Chapter 34: The meeting of two heartbroken souls

At the same time June and Kou met,

Hiromi enters the small studio that she is meeting Rika as she carries her wooden guitar. Rika is wearing her blue jacket with a gold color camisole, blue and gold pattern leggings with her black boots.

"I wonder what is taking Rika-san so long? Well! I'll just practice my songs on the guitar." Hiromi thought to herself. Hiromi found a stool, sits down and begin to play her guitar.

As she plays, she hears the door open and looks up anticipating that it was Rika. In the end, her anticipation turns into disappointment when she realize it is just the Katsuo boy she met at the celebration. Katsuo is wearing a black and white t-shirt with a black hoodie, black fingerless gloves, dark blue jeans, his black adidas with a guitar case around his shoulder as he holds two amps for the guitars.

" Yo!" Katsuo greets Hiromi with a grin on his face.

" Sigh! What are you doing here?" Hiromi asks him as she holds her guitar.

" Im suppose to meet Nagi-san for our lesson. I should be asking why are you here?" Katsuo said to Hiromi.

" I'm suppose to meet Rika-san here for our lesson as well." Hiromi replies to Katsuo as she felt a little bit irritated by this situation.

" Since we're here! Why don't we try to get to know each other?" Katsuo suggest to Hiromi as he put one of the amps next to Hiromi and one next to him. Katsuo spots another stool and sits down.

" I don't think so." Hiromi replies to the suggestion as she takes out her chord and plugs in her guitar and the amp.

" Why not? I don't bite!" Katsuo said to Hiromi as he takes out his electric black guitar and plugs in his chord into his guitar and in to the amp.

" Cause I don't trust you. I know your type." Hiromi replies to him as she tunes her guitar.

" And what do you exactly know about my type then?" Katsuo asks her as he felt a little irritated by her statement.

" Your the type to play with a girl's emotion's and then you break their hearts as you don't even care if she is crying because she fell for you." Hiromi explains her reply to Katsuo with anger in her eyes.

" Heh! You don't even know me sweetheart!" Katsuo said to her with a dark cold smirk on his face.

" Don't call me Sweetheart! Plus its true! you're just like them! From the Cold hearted smirks and the darkness in your eyes to leaving the girl as you break her heart!" Hiromi said to him as she felt her anger increasing.

" WELL FOR YOUR INFORMATION PRINCESS! I AM NOT ONE OF THEM!" Katsuo shouts at Hiromi angrily.

" HOW SHOULD I EVEN BELIEVE YOU?! I SHOULD KNOW CAUSE I WAS A VICTIM OF HEARTBREAK!" Hiromi shouts at him angrily as well.

" SO WAS I!" Katsuo shouts back at Hiromi as they breath heavily until realization kicks in.

"You were in the same situation like I was?" The two stubborn teens asks each other simultaneously.

"Ladies first." Katsuo said to Hiromi as he was shocked out of his mind.

"Yeah. I was dating a guy name Jagger for a year. Just like his name, he chased after me until I was his girl. Then I began to fall for him as he showed me his passionate side and his gentleness. That was when we became official. During the year, it was my birthday and our anniversary. It was nighttime and the stars were out. He told me to meet him by the lake where we first met. I went to the lake happily until…..I saw him making out with another girl right in front of me. He looks at me and said "I'm tired of you. Lets break up", and that was the end of Jagger and I." Hiromi said to Katsuo as she told him the story about her and Jagger.

"I'm so sorry that it happen to you." Katsuo said to her kindly.

"No need to apologize. What about you?" Hiromi asks him as she saw sadness in his eyes.

"I was dating a girl name Roxie for a year as well. She was feisty, and outspoken. I would call her my feisty firecracker. It was our anniversary as well, so I went to to the mall to buy a necklace from her favorite store Zales. Until.. I also spotted her going on a date with one of my enemies from our school. She spots me as well and told me "Since you found out! It'll be easier to break up with you". Thats how It ended between Roxie and I." Katsou explains the story to Hiromi.

"Wow! Sorry about Roxie." Hiromi said to Katsuo kindly.

"Its cool. You don't have to apologize as well". Katsuo said to Hiromi.

"I guess we were just a pair of fools huh?" Hiromi said to Katsuo as she sadly laughs a bit.

"Yeah Just a fool." Katsuo agrees with Hiromi's statement. They both sigh sadly and began to play their guitars until they strung some familiar chords.

Uh

Katsuo looks at Hiromi as they began to repeat the familiar chords.

Yeah

They began to play a song which the chords and Hiromi began to sing.

Another shot of whiskey please bartender

Keep it coming til I don't remember at all

Turn the music up a little bit louder

Just gotta get past the midnight hour

Their guitars began to hit a crescendo.

Who am I kidding
I know what I'm missing

Hiromi and Katsuo began to play the chorus. Hiromi began to belt which left Katsuo speechless.

Hiromi began to remember the memories about her and Jagger. She was sad, but angry that she fell for it.

Katsuo began to sing as Hiromi looks at him surprised. Katsuo was also angry about Roxie. Hiromi never thought he would sing that amazing.

And I tell myself we were bad together

The two of them began to sing together which was igniting a flame between them.

"This feels so powerful and new that I never felt before when I was with Roxie/Jagger" The two heartbroken souls thought simultaneously as they play their instruments lively.

Katsuo gets up and walks towards Hiromi as they play the bridge to their song and began to sing again.

I can't accept that it's lost

Hiromi gets up and does the same thing that Katsuo is doing as she sings the bridge as well.

The teens gaze at each other as their eyes met.

They both belted the chorus as they play their guitars and gaze at each other.

Katsuo and Hiromi play the final chords to their song as they were speechless about each other.

"Wow!" Katsuo and Hiromi both said to each other until they heard the door open and gave each other some space. At long last it was Rika and Nagi. Rika is wearing a black blouse with a blue vest, blue skinny jeans and her favorite black knee boots as she wore her black fedora. Nagi is wearing his favorite hearts Jacket with a white shirt, his favorite scarf with Black pants, striped socks that covers some of the pants and his favorite pair of boots with a fedora as well.

" Well it looks like you two got a long fine". Rika said to the teens happily.

" What is going on Nagi-san" Katsuo asks his mentor since he wanted to know why Hiromi and him were assigned the same room.

" Well Kat-kun! We are letting you newcomers learn about partnering up with another idol that is not from your group!" Nagi replies to his pupil's question.

"Can you please clarify the explanation a bit? I understand the concept but why are we doing this?" Hiromi asks her mentor knowing that their has to be some reason why they are doing a lesson about partnering.

"Its like Nagi-kun said, we want you new coming idols to grow out of your comfort zone and spread your horizons more. So as of today! You two and the others are going to be in a partner competition that we set up for you guys." Rika explains to her pupil answer as well.

" Since were going to be partners, lets start over again." Katsuo said to Hiromi with a warm smile on his face.

" That…Sounds nice for a change. My name is Mirako Hiromi." Hiromi reintroduces herself to Katsuo as she gestures a handshake from him.

" My name is Madoka Katsuo." Katsuo reintroduces himself as well and shakes Hiromi's hand.

"Nice to meet you Katsu-kun!" Hiromi said to him happily as a warm smile forms her face.

"Nice to meet you too Hi-chan!" Katsuo said the same thing to Hiromi with a smile on his face also.

"Now that we know each other's names, Lets get get started!" Nagi and Rika said to their pupils simultaneously.

Another partnership is made.
