Lucy and Gru were heading to the theater in an another promising date. Lucy was really looking forward to watch an action film. Gru, on the other hand, actually didn't care much about what they were going to watch; the only important thing was that he wasn't alone anymore. It was late afternoon and they walked through the streets with calm steps, trying to stretch time as long as possible. They went mostly in silence, enjoying each other's presence, although the walk was occasionally interrupted by Lucy, who was used to announce every critter she saw with sentences like "look at the birdie!" or "little dog!", as if she'd never seen one before.

They were finally entering the theater when Lucy talked again: "I gotta confess something", she said biting her lip. "Someone already told me tons of spoilers of the film and I also heard that it was kinda disappointing".

"We can watch something else, you know. Eet's not like eet's written een stone", Gru said.

"It won't bother you?". As a response he planted a kiss so sweet in her hair that made Lucy blush. "I guess it won't, then", she giggled.

"Let's see...", Gru looked at the list of films that were showing. "Pacific Rim. What do you think?"

"Meh...giant monsters? I bet America saves the day in that one".

"O...k? The lone ranger, then".

Lucy would've agreed, but it was a little bit of a secret that her platonic love was Johnny Depp. She knew herself. She couldn't help but fangirl with every single one of his films and she didn't want her partner to feel bad about it. Suddenly something caught her attention. "What about Monsters University?", Lucy said pointing at the poster. "Oh, please, pleeease! Can we watch that one?"

Gru looked at the poster with a poker face. "But...eet's a children's film!".

"And I haven't seen one in ages!"

"But, but...I already watched eet with the keettens!"

Lucy joined her hands and pouted her lip. That way she looked just like Agnes when she wanted something. Gru couldn't help but laugh at her. "Ok, ok! Let's watch that one".

Lucy shouted an adorable "yay!", took her partner's hand and pulled him to the ticket office.

She was still a little girl after all...

A/N: I was trying to sleep last night when a scene came to me...and I couldn't get it out of my head xD I thought it would be interesting to see these two talking about movies. Besides, it's a situation that could really enhance Lucy's childish personality :)

Anyway, tell me what you think :D

As always...I own nothing (u.u)
