(Last chapter, my lovelies. ;A; I love you all, and thanks for all the comments and support. I don't own Shingeki no Kyojin.)

This was it.

The year passed; Levi and Eren were unseperable through the holidays, and the two went from Juniors to Seniors.

Track had begun again the next spring, and Levi and Eren both gave it their all, participating in the same 200 over and over.

Levi even decided to participate in other things as well, finding himself to be a little more open to trying new things. He'd given Eren an apology when a few of his teammates tracked Eren down, crying and thanking him, because Levi was joining conversations a bit more, adding in thoughts and ideas, and becoming greatly respected instead of isolated.

Eren flashed a bright smile, and God bless his soul, Levi swore he could hear the sound of hearts being pierced by the arrow of cupid.

Said 'sound' seemed to reverse as Levi flashed a glare, saying, 'He's mine.'

This went unnoticed by Eren.

Today would be the last meet for the season, before baseball and softball were to begin. It was taking place at Levi's school. A new school had joined a while back, called Garrison high. They had some pretty good runners, but none could compete with the unseperable males.

None dared to make fun of them. Levi was respected because he was scary.

Currently, Levi was waiting in his team tent for the rest of the buses to arrive, more specifically the one Eren would be on. He sat cross legged, tapping face with a finger absentmindedly, while the rest of the hand supported his face, also supported by an elbow on his knee.

A few of his teammates spoke to him, and he would reply most of the time, whether it be crude or not. They loved it because he was finally opening up to them. They made sure to stick around Levi even more so when Eren was around, because Eren never ceased to make him smile.

Or them either.

His silver eyes lit up when Eren's bus came into view, and he immediately cursed himself for acting like a puppy who hasn't seen their owner in.. forever.

But the thought disappeared completely as he watched Eren step off the bus, wiping off imaginary dust before turning his head in Levi's direction. Turquoise eyes lit up as well, and a blinding smile was flashed to Levi as Eren waved excitedly.

The raven gave a soft smile in return, waving slightly.

He then proceeded to stand up, ignoring the whispers from the girls of the team, 'They're so cute together!', 'Eren's so cute~!' 'Don't say that, he belongs to Levi!' One of the girls scolded another.

D mn straight Eren was his.

Eren's team set up their tent some place on the opposite side of the field, much to Levi's dismay.

He can't remember when Eren became a drug, and he became addicted.

But there was always something about Eren's dimeanor, how he went about whatever he may, like there was nothing to fear in the world, yet everything. He learned from his past, he became stronger. The brunette never let anything he learned go to waste, and he made sure to hold onto his innocence. No one could get to him, and he doesn't learn from the bad, but the good.

Not to mention Eren was wise, in a way. Like.. he held the world's perspective in his beautiful color-changing eyes; like he could see everything, anything, and...

To say Levi admired him was an understatement. Eren seemed like.. a god to everyone, nothing less. He loved everything, and he was very forgiving, but not oblivious.

In Levi's eyes, he was nothing short of perfect. Flawless.

He'd found himself by the tent, having no memory of coming all the way over here, for he'd been stuck in his reverie until he saw a familiar face. The face of a god; the face of an angel, of a messiah.

Oh God, he was obsessed.

Eren made his way over to Levi, smiling all the while with those-curse them, curse them oh so very much-perfect pearly teeth, and rosy lips that made the expression seemed like it was always there for his entire life. Eren's soft hair bounced or swayed the tiniest bit with every step. "Levi!" He'd call out, nothing but happiness lacing his tone.

"Huh." He let out an unintelligent grunt in reply. Eren's face fell into an expression of confusion.

"Is something wrong?" Eren asked, and Levi stared at him.

"I'm fine. I was thinking."

"About what?"

"Do you want to know, brat?" A smirk played on his lips, and a lovely blush adorned the other's cheeks and ears.

"L-Levi!" He squeaked, and Levi smiled slightly genuinely.

"I'm kidding, kid. Are you ready?" The raven asked, putting a hand on his hip. Eren watched the action with observant green eyes.

"Sassy." Eren mumbled, and his eyes widened as he held a hand over his mouth, blushing even more so.

A peal of laughter came from people who've heard what he'd said, adding fuel to the fire.

"I'm always sassy, what the h3ll are you talking about." Levi had smirked, feeling numb from the giddy feeling of just thinking about Eren.

He was head over heels.

"Nevermind. I'm ready, of course, but we have about all day, since field events begin first."

"Hn." Was all he offered for a reply.

"Maybe I could go visit your teammates?" He offered, and Levi glared.

"No." A blunt reply for a blunt person. Perfect.

"Why not?" A hint of a whine laced the other's voice.

"I don't need you unintentionally seducing them." He stated apathetically, and Eren turned red from his neck up to the tips of his ears.

"What? I don't... what do you mean?" He questioned, flustered easily.

Levi loved that. "You're too cute, Eren."

The raven turned on his heel, back to a spluttering Eren. "What are you waiting for, kid? I thought you wanted to visit those lazy lumps of $hit."

Eren's face lit up, and he followed. "They aren't that lazy Levi."

"Sure. They're about as lazy as much as I love you."

"... That's a lot." Nevertheless, Eren turned a bright red, for the umpteenth time.

Levi reached over to playfully pinch Eren's ear. "You're too cute."

Those words didn't help the other.

They were placed at the starting line for the 200. Eren felt nervous and excited at the same time, and the feeling was as exhilarating as running.

Someone from the Garrison had decided to do the 200 today, and he stared at Eren with an impassive expression. Taking his place next to Eren, he didn't say anything.

Though, eyes read otherwise.

Levi had come along, using the traditional starting block, setting it up at his position on the line. He had a teammate come over to assist him, holding the block in place, as most did.

The runners stood.

"On your marks."

All got in position.

"Get set."

Tensed...

"Go!"

They ran.

Everything seemed to go by in a flash.

Yet, it seemed to go in slow-mo.

The man from the Garrison caught up with Eren, and stuck his leg out.

It was subtle, so almost no one saw it. Eren felt it as his body flew forward, off balance, and hit the rough track.

Levi didn't see, but knew something was wrong by the lack of pounding feet next to him.

That was enough for him.

Feeling both a burst of anger and adrenaline, he cross the finish line, and turned around without a moment of hesitation, earning a few protests to calm down and rest from others, bounding toward Eren.

A few people had gathered around him, but moved out of the way when Levi came sprinting at them like a demon from h3ll.

'Levi's really strong,' Eren mused to himself, dazed as Levi snatched him up, carrying him princess style, and racing over the line.

Surprisingly enough, Eren wasn't last.

And since there had been a few witnesses, including a few of Levi's teammates, to see Eren get tripped.

The Garrison's team had taken off points, and the runner, who looked sickly pale with regret, was penalized.

Levi was pissed nonetheless.

"If I ever see him again, there won't even be a body left."

"Levi, don't say that." Eren laughed nervously as the other helped patched him up, cleaning up the blood that was dripping down his forehead.

"I'll say what I want. That was dirty, horrible. If I could get my hands on him..." He ran a finger across his own neck to indicate exactly what he meant.

"It's not really a matter of life and death. It's just running."

"... If you say so." Levi muttered, burying his face in the other's chest after he'd finished.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Nevertheless, he wrapped his arms around Levi.

"I love you, Eren. You're mine, and mine alone." He murmured.

"Wow, yandere much." He chuckled, and Levi didn't say anything. "I love you too, Levi." He responded quietly, and affectionately.

And he did.

(Sorry that was bad, but I feel like crappie. I'll edit it later. ;u;)
