Thank you everyone for the reviews, follows, and favorites! Love you all.

Live How You Want to Live: Of course i'm gonna thank you! Your reviews are always so sweet. I decided to go with angst on this chapter but I promise there will be at least one fluffy chapter in this story! :)

messygirl89: Sorry I didn't go with fluff this chapter but I promise there will be some coming up and it shall be fluff quenching! Maybe I just won't do any pairings? More of a family kinda fic? Not sure yet, but I'll definitely let you guys know what I choose. Thank you for leaving me another great review!

Hannisquid: I'm glad you like it! Thank you so much for reviewing!

Alrighty soooo i'm still not sure about ships and if there will be any, but for now I'm planning on just leaving this as more of a family type story. Thank you for reading. Please please review. And have a great day!

I do not own Now You See Me.

Henley left the bathroom and smiled softly at the cringing curly haired magician laying outstretched on the hotel bed.

"I'm going down for some coffee. I think the two of you should talk." She whispered nodding in Daniel's direction and leaving the room.

The magician sighed as he removed himself from the bed and made his way to the bathroom door. He took a deep breath before reaching his hand out towards the door knob. Just as he wrapped his hand on the metal, it was pushed forward into him.

"Sorry." Jack whispered as he left the bathroom. Before he could walk another step, Daniel grabbed his bicep. The boy tried to pull away, but Atlas only gripped him tighter. The older magician closed his eyes and spoke softly.

"No, Jack."

"No."

"I...am sorry. I'm so so sorry." Tears were already filling his eyes and he felt stupid. He hadn't felt so guilty since... He didn't realize how hard he was crying until he felt a small hand on his back.

"It's okay. Really. I forgave you a long time ago." Jack said with a blank face.

"No it's not. It's fucking not." Daniel swatted Jack's hand away and furthered the distance from the boy.

"I was supposed to be there for you. I was supposed to be there for Luke. I wasn't. I...I ruined everything." Atlas was rambling on and Jack's brow furrowed in confusion.

"I don't need a babysitter. I should be able to take care of myself." Jack shrugged his shoulders, ignoring the Luke comment.

"That's the same thing my brother said. And you know what? HE'S DEAD." Daniel was screaming as tears were free falling and Jack furthered himself into the corner.

It appeared as though both magicians were stuck in the past and there was no way out.

Henley had been sipping her caramel frappe when she received a text from Merritt.

Trouble at the park, fbi everywhere. Go find the boys now.

Henley grabbed her sweater from the back of the chair and left the little restaurant. Her frappe and receipt were long forgotten.

After about ten minutes, she reached the hotel room. She pulled her key from her pocket and unlocked the door. She took a step in and her mouth dropped. Atlas was sitting on the edge of one of the beds, shaking his head and Jack was on the opposite side of the room, squished into a corner, and trembling.

"Good talk?"
