My Sons, my life

Summary: This is Splinter's POV on his sons and how they are the light to his world, and how he will and has done everything in his power to protect them, his family. This does contain some sad and graphic things so I rate this T…this is my first fan fiction don't kill me! Based off of 2012 series on nick!

Chapter 1

Splinter POV

I watched my four sons do their normal average Saturday rituals; this of course began with three of my sons sleeping till noon while my eldest woke up at 6:00 and trained. I have gotten used to my Leonardo being that way for years now…I remember the first morning I woke up to see my 6 year old Leonardo practicing in the dojo…

*flashback*

ME: YAY X3!

Splinter: excuse me?! WHO IS TELLING THE STORY?

ME: sorry…X (

I had awoken to a sound coming from within the dojo; I became suspicious that it might be an intruder so I got up to investigate! Walking out of my slider doors I see a little emerald green turtle in a blue mask tangled in some chains from various weapons.

"Leonardo what are you doing?" I ask him quite surprised to see a young one up this early

"Umm I was training…" his dark blue eyes stared into mine looking for acceptance.

"It's ok but may I ask why you are up so early training" I asked him, in truth I really wanted to know, because who knows what those little devil-*cough* I mean children are up to.

"Well you know that story you told us about the bad man who took your family away..."

"Yes Leonardo"

"well I had a nightmare that he came and took you all away from me and hurt you…..because I was weak and could not protect you…and you said training makes strength so I thought…*starts to cry*"

"Oh it's ok my son, it was only a nightmare and you are my family now and nothing will take you away..." I said these words trying to comfort him, he was only 6 so to him the dream seemed very scary, but I do admire the way he is so willing to protect his family…he will be a great leader one day…

"Leo guess what"

"What?"

"Space Hero's is on!"

Leo then did a little squeal and ran to the living room giggling….

*end of flashback*

"Good morning Leonardo" I said

"Morning Sensei" Leonardo said with his serious expression as he kicked the punching bag.

"Why must you be so serious my son, we are safe at home on a nice Saturday..." I ask him. I do worry for him sometimes though; I do admire how he takes his training seriously, but it seems that he has turned away his young side to soon, and as a father I fear for him overall but I know how to get him away from the dojo…

"Leonardo guess what"

"What is it sensei?"

"Space Hero's is on…"

*fan girl squeal!* (fan girls you know you can deny doing that sometimes)

I watch as Leo runs to the living room and I laugh a little…."some things never change."

SO what did you think of chapter 1? hope you liked it, i thought it was cute! and as you can tell Leo is my fav turtle, but dont worry the others will have there own cute stories and cute combination ones, i'll take ideas on chapter ideas but i will only do 10 chapter for this story! *eating pizza*

Me: *eating PIzza*

Mickey: hey are you eating the last slice..

Me: umm noooooo :3

Mickey: OMFG YOU ARE O-o! guys i found the theif!

Me: *tackled under four turtles* i was hungry... ;A;
