This is based on a headcanon that was on the superwholock-headcanons tumblr.
This is my first story so it's not insanely good, but I just thought I'd give it a go!
I do not own Supernatural, Doctor Who, or Sherlock. (It would be pretty awesome if I did, though.)
Dean walked through the halls of the TARDIS, not having any clue where he was. This was the tenth time Dean had gotten lost in the TARDIS in the past week, and Dean was starting to get pissed. He swore the TARDIS was doing this on purpose. There was no way he could go down multiple hallways leading away from the library, yet still ending up there. All Dean wanted was to go to the kitchen and see if there was any pie.
Was that too much to ask for?
Dean didn't think it was.
When Dean reached a door conveniently labeled "Kitchen", Dean let out a sigh of relief and said "Finally." He opened the door and took a step in. Next thing Dean knew, he was underwater.
He was in the pool.
He was in the pool in the library.
Dean decided that he hated the TARDIS, and that the TARDIS hated him.
John walked through the halls of the TARDIS as his tall new friend, Sam Winchester, told him all about his hunting experience. John thought it was fascinating, and also a bit frightening, that there were so many creatures that he never knew about until he met the Doctor and the Winchesters. John liked the Doctor's stories, but he found Sam's a bit more interesting, especially the way he told them.
John liked having someone to talk to that wasn't Sherlock. Sure, John's neck would hurt from having to look up at Sam, but they had great conversations nonetheless.
John and Sam turned a corner and spotted Dean, who was soaked and angry. Sam couldn't suppress his laughter and Dean responded with a "Shut up, Sam."
"What happened?" John asked, trying to hide a grin.
"I was looking for the kitchen but then the TARDIS decided I should go for a swim in the library."
"Don't worry, when I first came that happened to Sherlock when he was looking for his room." John shook his head. "I don't really understand why there should be a pool in the library..."
"Why shouldn't there be a pool in the library?" the Doctor asked, coming around a corner with Sherlock. The Doctor looked at Dean and was about to ask what happened when Sherlock said "Dean was looking for the kitchen but kept finding the library, ending up in the pool. Don't worry, Dean, the TARDIS can even outsmart me sometimes."
Dean rolled his eyes. "Thanks, Sherlock. Way to be modest."
The Doctor went over to the wall and started patting it. "Now, now, be nice," the Doctor told the TARDIS. "These are our friends and they don't appreciate you messing with them."
Dean looked at the man in the bowtie and thought This guy is insane.
"Right then," the Doctor clapped his hands and faced the group. "Who wants to go on an adventure?"
