Chapter 25

Alice's PoV

Bella had been gone for three days, with no word to her. Alice didn't know what to do besides being very angry at her secretive mate. She was wearing a hole in the floor with her constant pacing, and Rosalie had finally had enough, which was made obvious when Alice's door was suddenly blown open, with a loud bang against the back wall.

"Alice that is enough!" The blonde snapped, her golden eyes narrowed into a annoyed glare. Alice threw her hands up in frustration,"Well, what the hell else am I suppose to do?" Alice cried, close to tears as a vampire could come.

"She never tells me anything, she has not said a WORD in three days! You tell me what I am suppose to do Rose!" Rosalie gave a loud groan like it was obvious,"You are her mate! You have a damn right to know what she is doing! Now quit feeling sorry for yourself and go over there and demand to know what the hell is going on!" Alice blinked in amazement at her sister, not saying a word, Rosalie lifted a brow then huffed out, "What?!" Alice then beamed brightly and pulled her into a tight hug.

"You just admitted that Bella is my mate!" She squealed excitedly in her ear. Rosalie rolled her eyes before patting Alice on the back, then carefully prying her off,"Its pretty obvious, besides who am I to question the universe and its ways?" She shrugged,"Now go find that mutt, before she does something stupid" Rosalie turned on her heel and strutted out. Alice stood there in shock for a moment before giving a firm nod, and climbing out her window, hopping out and racing towards where she knew Bella would be.

Bella's Pov

Bella was leaning back against a wall, her eyes locked on her new packmate, "James and Victoria?" (dun dun duuun plot twist! they are not vampires in this story! XD) She asked in a low voice.

Liam gave a nervous nod, unsure if his Alpha was angry at him or not,"Yes I had a brief glance into their minds when they bit me, those are their names I am sure of it." Bella picked at her claws, and opened her mouth about to speak when a familiar scent, caught her attention, she raised a brow before walking over to her window, and opening it to see Alice on her tree about to hop towards her.

"Alice? What are you doing here?" She asked warily, not wanting her mate involved in any of this. She blanched when all Alice did was give her a cold stare before, jumping towards her making her take a step back, as Alice entered her room. Alice didn't spare Liam a glance as he was growling lowly at her, her gaze focused directly on Bella who was fidgeting nervously, not sure what was going on.

"We need to talk" She spoke bluntly, showing no signs of leaving.
