatively quick pace and were beginning to draw near to the Titan's lower body. "Well it's about time those Imbeciles made their move. Now I can enjoy watching their demise while witnessing the power of this magnificent beast." As the older Raven finished his thought, he looked up at his Younger counterpart and shouted, "Drizen, it's time to show these fools what it is they are truly up against!" before the older Raven took to the air and began descending upon the approaching warriors.

As a response, the Dragon roared while the Younger Raven shouted, "I believe you're right, old man!" and with that, Drizen waved his left wing over the still glowing embedded keys within the Titan's forehead and shouted, "Time for your first bite to eat after 1500 years. Now GO!" and with that, the Titan roared once more and began to unwrap it's body around the mountain enough so that it could make its way towards it's approaching meal.

The 3 Warriors watched as the Titan was now unwrapping itself from around the mountain and sections of rock began to fall all around them. "Look out!" Tigress warned as she dodged a falling boulder that nearly took her right arm off. Nightshade then shouted, "We need to separate!" Po nodded and added before they did so, "We got to make it to the Titan's head and destroy the Keys! We have to do WHATEVER it takes!" At this, Po briefly locked eyes with Nightshade and in that instant, an unspoken understanding passed between the two. Tigress and Nightshade both nodded in acknowledgement, before they each split off from the Dragon Warrior, Tigress going left while Nightshade went right and Po continued scaling up the middle.

While Nightshade was concentrating on avoiding any falling debris, he almost never even noticed the older Drizen swooping down upon him until it was nearly too late. Just after Nightshade finished landing onto a ledge after avoiding several boulders, he looked up just in time to see the Older Drizen was only just a few feet away with his talons outstretched, ready to tear into Nightshade's flesh.

Fortunately, Thanks to the recent years of training with Master Tigress, along with Nightshade currently using his True Darkness, Nightshade managed to lean far enough to the side so that Drizen's talons only managed to slightly tear the fabric on Nightshade's gray vest. As the wolf righted himself he immediately twirled around and produced a ball of Dark blue fire and hurled it over towards the Raven, Missing the bird by a few inches.

Drizen arched to the right as he came about for a second try, while shouting down at Nightshade, "Tell me Nightshade, do you truly believe that you all actually have a chance? I've been orchestrating this moment for decades Nightshade; there is nothing you can do to stop it." Nightshade growled as he waited for the right moment as Drizen was dive-bombing. When the Raven was just a few yards away, Nightshade's Dark blue aura flared as he leaped up, and threw himself right at the Raven, Digging his claws into the Raven's flesh while he screamed, "I do! Because if there is one thing I've come to learn, it's never to underestimate the Two Lights."

Drizen screamed in a combination of both pain and rage as he flew himself into the mountain wall back first, forcing Nightshade to smack against the wall for him and allowed Drizen a chance to break free of the Wolf's grasp, and the chance to fly a small distance away.

Once Nightshade recovered from the initial shock of the impact, he immediately reached over and dug his claws into the mountain's surface and began sliding down onto a nearby ledge. Looking up, Nightshade noticed Po and Tigress were nearing the top of the Mountain where the Dragon's head was and began thinking to himself, "Looks like you two are going to have to start without me. But don't worry; I won't let this guy interfere with you. Just stop that Titan guys."

When he was finished, Nightshade turned back to see The older Raven was now hovering just above him and Nightshade released a vicious snarl. The old Raven just looked down upon the Black wolf and scowled as he muttered, "I just don't see it." Nightshade raised his eyebrow in confusion while Drizen went on and said, "I just don't see why, out of all the potential vessels to choose from…why did The Great Lord Hei'an choose you to bear his Darkness? Such a waste of incredible power."

For a brief moment, Nightshade was silent, as he clenched his fist tightly and looked away. But after closing his eyes and releasing a breath, Nightshade then said in a serious tone, "You're right Drizen…it was a waste. His darkness was no good!" at this, Nightshade snapped opened his eyes once more, only now they were glowing a fierce dark blue color much like his aura as the wolf continued, "And that's why I chose to cast Hei'an out! He was WEAK Drizen, just like you!"

Upon hearing this, Drizen immediately *Cawed* and flew down onto the ledge opposite of Nightshade as he spat, "You and I both know Hei'an wasn't the one who was weak Nightshade! The only reason you were able to escape his clutches, was thanks to the Dragon Warrior!" Nightshade nodded as he smirked at the raven which admittedly surprised Drizen a bit, before the wolf stated, "You're right. If it wasn't for the Dragon Warrior, I'd be just another puppet of Hei'an's Darkness again. But thanks to Po, I was able to discover my own power. My own Darkness…my True Darkness. And let me tell you Drizen, it's more powerful than any Dark Magic you can conjure up."

Drizen was about to show Nightshade just how wrong he was, but his curiosity was piqued due to the Wolf's recent claim. "And just what is it that makes your Darkness more powerful than mine?" At this Nightshade smirked and once again Drizen noticed, as the wolf explained, "Because unlike you, My Darkness's strength come from those I cherish. The one's I chose to keep in my heart. My Wife, my daughter, my Alpha and my friends…they all give me strength Drizen, Strength you can't even begin to comprehend."

Drizen immediately howled with laughter upon hearing the Wolf for several seconds before he finally managed to say, "Ahahahahahaaaa! Oh you stupid Wolf! Have you not been paying attention this entire time? You have been NO match for me at all! And now all of the sudden you think because you have a few friends, that you can defeat me? HA hahahahaha!" Nightshade then shook his head briefly as he stated simply, "Not just that-." Causing Drizen to stop short as the wolf reached behind him and withdrew his black staff with the white Dragon wrapping around it and said, "-but also, because my Alpha has finally give me permission to go all out. This time Drizen…You're going to see what I can really do."

As Nightshade finished his' grip on the staff tightened and Nightshade began to focus on channeling his Darkness to his staff. In seconds, Drizen watched as the White Dragon pattern on the staff changed to a dark blue and the entire weapon suddenly caught a blaze with dark blue fire, yet nightshade was still able to maintain his grip on the weapon and acted as if he hardly felt a thing.

Drizen stared at the now burning weapon in the wolf's paw. Of all the things he had seen this was definitely a first and that bothered the Raven a great deal. He did not like surprises. "Where…did you get that weapon Nightshade?" the Raven asked while Nightshade's glowing eyes narrowed briefly before saying, "The Dragon Warrior managed to convince the Grandmaster to let me borrow it, as a means of controlling my True Darkness. And does it pack a punch."

Drizen's eyes narrowed as he shifted his stance slightly and said, "It hardly matters Nightshade. It's going to take more than a burning stick to defeat me!" as Drizen finished, Nightshade immediately twirled his staff to the right and stuck a nearby boulder in a blur of motion. Only instead of the rock exploding like Drizen anticipated, Nightshade's staff literally cleaved right through the rock, like a knife through a moon cake! Dizen's eyes were now wide as tea cups, as Nightshade twirled the staff some more and then stopped as he said, "I think I'll take my chances." And with that, Nightshade charged the Raven in a blur of motion, while Drizen began muttering one of his incantations.

Unbeknownst to either of the two, kneeling behind a few stray boulders on another ledge below them, Yin was watching the battle between Nightshade and the older Raven like a hawk. Most of the Members of the Fang had cleared out once they saw the Dragon, but after Yin got over the sheer shock of seeing the hideous creature, she saw Nightshade and his friends were rushing to confront it and the next thing she knew, she was fallowing them up the mountain.

"Sis?" Yin immediately withdrew her dagger and whirled around only to have her wrist grabbed from behind by a stronger paw, as she heard a deeper voice say, "Watch it, girl!" It was Feng who was now holding Yin's wrist with her twin brother Min standing just behind him while the Dark gray wolf snapped, "What do you think you're doing Brat? You'll end up getting yourself killed!" Yin quickly pulled free of her Father's grip and turned back to face her older brother and just whispered, "It's Nightshade… he's fighting the Raven alone."

At this, both Min and Feng looked up and Feng's eyes widened when he saw Nightshade swinging a staff that looked like it was made of fire. "Runt…just…what are you?"

With Po and Tigress…

Tigress and Po were quickly scaling the mountain, with Tigress using her claws to scale the mountain walls while Po focused on jumping from ledge to ledge. Pretty soon, Tigress reached the Dragon's lower body and as she neared it, she jumped up and using her claws, clung onto the creatures body and proceeded to run along the Dragon's back.

The Titan immediately noticed that it had an unwanted passenger climbing up its back and was about to bring its head around and snap at the Tiger with its jaw, when it was suddenly blasted in the face with a Golden Chi Blast! As the Titan turned to face the source of the attack, it saw a Panda with a rather bright golden aura about it on a ledge nearby shouting, "Over here you stupid Titan!"

Tigress immediately rolled her eyes and would have smacked her forehead if her claws weren't busy as she muttered, "Smooth Panda…insult the giant lizard being controlled by a maniac. That can only be a good thing." and resumed her climbing.

Po managed to fire off about 2 more Chi blasts at the Dragon's face before it finally got mad enough and began to sift and move towards the Panda, causing Tigress to cease her ascent and dig her claws into the creature's scales so that she could hold on.

The younger Raven however, was screaming at the Dragon at the top of his lung's shouting, "What do you think you're doing? The Tiger you idiot, you need to get the Tiger!" But for some reason, the Titan wasn't listening to the Raven's outburst. Its black eyes were completely focused on the Panda and even then, Po got the unnerving feeling that it was really looking through him, rather than actually at him.

Drizen had had enough of this creature's disobedience and sow he waved his wing over the 3 Keys and shouted, "I raised you from your mountain Prison, It is I who you shall obey!" and with that, Drizen muttered another incantation and the Titan immediately began to roar in protest, but eventually ceased it's rage filled cries and began turning away from the Panda. "Oh no you don't buddy! Po shouted as he once again resumed his climb.

Tigress was almost at the Dragon's head as she began to pass behind the Dragon's front legs. But as soon as she thought she had it in the bag, the Dragon whirled its head around and snapped its jaws at the Feline. Thankfully, the creature wasn't all that fast and as it neared the Tiger, Tigress focused all of her energy and pushed off the Dragon's back, leaping straight up into the air and over the Dragon's head.

Po watched as Tigress's red figure soared into the air. Now above the Titan, Po tried using everything he could muster and quickly leaped up the mountain wall and towards Tigress. as they neared, their eyes locked and Tigress knew what Po had in mind.

Reaching out with her Paw, Po grabbed a hold of it nice and tight before asking, "Ready?" but all Tigress shouted back was, "GO!" and with that, Po swirled Tigress around and threw her towards the Dragon. When he let go, Po pulled his right paw back and began building as much of the Heroes Chi up into his paw as he dared, before thrusting it forwards shouting, "Hyaaaah!" and released a powerful Chi blast aimed straight at Tigress.

As Tigress was hurling towards the Dragon's forehead, Drizen looked up in horror, as Tigress brought both of her paws back and willed her Heroin's Flame into her claws. A few seconds later she suddenly felt a wall smack up against her back and knew Po had hit his target, as she was now being hurled towards the Titan at an even faster rate.

As she neared the Titan's forehead all Tigress could think about was that if they didn't stop this creature right here and now, then Li's entire future was in danger. Allowing those emotions to fuel her, Tigress's claws ignited and with a surprisingly savage roar, threw her paws forward the instant she reached the Dragon's forehead and she felt her paws make contact.

The sheer force of the blow was enough to snap the Dragon's head forward, causing Tigress to fall forward and away from the mountain's wall. "Tigress!" Po shouted when he noticed she wasn't gonna be able to catch herself, and even though Po was falling down too, Po immediately put his paws to his side and dove towards the Tiger.

Although Po was now falling faster than her thanks to his weight, he knew he wouldn't be able to reach Tigress in time before she hit the ground, so he opened up his paws and began released a Chi Blast in each paw, trying to push himself towards the Tiger like he had done back in the Volcano. "Po! If you keep this up, you'll wear yourself out before-" But Po silenced the Dragon by screaming in his head, "I DON'T CARE! I'm not losing Tigress. Not now, not EVER!"

It didn't take long for Po to eventually catch up with Tigress after that, and as he neared her, Po called out, "Tigress!" Tigress looked behind her and was shocked to see Po, but when she saw him using the Heroes chi to propel himself towards her she screamed, "Are you Crazy!?" But her question went unanswered as Po ceased his Chi blasts and reached forward and grabbed Tigress, with both his arms. Tigress then shouted, "You're going to kill us both Po!" but Po didn't say anything as he reached forward with his right paw while holding onto Tigress with his left arm and focused as much of the Heroes Chi as he could into his palm. "Po, that's too much! You'll never make it back up the mountain after all of the Chi you've already used!"

But Po ignored the Dragon as he fired the Chi blast straight at the ground with a loud roar. Almost immediately Po and Tigress's descent was slowed significantly, but Po's strength was now fading so fast that he wasn't sure if he's be able to last long enough to make them stop. Tigress looked over at the Panda and started, "Po please, if you don't stop you'll-" but Tigress never got to finish her sentence when suddenly a white blur was nearly upon them and caught the Panda by the shoulders in its talons. Tigress looked up to see it was Crane who had caught them and was now slowly but surely flying the pair up towards the ledge where Shifu and the others were waiting.

"Crane?" Tigress asked in amazement before Po released his Chi blast and sighed before saying, "Perfect timing buddy. I actually thought we were gonna be goners there." Crane grunted in pain slightly as he said, "A few more bean buns and you just might have been! Carrying one of you is one thing, but both of you!? Don't get used to it!" With that, Po just laughed lightly while Tigress released a sigh.

Once they reached the ledge, Crane dropped Po and Tigress onto the ground and immediately Po fell to his knees as did Tigress. "Mother, Father!" Li shouted as he ran over to his parents followed closely by Shifu and the rest of the Five. Once Crane landed beside Viper, Shifu asked, "Are you two alright?" Tigress then answered for Shifu, "Yes, but the Titan!"

Immediately, everyone looked up to see the Titan shaking the stars out of its head while Drizen continued to ride atop it and was once again sneering down at the Warriors. But what held Tigress and Po's attention at the moment was the fact that they could still see the 3 glowing keys in the Dragon's forehead, and the Dragon was till noticeably healing.

"We…missed?" Po asked in shock while Tigress shouted, "No! No I know I made contact with it, I had to have destroyed at least one of the Keys!" But Shifu then stepped forward as he said, "I'm afraid not. You see, just as you were about to make contact, a sort of black bubble appeared around Drizen and the keys. That is what you hit." It was Po who breathed out, "A barrier…lust like back at the Dragon's tower." Tigress then looked over at Po and said, "And that time it took all 3 of us just to break through, and it nearly killed you in the process."

Po looked away upon hearing this briefly before he noticed something, "Hey, where's Nightshade!?" It was then everyone heard a loud howl, followed by a vicious *Kaw!* and Shifu stated, "He appeared to be dealing with the Drizen from the Future. The Question is…what do we do now?"

Tigress then looked at Po as Li was helping his Father to his feet. Po then blurted out, "I don't know how much more I got in me…that last bit of Chi I used really wiped me out." Tigress would have commented on that but knew it would have been useless as she folded her arms and looked up at the Dragon that was now searching for the 2 that had managed to daze him so.

Po was then thinking to himself when he suddenly had an idea as he recalled something Gladir had once told him back at the Dragon's Tower after they defeated Drizen the first time. If Tigress shad never brought up how Po had nearly died back then, he probably never would have remembered.

"Because you have graciously allowed me to exist within your soul…we have formed a bond. We are connected and are able to share each other's strength. It is because of this bond, that I am only able to unleash my full power as I demonstrated slightly today…but…there is a dire risk." Po then asked curiously "What risk?" Gladir looked at the panda seriously and stated "Because it takes so much Heroes Chi to even attempt, much less maintain, the odds that the host will die due to over using the Heroes Chi are just too great. You creatures were not designed by creation to be able to maintain our celestial power for extended use."

"By using your body as a medium…I would be able to join you in the fray…and my true form that you see before you…would be visible outside your body, but our bond would still keep me tethered to you…until it is severed by either you releasing me…or if you die."

As Po finished recalling the memory, he then thought to the Dragon, "Gladir…what if we tried-" but Gladir immediately cut the Panda off as he actually shouted at the Panda, causing Po to flinch, "HAVE YOU LOST YOUR MIND!? Attempting such a feat when you are at full strength is already almost a guaranteed death for you. Now you have the Gal to even suggest such a thing while being held up by your own son!? Forget it Po, I would never agree to such a thing."

Po then sighed as he replied, "Alright…it was just an idea." but as he thought this, his eyes slowly drifted over to Li's bracer and a new theory began to take root. "But…if I was at full strength…if I hadn't used so much of the Heroes Chi…then you would tell me how to do it? How to use our bond?"

At this Gladir was silent for a brief moment before he said somewhat defeated, "Honestly…against an opponent such as this, I might actually consider it. But Po… you cannot hope to recover the Heroes Chi quickly enough…it's impossible, even with my help." Po's next question then surprised the Dragon as he asked, "What if I don't have to recover my Heroes Chi…what if I could find some more…like…10 years' worth of it."

Gladir's eyes then snapped open as he then looked through the Panda's eyes and saw the Panger's Bracer. "Li's Dragon Bracer." The Dragon whispered when Po asked, "Would it work?" Gladir however was silent for a moment which cause Po's heart to race as he asked again hopefully, "Gladir, would it work?" After another moment, The Dragon then whispered, "It…it just might. It is after all filled with your Heroes Chi…I don't believe if you were the one to use it, that it would cause you any harm. And with that much Heroes Chi…there is no telling how long I'd be able to assist you before needing to return."

That was good enough for Po, as he quickly removed himself from Li who was supporting him, causing the Panger to panic, "Father? Please, take it easy. You need to rest." But as Li was trying to sit his Father down, Po quickly reached forward and grabbed the Dragon Bracer that was on the Panger's right wrist. Immediately Li froze at the action and stared at his Father questioningly before asking, "What are you doing?" at this point everyone, including Tigress was now watching the two as Tigress asked, "Po?" but Po only smiled as he said to the Panger, "You said that you came back here to help us. That you wish there was more you could do, right?"

Hearing this, Li nodded his head but refused to take his eyes off the Panda as Po continued, "Well I think you came back for a reason too. Li…I need to borrow this." As he said this, Po indicated the Bracer and Li briefly looked down at it. Tigress then asked, "Po, why do you need Li's bracer? I thought that was what was causing you so much pain?" Po nodded as he explained, "It was…but only whenever-"It was here where Li finally realized what his Father was saying and finished for him, "-Whenever I used it."

Po nodded his head and asked, "You got it. Now…can I have it?" Li however remained hesitant but eventually, he reluctantly removed the bracer from his arm and handed it over towards the Panda. Po immediately strapped it on and as soon as he did, he could feel a somewhat familiar warm sensation coming from the bracer. Almost as if it was happy to be with him.

Shifu the stepped forward and asked cautiously, "Panda…what are you up to?" But Po just smiled as he replied while staring at the Topaz Gemstone embedded within the Dragon's head in the Bracer, "Something pretty Awesome Master." With that, Po closed his eyes and focused while Gladir instructed.

"Alright Po, time to see if you can even use the Bracer. According to Li, you spent the next 10 years pouring your Heroes Chi into this Bracer so it should react to your will just like normal. Try calling out to it." Po took a deep breath and released it before giving it a shot. At first he didn't feel anything at all. But that soon changed when the Gemstone on the Bracer began to shine and his entire being was soon engulfed in a massive golden Aura.

Po gasped as he opened his eyes in shock, he could feel it! There was so much power flowing from the Bracer that Po thought like it wasn't going to stop! Shifu and the others watched in amazement, as Po's aura flashed time and time again, the Heroes Chi that had been stored within seemed begging to finally be released now that it was reunited with its proper host. "It's working!" Po shouted while Gladir ordered, "Focus Po! If you allow too much of this power to run free, you'll end up blowing yourself up from the inside out. Control it, Po!"

Po nodded as he closed his eyes once more and focused; willing the Heroes Chi to calm itself and shortly thereafter Po's aura ceased its constant flaring and became a gentle glow. Tigress then whispered, "It…it works…Po, whatever you are doing is working!" Li was staring completely dumbfounded, before whenever he used the Bracer, it only seemed to cause his Father pain. Now…his Father was controlling it!

Gladir then said to Po, "Alright…now for the moment of truth. When I tell you, gather as much of the Heroes Chi within yourself as you can muster. You want to build it up within yourself as much as you can without overdoing it. Once you've had enough, unleash it. Do you understand?" Po nodded as he walked over to the ledges edge. As he neared it Tigress was about to go after him but Shifu held her back and shook his head no.

Li then called out to the Panda, "Father…what are you doing?" but Po just half turned his head and smiled at the Panger and Li noticed his Father's eyes were once again glowing a bright gold as the Panda said in his own voice, "It's my duty to protect China as the Dragon Warrior. But it's my job as a Father…to protect my family." and with that, Po turned around again, leaving an incredibly stunned Li and a confused Tigress staring at him as he finished in a voice that was a combination of both his and Gladir's; the same voice Li heard him use the day he sacrificed himself to let Li and Xue escape from the Village when he was 15, "No matter what it takes."

After taking a deep breath Po closed his eyes and what he did next nearly gave Tigress a Heart attack. He jumped.

"PO!" Tigress screamed alongside Li who shouted, "FATHER!" and immediately the two raced to the cliffs edge and watched the Panda plummet to the earth once more, and once again his being was wrapped in the golden aura's of the Heroes Chi.

As Po continued to near the ground below him he kept on building the Heroes Chi within him, using the power of the Dragon Bracer while Gladir was saying, "Keep going…just a little more…almost…NOW!" The instant Po heard him, the Panda roared as he unleashed the full force of the heroes Chi, wrapping himself once more in its light.

The Warriors were watching over the ledge when suddenly the Panda seemed to all but explode in a wave of light, as a Pillar of golden light shot up past them all and into the sky, causing all of them to fall back on their rears while they could not help but stare in awe at the beam. As they continued to watch Tigress whispered, "Po?" while Li couldn't help but mutter, "F-Father?" when suddenly there was a flash of movement, followed by a gust of wind, forcing the two to shield their faces briefly. when they looked back and up, Tigress's eyes were wide with shock, while Li managed to whisper in disbelief, "It's back."

Nightshade and Drizen had been locked in a deadly combat, with Drizen hurling spell after spell at Nightshade, who was continuing to dodge them expertly, countering with his own Dark fire attacks when the giant pillar of golden light caught their attention forcing the two to stop. "What is that?" Nightshade asked while the Older Raven failed to keep from saying, "So…he has revealed himself after all." Nightshade then whirled back to face the Raven as he demanded, "What are you talking about? Who's revealed themselves!?" but what the Raven said next wasn't anything Nightshade was expecting him to say,

"Guang."

As soon as Nightshade heard that name, he slowly turned his head back to face the Beam of light and whispered, "Po?"

With Drizen and the Titan…

Drizen was staring in horror as the pillar of light shot up in front of the Titan and nearly missed the Dragon's head by a few meters. What was going on? Was that Panda still able to fight? But all previous thoughts of the Panda were soon wiped away when Drizen saw what was now hurling towards him from within the Light. "That's… not…possible." The Raven whispered, while the Titan's black eyes continued to watch the scene unfold expectantly.

As the light soon began to fade, a large, Golden, Chinese Dragon was now spiraling upwards in the air, as it continued to fly up alongside the mountain and towards the Black and Red Dragon. As it neared, Drizen saw that it possessed a rather magnificent golden glow to its scales until he realized that it was not merely the sun reflecting off the creature's scales, but rather was its own aura of power.

Drizen was trying to figure out where this creature could have come from when he eventually received his answer as the approaching Dragon neared Drizen's own height. There, standing atop of the creatures head in between its golden horns with his arms crossed and a victorious smirk over his face, stood the Dragon Warrior, only now, Drizen could see the Panda's eyes were now shining a bright golden color along with what appeared to be a golden tether of sorts connected to the Panda's chest which appeared to be made entirely of energy, while the other end was connected to the Dragon's head.

Once the Golden creature ceased its climbing, it stopped and hovered for a moment in front of Drizen and his Dragon while the Panda smirked at the Raven said in a voice so surprisingly deep Drizen wasn't expecting it,

"You're not the only one with a Dragon on your side, Drizen."

And as soon as Po finished, Gladir released a Deafening roar in response that seemed to shake the entire mountain itself.

" GWRRRRROOOOOAAAAARRRR!"
