Chapter X

1st POV-Tracey

As one, we rushed through the hallways of Sector Seven's Headquarters, towards Bumblebee. The closer we got to him, the more jittery I got, I could barely stand, my whole body shaking vigorously. It's unexplainable, the feelings that were running through my head, no, soul. It felt as if they were ghost emotions, coming from a different source.

Now isn't quite the time to reflect on these foreign feelings, though, as sizable, iron doors loomed in front of us, behind it, I could practically feel Bumblebee's high pitched whining in my bones. The consistently high noise grates on my nerves, making me grind my teeth in frustration, not at Bee, at the men behind that door.

The sharp nails of my right hand rake against the inside of my left arm, trying in vain to relieve some of the stress his whining is beginning to cause me. Up until this moment, the Semi, the bullying, the gory nightmares, Sam's abandonment, I had never experienced pain quite like what I was feeling at this moment.

Simmons, followed by Banachek and the rest of us burst into the room imprisoning Bee. It takes my mind a moment to register what my eyes have already realized; Bumblebee is strapped to a large, metal table, men are spraying him with some type of cryo-gun, Bee is flailing in agony. Red blurs around the edges of my eyes-I was furious!

How dare they! Bumblebee is innocent; he has never done a THING to hurt these-these MONSTERS!

Faintly, I register the fact that several of the men and Sam are repeatedly yelling "No!". Quickly, though, my concentration is shifted back to the source of MY bot's pain.

A growl reverberates through my body and I feel out of control as I crouch lower. 'Protect Bee.' My vision blackens and I become someone else entirely as a horror-filled face comes into view. 'Avenge Bee.'

A vicious growl echoed through the room, seconds before the previously unnoticed form launches itself across the room to ponce on the men freezing the yellow, Autobot scout. The savage figure's twin brother gapes in shock, and slight terror, at his almost unrecognizable, wild, older sister.

Her eyes had turned a glowing burgundy, the odd tattoos on her body began to take on a red tint, and her teeth had sharpened dramatically. This, she used to her advantage, tearing into the men with the guns and making them bleed all over the concrete floors.

The soldiers reacted almost immediately, shooting over and grabbing at her around the waist and legs. She growled again and struggled out of their strong grips. Deep down she was aware that these men were allies and she didn't truly wish to harm them. Despite this, if they continued to attempt to stop her from completing her mission she would have to resort to slight maiming.

Bumblebee pause in confusion, the terrible freezing had ceased. He wasn't currently unconscious or dead so why had they stopped the torture…not that he wasn't grateful. Then, his processor picked up a low, rumbling growl (along with terrified gasps and liquid falling) coming from below.

He was still strapped down but, he could turn his head just enough to catch sight of the curious little femme that had co-purchased him, tearing through man after man after man.

He played an audio clip of a crowd cheering in encouragement before realizing all the humans were attempting to restrain her...or at least get her to pause in the massacring of men.

After a few moment, she seemed satisfied that all the men who had caused him pain were incapacitated and she straightened, turned to look up at him, and beamed. It was an endearing sight, if slightly disturbing, to see her smiling up at him after pillaging his captors to rescue him.

As she grinned up at him, she could feel her teeth receding and she regained her ability to see and then control her own body again. Grimacing slightly at the feel of blood in her mouth and under her nails, she turn to stare Simmons down.

"Well?" I demanded and he gave me a wide-eyed gaze in return.

He continued to look at me until I glared at the man who had cause a ton of unnecessary pain for me and my family, "Aren't you going to release him?"

Simmons stammered for a bit before snapping his fingers a few times and pointing, shakily, up at Bumblebee.

"L-let him go. Just-Please for God's sake, undo his restraints, preferably BEFORE she decides to actually kill us all!" A few men rush to follow his command and I hum in satisfaction, surveying all the groaning, bleeding men on the floor. It kind of satisfies me that I, the weak, bullied girl, was able to do this to a team of grown men.

Bee slammed his mask down and stood up as the, frankly impressive, straps containing him were undone. Then, he bent down, scooped my twin and I up, and aimed his cannon at the soldiers, hackers, and remaining S-Seven officials.

Beside me, in Bee's servo that was currently un-weaponized, Sam confidently spoke up to the wary Autobot, "Listen, the Cube is here and the Decepticons are coming. They aren't the real threat here, at this moment, right now."

I tried to help Sam, "Hey, hey, Bee. Calm down, don't worry. These guys are with us. They're okay. Please lower the cannon, I think they've had enough of getting beat up on today, although, some of em kinda deserve it." It was hard to convey that they were allies to Bee when I slightly agreed that a few were a threat to our safety. My words didn't seem to be working on calming him down, either.

"C'mon we'll take you to the All spark, just please, calm down and lower the gun-weapon-arm thing," Sam tried again and-Way to go, Sammy!

Bee fully shifted his focus onto this and deactivated his cannon, lowering us to the ground a full minute later after pointing and staring sternly down at them.

Once again, we traveled our way through the halls of the super secret facility under Hoover Dam. Seriously, they couldn't find any cooler places? By the pit, a mountain would be ten times more exciting than this place at this point.

Finally, 'Good Primus, this place has lengthy hallways', we reached the All spark, the focus of my hacking and the creator of the alien robots and/or planets.

My yellow alien approached the massive artifact as I felt the little Nokia-bot shift around to hang onto the front of my neck, like a baby sloth hanging securing itself onto its mother.

I briefly glanced down at him when he tightened his grip on me, "Mother? Done? No move!" I smiled and gave it a reassuring squeeze, "Yeah, I'm done and I won't move like that anymore without warning you. I promise, little one." He responded with a small hum and then seemed to relax against me.

When I refocused my attention on Bee, still cuddling the sparkling to my chest, he had placed both hands on the Cube. I tilted my head to the side in confusion and opened my mouth to question his actions, but, instead, a gasp forced its way out; Blue sparks were travelling upward and a light flashed throughout the symbols. Then, smaller cubes began to fold in on themselves, slowly, in a truly spectacular sight, shrinking the All spark to about the size of Bee's head.

He stared at the Cube in his hands reverently, wed by its mere presence. "Message from Starfleet, Captain!...Let's get to it." He said, pulling his shining optics from the All spark to stare down at us.

Lennox spoke from across from me, his steely gaze flickering from person to person, "He's right. We stay here, we're screwed with Megatron in the other hangar. Mission City is 22 miles away," He points over to Bumblebee, "we're gonna sneak that Cube out of here and we're gonna hide it somewhere in the city."

The nice man from before who had liked my hair, Keller, looked slightly enthusiastic, "Good! RIght!", his face fell as Lennox brought up another good point, "But we cannot make a stand without the Air Force."

Secretary Keller paused for a second and then turned to speak to Jerky McUglyFace, "This place must have some kind of radio link!" Simmons circled him as he continued, "Yeah. Shortwave. CB." He stopped. "Yes. Right."

The southern captain spoke to Keller once more, "Sir, you got to figure out some way to get word out to them." Then, he turned to the soldiers under his command. "Let's move!"

They immediately moved to follow the order as Simmons was struck with inspiration.

"In the alien archive, sir! There's an old Army radio console that we may be able to use." Keller asked if it would work and set Simmons off to wildly flailing his hands. "Anything's possible! Did you see that…" His hands pulled apart to mime the Cube shrinking.

Sam and I hurried to follow the soldiers...well I say follow but really I had grabbed his arm and began to drag him behind me.

Captain Lennox, leading us, began giving out instructions, "Alright, Witwickys! Get in that car. Mr. Secretary! Get our birds in the air. When we get to the city, we're gonna find a radio, and I'll have Epps vector them in, okay?"

Before following his instructions I ran off to the side, where no one seemed to be running by, and called out to Frenzy over our connection. .:Frenzy! Frenzy, we're leaving, you need to come back, now! I will NOT leave without you:. I waited as the Nokia-bot looked around in confusion.

I received nothing in return but resolved to wait anyway. We waited a few minutes before Bee began to rev his engine and I began to grow nervous. Still, we remained waiting, until a grate dropped down in front of us and Frenzy, in phone form, fell from the ceiling.

I rushed to pick him up and slide him back in my pocket, comforted by his presence back near me. .:I am sorry to have worried you, I was already on my way back so I figured a response was unnecessary:. I sighed before replying, .:Oh, Frenzy, of course I was worried. But, it's alright. I just worried something might have happened to you. I can see that you're perfectly healthy, though, so, we have to head to Mission City to hide the Cube somewhere:.

He said nothing in reply as I ran back to the sentient Camaro and hopped in the driver's side seat.

Sam, already in the seat beside me looked at me questioningly but I merely shook my head, silently communicating that I would tell him later. He nodded and Bumblebee peeled out as soon as I latched my seatbelt, jolting us further back into the seats.

A freezing feeling filled my body, starting at my head, as the bot drove himself, leading the others. "Bee, I think Megatron just woke up and broke free." His radio sparked in surprise, "How could you...know for certain?" I shook my head, "I dunno. I just...feel cold."

He didn't give a verbal response, only picked up speed, furthering the distance between us and the curious feeling emanating from the dam.

We continued on the empty road for about 3 miles before-"Hey, there's Optimus!"

The intimidating leader, followed by the other Autobots, made a spectacular U-turn and slid into place at the back of the line.

Sirens blared behind us as another odd feeling tugged at me. Sam turned in his seat, as far as the belt would allow, "It's the same cop! Block 'em, block 'em, block 'em!"

I smiled a little as I felt Barricade's presence at the edge of my mind, no longer as overwhelming as our previous, disastrous meeting. I could feel he didn't mean any true harm, he was simply following orders.

On the other hand, Bonecrusher, gave off a more menacing aura and then transformed, cutting several vehicles in half to get to us. Optimus slowed and transformed mid-slide, catching the Decepticon as he flung himself at him. They fell to the overpass below as I clenched my hands in worry…

For the both of them.

Author's Note:

Okay, so I am complete trash, no I'm worse than trash. I am so so so so so f*cking sorry that I abandoned you guys for so long, that was NEVER my intention. A lot of sh*t has happened to me lately and I've been going through a lot but that's still no excuse for my long absence. I logged on the other day, intent on claiming this story as discontinued, only to find that people were actually still leaving me comments. Guys, if it weren't for you this story wouldn't be a thing anymore. I was so surprised and so so very happy cause I thought this story was bad and that honestly people didn't really like it but you all proved me wrong and literally made me cry. Recently, I had to move away from my home town and leave all of my friends and everyone that I knew behind. I didn't feel like getting out and meeting new people so I started online schooling and as such I should have lots of free time for you. So, I am going to be working extremely hard to finish this story for you guys cause you deserve better than me ignoring you and I hope this makes up for it. Thank you for giving me back my motivation, I love you all so much 3 xoxo.
