Pardon the mistake, but Methotrexate is yellow and Doxocillan is yellow and Cisplatin is clear.

Jack was five chemo treatments in and still had a full head of hair, which he was quite proud of, but luck can't last forever.

Jack woke up and sat a large clump of his hair laying on his blue pillow. His eyes went hide as tears slipped down his face. It was real. His cancer was real. Sometimes he thought that he just couldn't do it anymore, but he never told the Guardians. He occasionally asked if they would miss him if he died and always got a positive response.

Jack grabbed the clump, stuffed it into his hoodie pocket, lifted himself into his wheelchair with great difficulty, and headed to the Globe room. His arms shook with the exertion of wheeing himself around, soon he'd have to rely on someone else to help him around.

There was one thing Jack hated more than losing his hair and that was seeing just how emaciated the chemo was making him. Jack had gone from just over a hundred pounds to eighty three pounds in the month and a half he'd been doing chemo for five weeks.

"Hello Jack. How are you feeling today?" North asked.

Jack grinned. "Just fine. Bit nauseous, but that's it." the clump of hair weighed much more than it should have with dread for the next question.

"Any hair?" North looked like he wasn't expecting a yes, but that's what he got.

"Yeah." Jack held out the clump in shame and depression.

"Do not be ashamed. Tis okay." North hugged Jack, took the hair, and put it in a baggie. "Anything you want to do today?" he asked with a gentle smile.

"Can Bunny bring his painting stuff and some eggs? Or just some paper... I want to be helpful in any way."

"I shall ask him."

ROTGROTGROTGROTG

Bunny brought over a large amount of eggs, about fifty different colors of paint, and a wide variety of brushes.

Jack smiled and helped paint.

It didn't take long for Bunny to feel that familiar ache as he watched Jack struggle to hold the egg and the brush. "Do you want me to hold the egg mate?"

Jack almost shook his head, but then he nodded. With Bunny's help he did a lot better until his third egg. His hand shook and the egg looked like a disaster and Jack knew Bunny would never use that one.

In order to fight the tears threatening due to his failure Jack ran a hand through his hair and found a large clump threaded between his fingers. Jack's eyes widened in horror and he burst into tears.

Bunny wrapped his arms around Jack and fought his own tears. "It'll be okay Jackie." Would it really?

This is centered around him losing his hair and how weak the chemo is making him. Yes, people do lose weight that drastically when on chemo.
