AN: IMPORTANT! To anyone who just skipped to that latest chapter of the story, go back a chapter because this was a double update, so this is the second of two chapters I released today. If you miss that chapter you will miss out on humor and a key moment that affects this chapter!
How Aizen Lost It All
Inspired By Tite Kubo's Bleach
For weeks after the loss of his hair Aizen refused to leave his room. Sure, he could use his power of illusion to make it seem like he still had it, but it wouldn't be the same. Of course, it didn't help that Grimmjow and Gin had spread word of what happened to every single creature in Las Nochas.
Now, for what seemed like the hundredth time since he had locked himself up he sat in a chair and stared at a blank wall ahead of him, his brown eyes listless. He probably would have stayed that way if not for the sudden knock at his door.
"Go away!"
Aizen knew he sounded childish, but he didn't care anymore. There was another knock, more insistent this time.
The once-brunette man snapped, "What do you want?!"
"Lord Aizen," Ah, so it was Ulquiorra who wanted in, "I have something I believe you might want to see."
With a grumble Aizen put the illusion of him having hair on and moved to the door, unlocking it. Without pausing to see if Ulquiorra was going to follow he went back to his chair and plopped onto it sulkily, resting his cheek on his hand.
"Go ahead and show me what you want to show me."
With a small nod Ulquiorra reached towards his face and pulled out one of his jade green eyes, making Aizen inwardly gag in disgust at the action. The pale arrancar then proceeded to close the now-empty eyes and project what he had seen into a sort of hologram in front of Aizen.
Aizen watched bit of a boring battle before he saw a girl that caught his attention. She had long auburn hair and wide gray eyes that focused on a target with a horrible injury that seemed like it would take months to heal- if it got better at all- and healed it with a glowing orange light in a matter of seconds. Just as good as new.
He had never seen anything like it before. Her power seemed amazing, like it could do anything, like it could… like it could grow back all of his hair!
A slow smirk spread across Aizen's face as he had the last thought.
And then, unknowingly, he said the words that would seal his fate.
"I want her."
AN: So… it's finally the end of the last chapter of the story. I actually feel a little teary here. I've taken a long time to finish this story (Way too long, in my opinion), and the characters of this story have experienced anger (Mainly Aizen), pain (Again, mainly Aizen), and tears (Of laughter). I hope everyone enjoyed this wild roller coaster of humor and stupidity.
By the way- while I bullied Aizen a lot, I don't hate him. I actually kind of like him. Why? Because he's the fun, pompous villain that's hard to hate (At least to me). Oh, and without him we wouldn't have met Grimmjow. Or Ulquiorra. They're awesome. (Fun Fact: When I said this to my sister she nodded and, quite seriously, said something along the lines of, "Amen to that.")
I would also like to apologize for all the names that I spelled incorrectly in this story. I never really had a ready source for the correct spelling and therefore probably misspelled a lot of the names. Sorry.
Anyway, feel free to review! I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts on this final chapter (And the one before it)!
