A/N: Sorry this took so long, but it's the last chapter, and last chapters are hard for me to write. Sorry. It wasn't going to be, but it ended at the end. So . . . yeah.

This chapter is dedicated to Singing Fire, the one who started it all. ;)

Enjoy? Please? Review?

Percy POV

It was a day two weeks later when Percy woke with an odd feeling. For a moment he lay still, staring up at the bottom of the bunk above him. His green eyes flickered from side to side as he tried to figure the feeling out. Then he pulled his legs over the side of the bed, standing and waiting for the remnants of pain to crest over him. And waited. And waited. And realized what the odd feeling was. The lack of any pain. Wow.

"Are you okay, brother?" Tyson asked from his own bed, where he was rubbing sleep from his eye.

"Yeah," Percy said, wonder in his voice. It had been so long since he had felt free of pain. "Yeah, I'm great." Tyson's smile took up almost his whole face.

"That is good brother. The others have been wanting to see you, but Will has been saying that you needed rest."

Percy hadn't been out of Cabin 3 in days while he healed, the only visitors allowed were Will, Tyson, and Annabeth. Though the latter was likely because no one would be able to keep her away. At one such visit, Annabeth had told him that she and the others had gone up to Mount Olympus to receive the gods' thanks.

'They promised to finally release Calypso, by the way. Your father asked me to let you know," she had said. 'Leo seemed particularly happy.'

'What did they decide about the statue?' Percy had asked her.

'It's going to stay here in Camp Half-Blood. They think that the Parthenos being found is part of what was behind the end of their personality disorder.' They shared a smile at that; because when had the gods ever had a personality worth keeping? Oh well. 'The Romans are heading back to their camp. Did you know they make Frank Praetor?'

'A good choice,' Percy had responded. 'But what about Jason?'

Annabeth paused in her action of organizing his clothes in their drawer. 'He . . . he said he knows who he is and where he belongs now, and that it's with Piper. I think the decision was a little hard on him, but Reyna told him that he would always be welcome at Camp Jupiter if he ever decided to go back. She also extended the invitation to all us Greeks. Chiron told them that they were welcome here as well.'

A sudden memory had hit Percy then. 'Have you thought about what I said on the Argo II?' he asked. 'About going to school there?'

Annabeth had beamed at him. 'I'd love it.'

"Sally told me to tell you that you had to go see her and Paul as soon as Will said you could," Tyson said, pulling Percy back to the present. Sally. His mom. Percy winced internally. It had been too long since he had seen her, and suddenly, that one phone call seemed woefully inadequate for everything she must have been through.

Pulling a clean T-shirt over his head, Percy marveled at how his shoulder operated fluidly, rather than with the dull aching throb he had become used to. "Is breakfast already over?" he asked his brother. Tyson nodded apologetically, but Percy just shrugged.

That was the thing about not being allowed out of the cabin even to eat. Your mental clock gets a bit off-kilter. Then Annabeth came through the door with a tray covered in good foods.

"How'd you know I was awake?" Percy asked her, a bit surprised.

"Ella," She said with a smile. Indeed, the Harpy was trailing behind her, muttering something unintelligible, as she was wont to do when not paying attention. "You're looking energetic."

"The pain's gone," he said, excited. Annabeth nodded.

"Will said you'd be all better soon," she said, setting the tray on his nightstand. "He also said that until he gave the say-so, you're not to overexert yourself." Percy grimaced as he sat on the side of bed, moving the tray to his lap.

"Go get him and tell him I'm fit as a fiddle?" he implored, turning puppy-eyes on his girlfriend.

She shook her head with a small exasperated smile on her face. "Eat, then I will." It was quiet for a moment, apart from Ella's muttering and Percy's chewing. Then she stood. "I'll be back."

Percy had finished the meal (toast and applesauce and waffles covered in syrup) by the time Annabeth got back with Will.

"Heard you're feelin' better, Perce."

"No more pain~" Percy said in a singsong voice. "Also, congrats, Dude. Tyson told me last night when he came in."

Will's cheeks flushed in slight embarrassment. The fact that he had asked Nico out after lunch yesterday had spread like wildfire, and the fact that Nico had said yes had exploded like a few dozen fireworks. "Um . . . thanks. Now, no more of that. I'm your doctor, Jackson."

"Sure, Will," Percy said, something like mischief twinkling in his eyes. Will took only a moment to look him over, moving his arm to test his shoulder and prodding at his back to test the scars there.

"Alright, you're good. Also, you're mother's up at the Big House. She got here this morning and Dionysus was convinced to let her in." Then he sped away. Annabeth was looking at Percy with her I'm-a-little-offended-by-your-apparent-lack-of-tact look.

"Oh come on, I can't congratulate a friend on scoring?"

"You're a bit dense sometimes, Perce," Annabeth said, shaking her head, then lifting the tray off his legs and pulling him up. "Now lets go see your mother."

"You wouldn't love me any other way," Percy said with a smirk and a wink as he followed her out the door.

They raced towards the big house, Percy reveling in the stretch he was giving his legs after days cooped up in the cabin while Will mother-henned him. Percy hesitated for a moment in front of the door. He hadn't seen his mother in so long. He hoped she wasn't angry at him. Oh gods, he was so screwed. Then Annabeth slipped past him and turned the handle.

"Oh Perce!" He barely had a second to look into the room before he had an armful of Sally Blofis-Jackson. "I've missed you so much! They told me you were badly injured, are you alright now? Thank you so much for the phone call, I was so worried!"

"Let the boy breathe, Sally," came another voice, and Percy nodded to Paul in thanks before the man was hugging him too. "Welcome home, son," he said, pulling back. Yes, Percy thought. Welcome home. This was home, and for the moment, it wasn't in danger. His smile grew wider.

A/N: The End.

I'm sorry if it seems abrupt, endings are my weakness. Also, it's hard to end PJ stuff, because there will always be more things going on. Goodbye my friends. (i'm not going to be doing a sequel, sorry to anyone who wants one. I just don't have the raw ideas for one, but I do for other stories.) I'm gonna miss you guys. Drop me one last review? For old time's sake?
