Disclaimer: I do not own Fairy Tail. Hiro Mashima does. This story was made for fun, and not for cash. (How unfortunate.)

Lucy was at one of the bridal shops in Castelia with Minerva, picking out her wedding dress for her wedding day with Sting. She was overjoyed that he had not only proposed and offered her eight engagement rings (seven that she kept in the box as potential wedding rings, since they also looked elegantly beautiful to her), but Sting really wanted to be with her. They were finally going to get married, and go further in their wonderful relationship. However, before the wedding could occur, Lucy had to pick out her wedding dress.

Some of them showed too much cleavage, some would make her look too fat, some would make her look too thin, some were too short, and some were too long. She kept looking through the racks for wedding dresses, but couldn't find the one that really suited her. All of the medium sized white wedding dresses had been taken already, much to her chagrin. She sighed and looked disappointed, as she turned around to face Minerva.

"How in the world could the perfect wedding dress be gone already? I'm sure Sting will be really disappointed to not see me in it, Minerva. The other stores didn't have the perfect dress, either." Lucy told Minerva, sighing sadly, as she proceeded to walk out of the bridal shop's glass doors empty-handed once again.

Minerva replied with an assuring smirk of confidence on her face, as she teleported in front of the blonde mage, "Relax, Lucy. Not everything for a wedding goes as planned, you know. There may not be a wedding dress for you, but there's still a decent dress out there somewhere. We're in the Fashion District of Castelia, for heaven's sake! Besides, knowing him, Sting would never think that a black tuxedo matched his style. Many odd things have happened to you two already, so maybe this is a good sign."

Lucy had a surprised look in her brown eyes from hearing Minerva's response, but she was right. Sting and Lucy had gone on many odd jobs, ran into strange situations, unlocked the powers of a strange book in strange languages, fought the spell book's creator, found Mal's unexpected treasure, and they had also met in the most strangest way possible. Their relationship was far from normal, so maybe this was a sign for Lucy to pick out something different than a wedding dress to further the wonderful weirdness of her relationship with Sting. He would understand, right?

Minerva also noticed that Lucy had brought the spell book with her, and it was red like the petals of a romantic beautiful rose. She figured that there would be a spell for wedding dresses in there, but Mal probably wouldn't have thought of something like that. Still, Minerva was intrigued by the powers that had made her and Lucy come to a draw twice in a row. Although, based on what Rogue told her, Minerva would've lost those battles if Mal had released the restraints on the spells prior to the day her plans of a dark and hellish world nearly came to fruition.

"Well, then! I understand, Minerva! Now I have to find the perfect dress, and your idea just might work!" Lucy told Minerva with a happy smile on her face, snapping the older woman out of her thoughts, and running out of the bridal shop with her to find the best dress for her wedding day. This idea could possibly be successful, and Lucy had also sent out invitations to people at Fairy Tail. However, what would occur when this news reached the Fairy Tail guild?

At the Fairy Tail guild...

Mirajane went out to the guild's mailbox to find a handful of envelopes, and she widened her blue eyes in amazement when she opened an envelope with her name on it. She unfolded the white piece of paper, hoping it wasn't the Magic Council trying to shut down the Fairy Tail guild, and she was even more shocked to find out that it was a letter from Lucy. She was going to marry Sting in a few days, and she was hoping that her friends from Fairy Tail would be able to attend and help out. Mira honestly couldn't keep this news to herself, and she proceeded to run into the guild with the copious amount of envelopes in her hands.

However, as she hurriedly ran up the stairs with a cheerful smile on her face, she quickly stopped to see Cana at Fairy Tail's entrance doors with a bottle in her hands. She knew this was the day of the week when the mail had always arrived for people in the guild, and she couldn't wait to see if she had won that sweepstakes to Sake Town. It was obviously the town of the finest booze, but it was in a faraway land.

"Hey, Mira. Did I get any mail?" Cana asked nicely, as she saw all the envelopes in her friend's hands.

Mira responded joyfully, as she gave Cana a great hug before seeing if there was mail for her, "We all got mail, and it's from Lucy! She's getting married to Sting, and most of us are invited! This is so exciting!"

Cana could only smile and be happy that her best friend was finally getting married today, prompting her to run back inside and pass the news on to Wendy. They were both ecstatic for their friend, and Wendy wondered if she could be the flower girl. She would even see if Chelia could help out, and Cana planned to be one of the bridesmaids. She definitely needed Levy's help for writing something on the wedding cake, only to hear from Gajeel that Levy went out somewhere on her own.

"Where could Levy have gone?" Cana asked Gajeel, with a look of curiosity on her face.

The iron dragon slayer replied with a bored facial expression, "She said that someone in Tokiwa Town needed her help with something, and it didn't seem like a big thing for me to bother with it."

Mirajane had given invitations to Gray, Juvia, Natsu, Lisanna, and Erza as well. The ice mage confidently smiled, knowing he would definitely be going to Lucy's wedding. Erza sternly instructed him to keep his clothes on, even at the possible after-party/bachelorette party for Lucy and her female friends when they might need a guy to rise up from the cake. Juvia would be going if Gray was attending Lucy's wedding, and she intended to catch the bouquet.

"Come on, Natsu. You should definitely go, even if Lucy is marrying Sting. You can even use your flames to shoot off the firework cannons, if necessary." Lisanna told him with a cheerful look, holding his arm in hers while knowing he was giving her a look of refusal because of Sting. He wanted to support Lucy, as another way to make up with her, to add to Erza's apology and Lisanna's torture request that earned him pain from Minerva, but what could possibly sway his decision in the slightest?

Erza sternly told him, as she glared at him and looked directly into his eyes, "If you don't go with us, I'll make you feel pain from my strongest swords." However, Natsu still refused to go. He gave her a look of refusal as well, prompting Erza and Gray to look at the bar where Mira was working. She could hear every word that Erza had said, and Mira figured that even her most threatening form of Satan Soul wouldn't get Natsu to budge either. He really didn't like Sting at all.

At that moment, Natsu got up from the table and went over to the bar to get a drink and clear his head from all the force and pleas that his teammates were putting on him. He sat down on a barstool, and turned to Mira while still retaining his look of utter refusal to attend Lucy's wedding because of Sting being there. He knew she'd probably try to convince him to go because of Lisanna, but he at least wanted to get his drink.

"Natsu, I have to get some drinks from the storeroom. You should come with me, in order for me to know what you want." Mira explained, before running into the room behind the bar that looked pitch-black when the lights were off. The fire dragon slayer looked puzzled, knowing Mira couldn't exactly see well in the dark and glass bottles might be a bad sign. Upon hearing the sudden shatter of a bottle, Natsu looked concerned and immediately jumped over the counter to run into the storeroom.

He made a flame engulf his left fist to provide some light, and what he saw would probably make him get fired up. Mira had done a transformation where she was wearing her orange bikini, and she walked towards Natsu with a flirtatious look on her face while she began to gyrate her hips and blush a light shade of pink whilst cheerfully giggling. Natsu looked shocked to see her like this, but as she got closer to him, Natsu couldn't detect any smell of booze in her mouth for her to suddenly be drunk. He could only look at her orange bikini top that constrained her large breasts, noticing them to be larger than Lisanna's.

She whispered in a seductive tone, as she put a finger to Natsu's lips while pushing her breasts up against his chest, "If you won't go to the wedding for Lisanna's happiness, then do it for me. Natsu, you just make me want to be so hot for you. Even your flame is making me sweat profusely, and I just want to cool down in a nice hot bath with you."

The fire dragon slayer could only blush cherry red, upon feeling Mira pressing herself against him. When she removed her finger from his lips, Natsu could see the truth in what she was saying. She was beginning to sweat, and Natsu's flame on his fist grew a little bigger. He could see Mira clearly now, the pleading look in her blue eyes while she continued to blush pink. The wonderful smell of her cherry perfume entered his nostrils, overtaking his other thoughts when he could also see how beautiful she looked when she was half-naked. He could feel himself sinking into the beautiful blue seductiveness of her eyes, his blush rising to a lighter shade of red in contrast when he noticed her breasts bounce a little.

"I'm with Lisanna, Mira... You know that..." He told her softly with a calm smile, trying to weasel his way out of going to the wedding. However, the next move that Mira made would definitely make Natsu want more than a drink.

Mirajane responded with an exhausted look on her face, continuing to perspire while letting her sweat slide her bikini off of her entirely, "Yet you've been looking at me mostly, for the past seven months. Natsu, I can tell there's something about me that interests you. Tell me what's been driving you away from Lisanna, my sweet. You must love me more, since I wasn't affected by Mal's darkness. I'd never have you tortured for anything, and maybe Lucy would want you to move on to someone like me."

Natsu could only gasp in shock from Mira noticing that he had indeed been focusing his eyes on her, instead of Lisanna, and he blushed even more from seeing her naked now like she was ready to take a relaxing bath with him. She made convincing points, even when she said that Lucy would want him to move on to her. He did feel bad about kicking her off the team for Lisanna, and maybe Mira was somehow immune to the shadows of Mal since they hadn't seemed to target someone as nice as her. Their lips were so close to touching, and he didn't want her to pass out and possibly suffer a heat stroke. Natsu took off all of his clothes, and he kissed Mirajane on the lips to absorb all the excessive heat that was flowing through her body. It was a romantic kiss, as it helped Natsu show Mira that his seven months of observing her weren't for naught.

Mira returned the kiss, as she cheerfully blushed and could feel steam around her from the hot kiss that Natsu was giving her. She slowly moved her lips around, adding passion to it and also to help Natsu taste her cherry lipstick. Her blush became even more pink from Natsu putting his arms around her waist, and her sweat made his hands slide down to her ass and give her cheeks some calm strokes and caressing. She let out happy sighs of pleasure, after breaking the kiss, and the moment that she and Natsu had their eyes closed was the moment that a certain younger Strauss sibling opened the storeroom's door to find her worst nightmare. At least Natsu was convinced to attend Lucy's wedding now. Lisanna quickly closed the door, unaware that its shadow had suddenly disappeared while the lights were still on.

In Nimbasa Town...

Sting and Lector had finally ordered the wedding cake for the wedding that would be taking place in a few days. Sting had a confident look on his face, thinking Lucy would really like this cake. He wanted to cut it with her, after they shared their kiss of matrimony, and the cake would be just as satisfying as the kiss. It was expensive, though, costing 100,000 jewels because Sting wanted it to be eight layers high.

Rogue asked with a calm look on his face, as the trio sat down at a table in the cake shop, "Are you sure that a blue tuxedo is really fit for a wedding, Sting? It's not exactly black, you know."

The white dragon slayer replied while smirking happily, as he looked at his attire of blue pants with a blue tuxedo, "Rogue, don't worry. Lucy and I have been in much weirder situations. You should've seen what happened when she came to Castelia at night one time. Let's just say that what happened that night caused Reināre to be created, and it caused a few more weird things to occur."

"Sting-kun is really going to make this wedding be good for himself and Lucy-kun! He's great enough to make the cake be eight layers!" Lector added with a confident smile, high-fiving Sting.

Sting had done his job with getting the cake, and he wondered if Lucy had found her wedding dress yet. He could only imagine her walking down the aisle in a white wedding dress, and Sting was eager to share that kiss with the girl he loved. Their marriage would start in a few days, exciting Sting even more. Even if she was wearing a dress for a date, Sting thought Lucy could look great in almost anything. She was absolutely beautiful, no matter what.

On the wedding day...

The entrance of the Sabertooth guild had been transformed into a wedding area, with its white chairs for the spectators and tables for food during the reception that would happen shortly after. A white wedding altar had been brought into the guild, and the wedding cake was on a cart near the dessert table. Rufus and Orga also brought in double chocolate cookies, much to their own delight.

Natsu sat in between Lisanna and Mirajane, holding the hand of the latter and still convincing the former that nothing had happened in the storeroom of the Fairy Tail guild. Erza sat in between Gray and Juvia, looking slightly annoyed that the Rain Woman cried when the wedding didn't even begin yet. Cana, Levy, Minerva, and a certain girl resembling Lucy with light brown hair were the bridesmaids who respectively wore pink, blue, purple, and black dresses. They looked just as beautiful as Wendy and Chelia, who respectively wore blue and pink dresses while holding baskets of flower petals.

Rogue wore a black tuxedo, and he simply made a cushion-shaped shadow for the wedding rings to rest on. Orga tried his best to play "Here Comes The Bride" on the piano, switching roles with Rufus. He was now the priest, and Orga seemed satisfied. Gajeel sat next to Levy, who had returned from her job, and Laxus sat next to his teammates from the Thunder God Tribe. Many people in Castelia, including Jason from Sorcerer Magazine and Rīfu the fugitive, had gathered here to see Lucy and Sting get married.

When the guild's doors slowly opened, everyone turned around to see Sting walk into the guild with a confident smile on his face. He wore a blue tuxedo with a white dress shirt underneath, blue pants, and blue shoes. He made his way to the altar, only to smile when he heard soft and recognizable footsteps behind him. His future wife had arrived as well, and Sting's jaw dropped while he blushed a light shade of pink.

Lucy wore a short tight-fitting emerald green mini dress, that laced upward from the middle of her back, and she wore some pale green high heels to go with it. She knew that it wasn't a wedding dress, but no one looked like they had any issues with that. Minerva smiled at the fact that Lucy had gone with her suggestion, since she greatly opposed Lucy's original dress because it was pink. She wore pink lipstick, though, and her brown eyes shifted to the man that she loved with all of her heart.

Sting took her left hand in his right hand, the duo walked up to the altar together. As they were going up to the moment that would be the best of their lives, Rufus played "Here Comes The Bride" on the piano. Since they had no escorts, they could only walk up to the podium with smiles on their faces as they held hands. Lucy could feel her heart palpitating slowly, feeling nervous but also excited at the same time. Sting maintained his composure, grinning at Orga who grinned back at him since his friend was getting married.

Orga explained with a calm look on his face, as he began to recite his lines, "We are all gathered here today to celebrate the wedding of Lucy Heartfilia and Sting Eucliffe, everybody. These two are a pretty good couple, honestly. They prevented the world's destruction, they have an awesome treasure, and that weird book, so there's really no reason for objections. Sting, do you take Lucy to be your wife?"

"I do, and she'll be the best wife ever." He replied with a confident look in his charming blue eyes, as he smiled at his bride.

Orga asked Lucy with a smile, "Lucy, do you take Sting to be your husband?"

"I do, and I always will." She responded happily, as her brown eyes twinkled with joy.

"Then, you're now husband and wife. You may kiss." The lightning god slayer told them, eagerly watching.

Sting and Lucy immediately shared a passionate kiss, receiving cheers from the crowd. Even Natsu was clapping and cheering, but he made things awkward when he kissed Mirajane in front of Lisanna. Gray and Erza were happy for their friend, and Wendy helped Chelia leave a trail of flowers for the new married couple. Minerva teleported the bouquet into Lucy's hands, and she threw it into he crowd. Juvia caught it by making a Water Bubble surround it, much to Mirajane's chagrin. Sting held Lucy's hand, as they walked towards an eight-layered cake that was in every color of the elements in the spell book with red being on top and white being on the bottom.

"Is that cherry, orange, banana, mint, blueberry, grape, strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla layered together?" Lucy asked curiously, examining the cake.

"It's weird like everything that happened to us, my love." Sting replied, putting the black wedding ring on the ring finger of Lucy's right hand. He put the white wedding ring on the ring finger of his left hand, causing his new wife to happily smile. They grabbed two knives, and began to cut the cake slowly and evenly.

Lucy felt a soft tap on her left shoulder, and she turned around to see Mal standing there with a smile of satisfaction on her face. Why would she be here? To congratulate Lucy on getting married, or was she here for other matters? Either way, Lucy was shocked to see her here.

"Lucy Heartfilia, as the former 1st ranked Wizard Saint, I hereby give you the title of the highest-ranked Wizard Saint in all of Fiore. You're a great sorceress, and enjoy that book. It started your everything up to this point, you know." Mal explained with a confident look on her face, before going into Wendy's shadow before anyone could really see her.

"Thank you, Mal. Your book really did bring good things into my life. That's how me and Sting met, after all. Just don't possess anyone with your shadows." Lucy thought to herself, upon seeing Wendy's shadow transform into the shape of Lucy and look like she was laughing.

Epilogue...

Lucy and Sting lived happily ever after as a married couple, and they ended up having twins when Sting bought a mansion in Nimbasa Town with the money that him and Lucy earned from well-paying job requests and more of Mal's treasures that she had left behind in cryptic messages of the spells. Their children were named Reināre and Raiga Eucliffe, and they were both now ten years old. Reināre learned Fire Magic from the red spell book, and Raiga learned White Dragon Slayer Magic from Sting.

"That story gets better each time you tell it, Mom!" Reināre said with a smile on her face, as her blue eyes twinkled when she imagined herself getting married. She had Lucy's style, her blonde hair, and she also had Sting's blue eyes.

"I like the part where you snuck into the women's bath to protect Mom, Dad." Raiga told Sting, thinking he could do that as well.

"Thank you, kids! Don't forget to deliver these cookies to your Aunt Minerva!" They replied simultaneously, handing the pink boxes of chocolate cookies to their children.

As the kids took the boxes and ran out the door to Castelia Town, Lucy smiled upon remembering how she managed to beat Minerva in their third and final battle. Of course, Mal had put her hand in and released the restraints. Natsu eventually married Mirajane and Lisanna, since Fiore had no law against adultery. Cana and Wendy stopped by every once in a while to watch the kids when Lucy and Sting would go out on a date, and the house would have to be cleaned usually after Orga came by and ordered pizzas and Coca-Cola.

Rogue and Rufus helped out Sting on jobs from time to time, and they gave Gray advice for his wedding with Juvia. Levy and Gajeel had also married, and Erza had secretly married Minerva. Female rivals could attract, couldn't they? (Even though Minerva dominated over Erza in bed most of the time.) Sting became the guild master of Sabertooth, and Lucy eventually succeeded Makarov as guild master of Fairy Tail to officially unite their guilds together.

In other words, every life needs light to overcome the darkness in many times of said life. Light and darkness bring balance in a romance, along with the other elements that build the perfect chemistry. Lucy's identity as Reināre Katsura continued to live on, even when it had become a legend by this 15-year timeskip. She would still transform sometimes, in order to teach her daughter the same skill, and it did work on its first try just like it did with Lucy.

To this day, Lucy and Sting still find it romantic how they respectively landed and became a valuable savior in each other's lives. Their love was pretty colorful, even though it started from darkness. Every life needs light, and that makes love bright.

How was Chapter 32? That's the end of the story, my fellow readers! I honestly didn't even think it would turn out this great, since I originally planned for the book to turn Lucy evil from the beginning. Even if that idea was altered, was it still a good story? For those who wondered throughout this story, I do watch Zatch Bell. Anyway, this was one of my lightest and darkest stories to date. I really enjoyed writing this StiCy, too! Well, you'll see when I have something new! Thanks for reading, and let me know your thoughts on any of the 32 chapters!

Mal: Did I seriously have to narrate this entire story, and refer to myself in third person?

Me: Yes, Mal. You're a pretty badass sorceress, in my opinion.

Mal: Give me the chance to take back that book in a different story, and take over Lucy's body. Come on, DarkHellia77!

Me: Hey. If the readers like you, an alternate version of this story can be made.

Lucy: I get the spell book again? Really?

Sting: Something tells me Mal's gonna really bring on the shadows.

Mal: Again. If the readers request that DarkHellia77 brings me back for a different story, though. Bring back Lucy as Reināre, too, readers!
