Trenzalore part 2

A/N Sorry about the lateness! crashed for the whole night! Listen to The Life and Death of Amy Pond for the full effect! :) Anyway Geronimo!

"Any more? Anyone have anymore marks on themselves?" the Doctor cried as the whole group got closer together in fear.

"No..? Anyone?" Soairse asked as 'no's' went around the group...

"Yes..." Amelia suddenly pipped up.

"Right Amelia stay where you are..." Altar said as Amelia nodded silently. "Same with you Arvette..."

"Why? Your not going to leave her as a 'marker' are you?!" Soairse cried coming up to Atlary as he smiled at her.

"Good point, the Silence will have moved on probably... They won't stay in one space now they know that we've seen them..." the Doctor agreed beckoning Amelia back into the group.

"What are the Silence?" Clara suddenly asked, shivering with the cold.

"Silence will fall when the question is asked..." Rhys said absentmindedly.

"How did you know..." the Doctor started.

"They're aliens..." Katz started.

"But when you look away you forget them," Natasha continued.

"The ultimate defence," Kate smiled.

"But you got rid of them?.." Hatty asked.

"On Earth... I don't know if you've noticed but this isn't Earth," Anna said pointing round her. "Sorry..." she said moments later. She didn't normally snap. "I'm just scared..." she admitted.

"Same..." Sarah agreed, standing beside her and linking arms with her.

"How do they know everything?" Clara muttered, stamping her feet in an attempt to get warm in the cold air.

"Yes how do you know everything..." the Doctor asked confused. They were about to answer when suddenly three Silence appeared in front of them, close to Mackenzie and Hannah who gasped stepping back into the Doctor who caught them lightly on the arm not taking his eyes off the creatures.

"What are they?.." Clara asked gasping.

"The Silence!" half of the group cried in response.

"Right yes! Of corse(!)" she replied feeling like the one left out slightly as suddenly Altar and Soairse jumped back into one another.

"Get off!" Soairse cried shrugging the Altar off her with a small smirk. "Doctor there's more here!"

"Get away from them, come back into the middle..." he said quietly, pulling a frozen Amy back.

"Doctor..." Mason said walking backwards with Hatty and Rhys, Silence bordering behind them.

"They're here as well..." Kate said as she and Arvette edged towards the group, now surrounded by Silence.

"Is there anything we can do?.." Amelia whispered.

"Hold on... No I'm thinking... I'm bad bad at this... I know! Wait no I don't... Just keep looking at them... Just..." the Doctor muttered, pacing round the group.

And Amelia grabbed Clara's hand...

At first she looked up, taken aback by the girl but her grip softened as slowly one by one their hands joined up together. Even Kate who was reluctant at first.

The Silence stood reaching out, blue light streaking from their fingertips. The group looking out in half disgust half fear. The Silence loomed over them, most of the group being taller than Clara anyway and still seeming miniature next to the creatures.

"Think, think, think, think..." the Doctor muttered suddenly looking around and noticing the group joined hand by hand. "Oh right... Moment..."

But suddenly the silence attacked shooting blue lightning from their hands and suddenly the links were broken, the group cowering and running.

"Moment over!" Kate cried as they sprinted in all directions.

"Run!" the Doctor yelled.

"But keep together!" Arvette said desperately as she was dragged off by Clara.

No chance...

"Where are the others?" Clara asked as they suddenly stopped, the Silence moving swiftly past them as they lodged themselves between two graves. Arvette groaned as she looked around. Mackenzie, Soairse, Amelia, Anna, Hannah, Amy, Natasha and the three boys, Hatty, Rhys and Mason were huddling there, their breath cold and showing up in the breeze.

"Who's not here?" Soairse asked, the small group looking around...

"Sarah..." Amelia said thinking.

"Kate..." Mackenzie added, looking round her.

"And Katz," Hannah said as sounds made them stop and listen carefully, their breathing shallowed...

"Altar as well... But I think that's it..." Natasha finished as it was silent once more...

"And the Doctor..." Clara added, annoyed... Amelia hugged her silently to stop her shivering quite so badly as Mason suddenly stood up the others looking at him.

"What were we hiding from again?.." Mason asked.

"I don't know... Are we hiding?" Rhys asked.

"We need to go back for them..." Anna said suddenly.

"Agreed... Sarah was my friend," Amelia said as Hannah shook her head.

"I've been running I can tell... Probably running away from something... Something that I can't remember..?" she said.

"The Silence?" Amy asked. No one dared to answer her...

"They're probably in the same position as we are!" Hannah argued, biting her lip.

"But you don't get it... She was my first friend..." Amelia finished.

"The Doctors there..." Clara admitted.

"Then it's decided? We go?.." Amy asked as the group looked around. And nodded.

"What are the silence?.." Clara said suddenly...

"Creatures. Once you look away from them you can't remember them. I think. I don't know I've never seen one..." Natasha replied.

"You think!" Hatty said.

"I hope!" Natasha smirked back.

"Trapped! Brilliant! Do you know this is the perfect time for me to come up with a plan don't you think?!" the Doctor cried.

"Yes just perfect!" Katz replied smirking.

"What were we running from?" Sarah asked looking around at where they now were... They had run into a sort of cavern below some of the many graves that surrounded them.

"I don't know..." the Doctor admitted. "It must be quite bad though because my bow ties all lopsided... And Clara's not here..."

"No neither are the other half of the group if you haven't noticed!" Kate scorned.

"Ah ha! Spirit and feisty at that! Just what I need!" the Doctor smiled at her.

"So is there anyway to get out?.." Altar asked.

"Of corse! There's always a way out! Usually! Most of the time! Some of the time! I don't know ok?!" the Doctor cried finally. "But hey what could go wrong?! I have my girls and my man!" he said patting Altar on the back as he smiled.

"Doctor..?" Sarah suddenly said.

"Look there's a combination on the other side of the door..." the Doctor said.

"Yes the one we, well you, got us locked behind!" Katz replied peering at the door.

"Doctor..." Sarah tried again.

"Can you use the sonic?" Kate asked.

"The what?.." the Doctor said.

"Your sonic screwdriver?" Kate repeated

"Well yes I know that... How do you know what it is?.." the Doctor asked, pulling it out and waving it against the door.

"Doctor..." Sarah whispered.

"So?" Altar asked.

"I might be able to but it'll take a while... You lot can get started on pulling the stones away from they corner... See if we can try and get out..." the Doctor replied.

"Doctor?!" Sarah suddenly cried as the group turned...

"Don't blink whatever you do, don't take you eyes off of them!" the Doctor cried as they came face to face with five Weeping Angles...

"We know that!" Kate replied rolling her eyes before fixing them on the nearest one.

"No we can do this a better way, me and Sarah will keep an eye on the Angles, you and Katz try and find us all a way out of here..." Altar said to Kate as she and Katz nodded going back and joining the Doctor in the entrance.

"Thank God we've got light from the gap in those stones..." Kate said smiling.

"Don't speak too soon..." Katz grimaced...

"We are we going?" Natasha asked as the group headed off, Clara first, followed by Soairse then Hatty, Rhys, Mason, Natasha, Amy, Anna, Amelia, Arvette, Hannah and Mackenzie.

"Back the way we came I suppose..." Mason replied as the group suddenly stopped, looking behind the nearest graves, popping their heads up like primary school children.

"And why are we slinking about?.." Anna asked.

"And whispering," Amy butted in.

"Because we're trying not to be spotted by the creatures we we're running from before..." Hannah replied as they ran round the corner.

"Doctor where are you?.." Clara whispered...

"He won't be far..." Amelia said.

"Just look for danger!" Mason joked.

"And the blue box," Mackenzie smiled.

"I know... He'll be fine! I'm just freezing!" Clara laughed unconvincingly.

"Do you want to borrow my coat?" Soairse asked as Clara smiled but shook her head.

"Hey! What about me!" Hannah yelled as she posed, showing off her clubbing dress and high heels...

"How he hell did you run in them?" Rhys asked as she winked in reply.

"Do you want to borrow my coat!" Soairse laughed as Hannah smiled.

"Could I?" she asked.

"By all means!" Soairse replied throwing it over.

"Weeping Angles..." Amy suddenly said as the whole group turned to look at the statues...

"What?.." Clara asked.

"Don't blink... Who can run backwards?" Hatty asked.

"Why?" Natasha asked.

"Because someone will have to! If we're going to run away and look at it at the same time!" Mackenzie replied.

"I can!" Rhys said.

"Me to..." Anna smiled standing next to him as they kept moving.

"Keep a look out guys... That isn't the last of them..." Arvette said as the group made quick pace, backtracking their steps...

Xoxo

"I used to have a daughter called Sarah..." Atlary said as the two of them kept their eyes fixed on the Angles in front of them using the half light...

"You look too young..." Sarah replied smiling slightly.

"I'm eight hundred years old..." he smirked.

"No way! One hundred and fifty..." Sarah replied. "I say I'm fifteen though... It dosent freak people out as much..."

"No way..?" the Altar gasped.

"Yes... Two hearts... Don't be alarmed!" Sarah smiled.

"I'm not it's just that... I lost my daughter when she was very young... She became human... I looked but I never found her... She would be one hundred and fifty as well..." Altar said as Sarah averted her gaze for a moment and brought out a golden fob watch...

"I opened it years and years ago but I never thought..." she said as Altar looked at the watch then back at Sarah.

"No?.." he whispered.

And then the phone rang...

"Clara!" the Doctor cried as he answered it, putting it on loudspeaker and clutching it under his chin, Kate finally taking it from him.

"Doctor!" came the voice from the receiving end. "I'm glad to hear your voice! We have Weeping Angles over here!"

"Ah Clara, Clara, Clara!" the Doctor smiled. "Yes us as well! It's a small world!"

"If you like!" she replied.

"Right! Now I need you to find a door kind of thing between two gravestones that's where we are, we've kind of locked ourselves in..." the Doctor said.

"Yes that is so typically you.." Clara replied. "Any particular gravestones?"

"Oh y'know! Just your average ones!" he said.

"Helpful..." Clara replied smiling. Her and the rest of the group were now in a sort of circle formation all their eyes watering in the effort to keep them fixed on the Angels...

Back where the Doctor was, Kate was holding a phone, the Doctor scanning a wall but Katz had a key stone nearly freed and the Altar and Sarah were still looking at each other... Just wondering and hoping...

"Wait if your not looking at the Angel and I'm not then..?" Sarah suddenly said as they turned back, backing into Katz and Kate as the Angels advanced.

"Oh cosy!" Katz smirked. "Don't tear you eyes off them for a moment more!" she suddenly said seriously as she pulled away at stones. "I'm nearly there..." she said as suddenly one released, tumbling down on top of her, pinning her to the ground.

"Katz?!" Sarah cried crouching down beside her and trying to lift the stone off, the Doctor trying madly to unlock the door, the phone falling to the ground with a clutter.

"Doctor?!" Clara cried as the heard the commotion, the line now dead.

"What's happening?" Hatty asked.

"What's happened to Katz?.." Anna asked.

"I don't know... I just don't know!" Clara replied, as scared as the rest of them.

"Try phoning him back..." Soairse said as Clara nodded, picking the phone back up.

The stones that had fallen had made a sizable gap so light was finally in the cave area but this proved as a disadvantage as suddenly...

"The Angels are moving the stones!" Sarah cried pointing. And yes he Angels were moving the stones, covering back up the holes...

"They're going to make the room pitch black again!" Kate cried.

"We're going to die!" Katz rasped from under the stone, Altar rushing back to lift if off of her.

"No... No... No we're not! I have my sonic light and..." the Doctor started before shining and sitting down on the floor.

"I'm not afraid of saying it... You are my hero!" Kate said smiling and sitting next to him. "Weather we live or die today... I'll live though! Immortal,"'she smiled.

"What?" Katz asked, sitting up herself and wincing.

"Some girls have to have secrets," Kate smiled.

"Yes I suppose..." the Doctor smiled back at her.

"So I'm the only one who will die here..." Katz smiled weakly. "Brilliant..!"

"But you don't die here... I know you don't die here..." Sarah said to the Doctor.

"All our graves are here..." Katz pointed out.

"Not Soairse though..." Kate said.

"Of corse..." Altar smiled as the phone rang and suddenly the light went out... "Soairse can fix it! She can do it all! She can write it!" Altar cried down the phone as the Doctor desperately tried to use the sonic as flashlight.

"What?!" Soairse cried back from the other end.

"You can! Just DO IT!" Altar screamed as the Angels came closer and closer.

"DOCTOR!" Clara yelled.

"What do I do I don't understand!" Soairse cried as Arvette walked up to her holding out something. "What is that?" Soairse asked.

"It's a big stick..!" she grinned. "Well your going to need something to write with,"

"What?.." Soairse cried.

"Go on Seisha... Make it a happy ending... For the last time... Take us all back home... Please," Arvette smiled. And so Soairse took the stick and got down on her hands and knees, rubbing marks into the soil. Not marks but words... As the group faced death.

Amelia now stronger then she'd ever been before side by side with her hero...

Anna calm but happy. In all the times she'd looked after animals, she'd finally found the Doctor she wanted...

Hatty, with his crazy hair blowing in the wind, eye to eye with his favourite enemy...

Rhys, no longer shy but confidant. He helped save the Doctor after all...

Amy, healthier and more trusting then she'd ever been before...

Kate, close to the Doctor and trying not to think of it in a dirty way..!

Sarah having found her family and her Doctor...

Mason, exploring a world that before was far out of his reach...

Mackenzie who was standing in a muddy field, despite her OCD, and to be honest, loving it...

Katz, injured but never happier and still smiling...

Arvette, auburn hair gleaming but eyes glowing brighter with the joy of everything around her...

Natasha, her life defined by the one moment standing in the snow and hoping it would freeze just how it was and stay. Just how it was...

Hannah, still in the high heels and loving it, towering above the stone statue that stood in front of her...

Altar, happier than ever and not caring too much what the future would bring as long as he and Sarah were safe and together once more...

And finally Soairse or Seisha for use of a better name. Writing like her life depended on it. Sending the group back. One by one. Along with the Angels and the Silence and bringing two back together.

The Doctor and Clara. Just how it was when they started.

And so they were alone. Safe but alone, the cold finally taking over and the wind howling. Seisha put the stick down and got up... Watching the scene unfold before her.

"Doctor!" Clara cried, running up to him as she ran up to her, spinning her round and then finally placing her back down on the floor before the two turned to the teenage girl.

"I suppose I'd better be off..." she said smiling as the Doctor looked at her.

"Thank you..." he finally said.

"Ah! No problem!" Seisha replied smiling as the two smiled back. "I didn't even know what I was doing to be honest! But never mind cause now I know... And now I have to go..."

"Do you?" Clara asked.

"Yes, yes I do but Doctor?" Seisha asked as she began to turn away.

"Yes?" he asked.

"Thank you," Seisha replied. "Thank you for being my Doctor..."

"One last full stop eh?" he said smiling.

And here. It. Is
