He could only hope Bethany was right.

This woman would be capable of helping him.

He rounded a corner and walked up the walk to the home of Amanda Waller, the ex-head of Project Cadmus, a government fund that intended to be a defense against the Justice League, should they ever turn rogue. After most of the Justice League Members were killed, Cadmus was shut down and Ms. Waller retired.

There was a lot of security in front of Waller's home, but nothing Naruto couldn't get past. It took little effort to slip by, making his way into an open window, landing quietly inside the place. The ever basic academy jutsu proved fruitful in avoiding the security cameras.

Naruto finally made it into the largest room in the house; he was caught by surprise by the lights coming on behind him. He turned around, to see an aging dark-skinned woman behind her.

"In my line of work do you really think I would overlook the possibility of a meta being having the power to turn invisible?"

Naruto frowned behind his mask. He had gotten too cocky. Such a mistake could have gotten him killed.

"So you're supposed to be the new bat? Come with me, let's see if you're worth the effort." Waller said, leading Naruto down the hall into an elevator.

"The files I have read about the criminals of the past has shown me Gotham often ends up spawning the worse of the worst of criminals. How was it until I made the decision there was no one in line to take up this cause."

"Trust me boy if being Batman was that easy there would be hundreds of them running around. The type of skill, training, and moral fiber is not something common or easily found in any man."

"Even so, from just glimpse of half the things I read it doesn't seem theasable that any mortal man could be as proficient in a third let alone all of the things I have read and in such a short of time. I am a fighter, but I would be remised to call myself a chemist or historian or master of trivia."

"If you manage to prove yourself worthy that is where the suit comes in. The suit you're wearing is one I helped designed. It has an internal computer that contains the entire history of the Bat Clan's feats and accomplishments over the years. In time their knowledge will become your knowledge."

"Wouldn't such knowledge be dangerous in the wrong hands?"

"Then it is a good thing that the suit has been enchanted that those with an evil heart cannot lay a hand on it."

The response resulted in an eyebrow raise from Naruto.

"Magic is not my field of expertise. All I know is the Bat had friends in high places and leave it at that."

"So I take it you're going to teach me how to use this database effectively?" He was not among the more technologically savvy people after all. Hence why he needed assistance.

Naruto walked out into the dark room, Ms. Waller turned on the light and Naruto let out a low hum of surprise at the massive laboratory she had hidden beneath her mansion.

"Now, for starters, we're going to see what you can do, minus the suit."

Waller, holding a remote and pressing a black button on it, instantly, Naruto felt the Batsuit power down, no radio, no features, just her in a skin-tight black suit. A back-up in case someone somehow managed to get past the mystical protections. From what he heard about Waller having a switch in hand was her style.

Amanda walked Naruto to a hall in which there was a big, leather wall. "Alright, I want you to kick the red spot on that wall as hard as you can, it will gauge what power you have without the suit's help."

Naruto did as he was told, and kicked into the leather. At this point he noticed a nearby screen lighting up and crunching a series f red numbers. The numbers soon calculated the data of Naruto's kick.

"Well you're no Superman kid, but you're way beyond most of the street level heroes. A batman with this level of power might actually make the criminals think twice. Too bad it would not stop some of the more foolish ones from trying anyway. Now, throw a punch."

Naruto followed through and scored even higher numbers. "If the tests on your mind proved this impressive I might find this interesting."

"That is something to keep in mind." The issue of learning wouldn't actually be a problem thanks to Kagebunshin, but he would not tip his hat and reveal all his tricks so easily so soon.

"You would do well and find those who you can trust. Find yourself an Oracle, one man, no matter how talented cannot do everything.

That much was apparent. He had his work cut out for him in regards of gathering information and figuring things out.
