Not much have changed since Ayaki's bloodied appearance at their doorstep. The students were mainly using the training rooms to ensure their skills didn't slacken nor drive themselves crazy with boredom. Akira remained by Ayaki's side, changing the bandages when necessary and keeping his intake of medicine into his body.
Rin and Kuro would patrol the grounds at certain times of the day. So far, nothing has come their way yet. Which was fine given that it let them further out their plans for different scenarios that may occur. Even with the knowledge that they were after him, Rin was aware that it was useless to give himself. It defeated the purpose of everyone saving him in the first place.
A slow change was happening. The walls were having damage as the days progressed. When one of the members left to gather supplies, they were attacked. It was a lot harder now, but they had enough supplies to last them a while. Given that it was pain in the ass, Rin ensured that the protective barriers were still able to withstand the damage.
Slowly, Rin was unable to sleep well due to perpetual worry nagging at him due to the walls. The only way he was able to sleep at all was when Akira drugged him with some melatonin and Kuro sleeping on him to prevent from moving. The only good thing out of the entire ordeal was that Ayaki was healing well. His injuries were almost healed, but he was still in a coma. Why at this point, no one knows quite yet.
"Alright, I'm tired of this nonsense!" roared Rin, stepping into the living room where luckily everyone was gathered. "What are you hollering about now?" Akira sighed, taking a break from holing herself in Ayaki's room. "We're sitting ducks right now! We can't leave without getting attacked and I don't know how long it will be until things progress worse."
"Please tell me that you're not suggesting what I think you're suggesting. Together we could handle it, but we don't know what the numbers will be," Yukio reasoned, a frown marring his face. "It's better than staying here until we all die! Supplies will get low which will limit us even more! Fighting back is risky, but it's better than nothing!"
"I—I have to agree with Rin on this. If we plan on what we should do for a plan, maybe we'll be alright. We're on our own," Sheimi reasoned, only stuttering a little in the beginning. "That's true. If I'm going to die, I want to do it on my terms, not the demons," Izumi huffed.
"What are you thinking about?" Akira asked, resting her full weight against the cushion she was using. "Well I was thinking of going into groups to specific locations at the grounds. Each one would have a mission that needs to be completed that will help us get out of here. The overall goal though would have to be killing as many demons as we can."
"You do know how risky that plan is?" Rin rolled his eyes. "I'm aware, but does anyone have anything better than this?" No one spoke up. Yukio gave a deep sigh. "Alright, fine. How are the groups going to be arranged?"
