First Time

His breath hitched in his throat as the fangs sank down.

It hurt. It hurt beyond anything he thought he could ever feel. It was like fire burning through his veins, twisting into his heart and charring everything inside. Tears slid down his face as she drank, as his hands tightened on the edge of her skirt.

It hurt! Oh, it hurt!

A scream bubbled in his throat, threatening to be released as he lay there, helpless against the little girl in his lap. It hurt! As he sobbed, he started forward, freezing against her as her canines shifted inside of his throat. His hands relaxed, growing limp beneath her black hair as the pain began to dim.

A gasp emerged from his shaking lips as it began to feel… it began to feel strangely good. Instead of feeling like someone was tearing his throat out, like she actually was, it began to feel like the girl was pouring herself inside instead. He felt her tears trickle down his neck.

She was shaking.

His hands, as heavy as they were from the lack of blood and the excess of euphoria now coursing through his veins, slid up the back of her neck, freezing only when she shivered. He began to feel her lips on his skin instead, not the fangs she had driven into him.

He felt her tears instead.

He could feel her fear instead, feel her terror that she had killed him, and feel her shame as she drank from his veins.

If only he could share how good it had begun to feel.

He moved his hand up to her hair, felt the coarse ends of her cropped hair, and whispered softly to her.

"Xion…"

As he said her name, he felt her lips curl up into a smile and her tears stop. She slowly extracted her fangs and slid her hand into his instead. He fell limp against the floor, closed his eyes against the sudden emptiness inside of him, and began to smile.

When she sat up on him, he could see his blood trickling down her mouth. He only reached up and wiped it off. Despite his weakness, Riku could still find a little bit of humor in her desperate and miserable expression as she looked him over, looking for any signs that she had drank too much and needed to get him to her father as soon as possible.

The king of the night would help his foster daughter's boyfriend, naturally.

But that wasn't what he found so funny. A low chuckle comes from his lips as Xion leans over him, presses her head against his chest so that she could listen to his heart. She was checking for damage but even if he really was hurt, the little dhampir couldn't have stopped him from laughing. He ran his fingers through her hair, gently pulling a tangled knot apart.

"I'm glad you're not a full vampire," Riku moaned with more than a little pleasure and more than a little pain. "I don't think I could have taken it."

Uh... hi. I think I oughta explain this. Well, here goes. This is coming from an idea I had a long time ago about a story where Sora, Roxas, and Xion turned into half-vampires because of being bitten in Halloweentown as children. Since I'm probably not going to write it, I wrote this instead!

Er, in my sick twisted head, female vampires release an intoxicant that paralyzes their victim and send their nerves into overdrive. This ramps up their dopamine production. ... Hence Riku's reaction. The first time title comes from the idea that this was the first time she bit him on purpose. Yes, I made Riku the girl! XD
