Hey guys. It seems you really want an epilogue. So I decided to write a short one. Just something short and hopefully sweet. Hope you like it.
The door clicked open and I looked up just in time to see Magnus walk into the apartment. A smile brightening his face the second our eyes met.
"Hey love. What are you doing?" He asked as he got out of his jacket before walking to me.
My eyes glanced down before turning back to him with a faint flush on my cheeks. "Umm I found these on the shelf…" I looked around at all the comic books that were surrounding me. All the comic books I have read in the past few hours. How long have I been reading anyway?
"You are reading my comics?" He teased with a smile. Picking up one from the couch and glancing at it before looking back at me with an even bigger smile.
"Yeah kind of…" My blush was a little more evident now. "I never actually had time for this before but now that you made me take a holiday I just thought why not. I hope you don't mind."
He grinned at me brightly before settling down onto my lap. And now I was definitely brightly red.
"Of course I don't mind. You live here don't you? Stop acting like a guest. You can do whatever you want. I'm not hiding anything."
I gave him a small smile at that, relaxing slightly. "Thanks."
"No reason to thanks me darling. Now…" He leaned towards me and covered my lips with his in a sweet kiss. "What do you say about taking a break from reading. I'm sure we can find something to do with all the free time you have now." He smirked and all I could do in return was pull him into another kiss. Comic books already long forgotten.
…
"Alexander please stop. She means nothing. I swear." Magnus exclaimed from behind me. Grabbing at my hand before I could walk out of the bedroom.
"Then why do you have a box of her pictures and stuff in your closet?" I asked, not able to help but get mad at this. Not able to calm down. He's mine demit.
But maybe he loves her more… A small voice said in my mind and I couldn't help but feel insecure.
"Because I'm an idiot." He said desperately. "But I swear I forgot that is even there. She's a bitch that I dated in high school and thought I loved. But I don't. I didn't love her then and I don't love her now. I only love you. I promise you that. I have never loved and will never love anyone else. Just you. Always you." He was back hugging me now. Holding onto me tightly.
"You promise?" I asked in a small voice. Having a hard time believing that but still wanting to.
"Yes. I swear. Camille was able to give me my past. But you. You are my future Alexander. You really are." He said and turned me around to face him. "I love only you. I promise."
I watched his eyes carefully. But all I could see was honestly and love and a bit of desperation. So I nodded slightly but he still saw it and relaxed immediately. "Okay. If you say so."
"I say so." He said before pulling me into a kiss. "I will always say so."
It was still hard to believe something like that but as he leaned into another kiss and another I started thinking that maybe I will be able to believe him one of these days.
...
It has been three years since I met Magnus. Since I fell for him. Since my whole life was turned upside down by just one look at those mesmerizing gold and green eyes.
And honestly it have been the best three years of my life.
I wouldn't change my life with him for anything.
I really do love him. Really and truly. And by the rings on our fingers he really loves me too.
He proposed a year ago and we have been married for half a year now. It didn't change a lot since we were already living together but it still made him look just that little bit happier. We were both smiling a lot nowadays.
My life just can't get any better. Yet still he manages to make it better every time he smiles at me and looks at me like I'm the most precious thing in the whole world. And still every time he says he loves me my heartbeat quickens. He still manages to take my breath away.
I slowly shifted in bed. The sun was up and I felt a little bit uncomfortable by just lazing in bed so I was thinking if I should get up or not.
I glanced at him and smiled at how beautiful he looked in the morning sun. I quietly leaned down and planted a soft kiss on his shoulder. Not wanting to wake him but not able to resist.
"Alec?" Magnus asked in a sleepy voice as I pulled away. Eyes only open enough for him to look at me. "Where are you going?"
"Nowhere." I answered before planting a kiss on his lips this time. Feeling him smile into it.
"Good." He sighed happily, putting his arms around me and pulling me into another lazy kiss.
Did you like it? Tell me what you think.
No I couldn't resist the ending. It had to be done. The second Ii saw the picture I knew I have to do this. But anyway I hope you liked this and will review. Hopefully I did what you wanted me to. And sorry for the whole fight thing in the middle. It had to be done too.
So anyway you've got your epilogue so review my lovelies.
