Ch. 3

Hyoudou Residence

It was a beautiful morning the sky was clear, the sun was shining and the birds were singing, everybody would feel refreshed by such a good day.

"Ring ring ring" The sound of the alarm clock woke up Hyoudou Issei.

"Damn, I'm all sore from last night I really should get back into shape." Issei said while stretching.

After that he ate breakfast and started to prepared for school.

When he was ready the doorbell rang.

Issei answered the door and saw a beautiful blue-eyed crimson haired girl with ample bosoms.

"Senpai what are you doing here?" Issei asked.

"I came to check on my new servant." Rias said with smile.

"I am ready to leave for school right now."

"Then we shall go together." Rias said while still smiling.

Kuoh Academy front entrance

"How is that possible?" boys were saying, "A guy like him?" Some others were saying.

"Such refinement with such filth." "R-Rias-onee-sama!" The girls were saying.

'Well I can't say I wasn't expecting this outcome, the school's idol is walking with the most notorious pervert in the school, what I'm most surprised about is the fact that Rias doesn't seem to care at all.' Issei thought as he was entering the school grounds with Rias.

"A messenger will come see you later."

"Huh?"

"We will meet after school."

"Looking forward to it then." Issei said with a smile.

Just as he finished saying that he took a step backwards to avoid an incoming surprise punch that was filled with fury.

The result was for Matsuda to lose his balance and fall.

"Damn it Issei why did you dodge?" Matsuda said in anger.

"Isn't that what you normally do when someone is trying to punch you?"

Motohama then appeared as well.

"Calm down Matsuda, let's hear his explanation on how he managed to walk with someone like Rias to school." Motohama said in ice-cold fury.

"My good deeds are paying off?" D answered in a nonchalant way.

Meanwhile as Rias was walking up the stairs.

"Is he the one?"

Rias then noticed a girl with black hair styled in a short bob cut and violet eyes that was wearing red glasses.

"Good day Rias."

"Good day Sona."

"Taking him on whim… that's not like you."

"There is more to him than meets the eye."

"Are you saying he wears a mask to hide something?"

"You've figure it out haven't you?"

Sona chuckled.

"If I wasn't the president of the Student Council I might not have been able to figure it out."

"What do you mean?"

"He has peeped on every girls club but not even once he got caught, not even by the Track club."

"This leads to the conclusion that he has the skill and the physical abilities to escape tem every single time, and believe me the attempts against him are quite a few."

"Are you saying he is surprisingly athletic?"

"I believe his abilities are beyond that." Sona said before leaving.

'Hyoudou Issei, he becomes even more mysterious as I learn more things about him.' Rias thought.

After classes

Hyoudou Issei had finished his classes for the day.

"Boring as well today." Issei as he stretched his arms.

"Oh." A girl enthusiastically screamed.

"It's Kiba-kun."

'Well, my fellow devil has come, time to go.' Issei thought.

He then stand up and saw Kiba trying to pass through his admirers while being polite to them.

He then walk toward him causing the girls to back away a bit.

"How dare he coming near Kiba-kun."

"That pervert… enemy of all women."

"Issei-san could you please follow me." Kiba said.

After they walked away from Kiba's fan girls.

"That was quite a scene back there, you really are good at dealing with girls aren't you." Issei commented with a playful tone.

"I'm just being polite to them it's not like I have any other motives." Kiba said in his defence.

"I know I'm just teasing you swordsman."

"How did you know?" Kiba asked in confusion.

"The way you walk, your steps are screaming about the fact that you use a sword." Issei said leaving Kiba impressed.

Occult club room

Issei and Kiba enter through the door, the first thing Issei notices is a petite girl siting on the couch eating cake.

"Hello, Koneko-san." Issei said in a happy tone.

"Hi." She answers and then continues eating like nothing happened.

Issei then notices the shower, and the figure in it.

'A shower and this alluring figure is definitely Rias Gremory.' Issei thoughts while moving his head in an attempt to sneak a pick.

"Buchou, Issei-san has arrived." A voice sounded.

"Thank you, Akeno." Rias answered.

'Knew it.' He thought.

"Pervert." Koneko states.

"Ara, you seem quite energetic Issei-san."

Issei stops trying to peak and turns left and sees a beautiful 3rd year with long black hair combed into a ponytail, who he recognize as Akeno Himejima.

"My first day as devil Akeno-senpai, I am feeling a bit of excitement."

"Well then let's get down to business." Rias said as she appeared.

Everyone then sat on the couches and Rias started explaining more about devils.

"The main job of Devils is to make contracts with humans, in which we grant humans their wishes in exchange for a price that wish could be from an average human to a leader of a nation."

"By making contracts you will gather points based on the person you make it with if you gather enough points you will be able to rise in the ranks of devils."

"About the ranks of devils there are the low-class in which all the newly reincarnated devils like you are the middle class, the high-class in which I am and finally the ultimate-class in which all the powerful devils are in included the 4 satans which are the leaders of our side."

"Do you have any questions?" Rias asked after finishing her explanation.

"What do we take in exchange for granting whishes?"

"In older times we took everything from money to some of our client's life force, but nowadays the price is of monetary value."

"I'm ready for my first job as a devil Buchou." Issei said in an energetic fashion.

"Well, your first task is to give pamphlets to humans." Rias said in a force smile.

Issei then 'froze' for about twuenty seconds.

Not specified street

Iseei is just standing there looking a bit depressed and holding a bag filled with.

"Sigh, if she knew how strong I was I wonder if she'd give me such a task."

Issei then took a stance as like he was going to start running.

"Might as well get some workout out of all of this." Issei monologues before 'disappearing' in a burst of insane speed.

Occult research club room

"I'm back everyone." Issei said as he walked in the room.

Inside he found Koneko eating a Popsicle.

Issei I have another job for you." Said Rias who had just come out of the shower.

"Koneko got two contracts today."

"I will leave one to you."

"Thank you for your assistance." Koneko said in her adorable whispering voice.

'Finally something interesting.' Issei thought.

Unknown client's house

'So, that's how their teleportation system works, I thought it be more unpleasant.' Issei thought while emerging from the magical circle.

In his missions as a dark mercenary he had fought and defeated many things wannabe gods born of science, actual gods, demons of every kind, vampires that could consume a person's soul along with his blood and then use that person as a puppet and by using that in mass flood the city of London and turn it into a picture of hell, man-bug kings that looked like they were wearing a bike helmet, had ridiculously long ears and a syringe tail and all kinds of other weird and terrifying things.

But nothing could have prepared him for the terror that was standing in front of him.

It was an extremely muscular man, a bit over two meters tall that was wearing some kind of maho shojo outfit.

"Please devil-san, turn Mil-tan into a real maho shojo nyo."

"Give me a minute." Issei told to the 'man' as he averted his eyes and tried not to throw up while telling himself not to go berserk to overcome that terrible he was in.

Issei then start thinking about what to do.

And five minutes passed.

"Devil-san are you okay nyo?"

And the a malevolent idea came to Issei's mind.

"Yes, I'm okay." He said with a giant smile, to hide his closed eyes.

"Just wait here I will be back in a minute."

Issei then disappeared in a blue light.

After a while he reappeared with a pamphlet and a pink envelope in his hands.

"If you want to be a real maho shojo then you need to pass the official test of the maho shojo association (I made that up it exists in this fic)."

"Maho shojo association nyo?"

"They recruit people that have the heart of a pure maiden and train them to fight evil as a maho shojo they have members in several alternate universes."

"Amazing nyo." Said the giant while his eyes and face were shinning.

"Just answer the questions on the pamphlet, be sure to be honest hypocrisy will not be tolerated they can tell, put the answers on the envelope then seal it with a kiss and it will be transported to the maho shojo HQ."

"If the determine you are pure enough thing that I sense it's quite possibly…" Issei whispered the last part. "They will send you a guide book and a wand to develop your magical abilities."

"Really nyo."

"Yes, if you manage to gain enough power in three months you will be an official maho shojo you will gain your name, costume, theme and a more fitting form, though normally only a handful manage to do it by themselves cause usually only a member of the association carries these and they help the newcomers, but if you call me again I can train you and you will most certainly succeed."

The giant looked down for a while and then burst into tears. "THANK, YOU DEVIL-SAN NYO." Said as he tried to hug him but Issei managed to avoid him by a hair.

Dark Street

It took Issei several minutes to calm the giant down and complete the rest of the contract and decided to walk back to get some much needed fresh air.

'I completed my first contract and managed to possibly create another black spot to the association the Madame chairman will at least double the bounty she has put on my head when she learns what I have done.' Issei snickered as he thought the reaction of that snob old lady with the form of a little girl.

Issei then felt a presence similar to the wannabe assassin fallen angel.

He turn and saw a tall and buxom woman with long, navy blue hair that obscured her right eye and brown eyes. Her outfit consisted of a violet, trenchcoat-like top with a wide collar, a matching miniskirt, and black heeled shoes. The trenchcoat top was open at her chest, giving view to her breasts and cleavage. She also wore a gold necklace around her neck.

"So you are the little worm that escaped from Raynare." The woman said in an arrogant tone.

"So fallen angel means that an angel fell and hit his head so hard that lost the ability to process even the simplest of information."

The woman growled, a pair of black feathered wings appeared on her back and a lance of light appeared on her hand.

But before she could have done something Issei run toward her catching her off guard.

Issei then smiled at her and he disappeared in front of her.

The woman then felt a breeze under her skirt and felt that something important was missing.

She quickly put her hands on that area like she was trying to hide something.

Then she heard a voice from behind her.

"To be honest I was expecting a string or a see-through, not a plain black pair." Issei said while examining a simple pair of black panties (guess who he learned that from).

"YOU BAST…" She began saying while she formed on her hand another spear.

"Don't try it." Issei said with a voice that could scare an army.

"I will give your group one last warning leave from the area and I will not destroy you."

The woman shaken by his words and the tone of his voice, and due to the fact that she was without protection on her sensitive area decided to flee.

Occult Research Club room

Issei had just finished his report on Rias while holding some details(meaning everything too specific).

Good job on getting your first contract, however…" Rias took a breath "it was reckless and foolish of you to try and fight a fallen angel alone."

"I'm sorry, Buchou." Issei said in a apologetic tone.

"Just promise you won't get cocky and try to take them on alone again."

"I promise I will be careful from now on and avoid unnecessary danger." Issei said before.

"Don't you think you went too far." Akeno said.

"He may not have been an average human, but he needs to take this seriously."

"I will not let the fallen angels lay a finger on my precious servant."

ABBANDONED CHURCH

The fallen angel Raynare was standing there waiting for someone. Then another fallen angel appeared it was a woman with a purple tight dress.

"Raynare I located the target he has been reincarnated as a devil by Rias Gremory."

"He is of little importance Kalawarner once we have twilight healing Rias Gremory and her servants will be of little importance."

"But are you sure we can trust that unknown wizard that is putting the machine together."

"Xennon? We have him under surveillance, he is smart but in the end he is just a weak human with no power to speak of we can dispose him when he is no longer needed."

Next morning

Issei was on his way to school thinking what interesting stuff will happen to him today.

"AAAAAAAH." An adorable innocent voice was heard.

Issei turn his head and his eyes fell on a pair of pure white panties.
