A small search with Legilimency around and he had where he was.

A supposed 'secret' base embroiled in some kind of Super Solider program and here's the kicker, with kidnapped children.

In ages past, he would've killed the people here and taken the children back to their parents, if he hadn't looked through said children's mind and found that most of them didn't have homes to return too.

A small search around the base confirmed his thoughts, the children had been cloned imperfectly and those clones had been 'killed' in 'accident's', giving the family's some form of closure about their children.

The practice itself was abominable and he would've cursed them all, if he hadn't been almost driven to his knees by the force of the response his Fate Sense had given him from a child.

A child, actually more like teen as the child was fourteen and named John, or as this facility had named him – John, 117.

As previous looks into the people residing in this facilities mind's provided, they would begin their augmentation process shortly within the next few months actually.

But this one child, before him absolutely dwarfed their responses.

He decided, he was going to leave a little gift in this one.

Something to help him along his journey and perhaps guide him in times of doubt.

{Right, The Devils Gift had an alternate ending where Harry simply moved himself into the child's mind and altered John's brain to be around 2 – 5 times better than what it was before simply implanting himself inside the mind of him, mind scape perhaps? Interaction through his life could be minimal, perhaps only when injured or forced unconscious? Perhaps they'd forge a working relationship with Harry monitoring his body for him n' all that. There is a whole lot someone can do from within a mind especially if they've had experience with it before. One of my previous omakes I did' something like that or alternatively you can think up your own gift to leave our very own Master Chief.
