Chapter 4: The End

'Rescue the Princess of your Heart'

Hi minna~! 4th chapter is up. I have to tell you that this is also the last chapter. Yeah, you read that right. This is the last chapter. I was boring with this story. I kind of hate it actually. But for the sake of the fans, I typed the last chapter. I wanted to make it at least in the twenties but whatever. Please enjoy!

When she looked at her belt, she found out that her keys were gone.

' I can quite understand that...' she mumbled to herself.

But then she realized she also lost another important thing…

A rude voice called her out of her thoughts. 'Looking for this, girly?' Minerva held Lucy's keys between her index finger and thumb.

'My keys!' Lucy lunged forwards to gap them.

Minerva simply moved her hand away from the cell. 'Tut-tut~! Don't touch the keys~!' She said in a sing-sang voice.

Lucy growled. 'Give back my keys.'

'Wow, take it easy. We are just going to lent these for a while.' Minerva grinned at Lucy's angry face.

'Give them back!' She screamed hard.

Minerva snapped. 'No! You shut up! When we made the grand key, you can have them. Then they are useless anyway.' She smirked.

-X-

'Looking for this, Dragneel?' Sting was sitting high in a tree, in his hand a necklace.

Natsu was searching this forest for about an hour already. Hibiki pointed out that the signal was stopping in this forest. Before Hibiki could finish his explanation, Natsu was already deep in the forest. He was so worried about Lucy. His partner must be scared. It was his job to protect her. He had to protect her.

And now was the blonde Saber sitting in a tree.

'Where is Lucy?' Natsu let out a low growl from his throat.

Sting chuckled softly. 'You mean, Blondie?'

Natsu was really angry now. It took a lot of effort to hold his anger in check. 'I'm asking you for the last time: where is Lucy?'

Sting now laughed hard. 'Haha, you have it bad~!'

Natsu didn't understand what Sting was talking about but his patience was now totally gone.

Natsu punched Sting with an amazing speed out of the tree. He was so fast that even the white dragon slayer couldn't respond to his punches.

Natsu held the lifeless Sting by his collar. 'Where is Lucy Heartfillia?' He hissed.

'A-about a half hour walk to the east from here.'

Natsu threw Sting to the ground and took the necklace from Sting's pocket. He dashed away.

Natsu saw an old building in sight. He was relieved. Lucy, here I come. Please hold on.

The doors flew open. He heard a high pitched scream.

All he could think was Lucy. She was caged to the brick wall by iron handcuffs.

A red print on her cheek. Minerva laughing at the blonde.

-X- Earlier –X-

'You are coming with me, Blondie.' Minerva pulled Lucy out of her cage.

Lucy knew struggling was useless. She silently obedient Minerva but with an icy glare.

She cuffed Lucy to the wall.

'What are you going to do with my keys?' Lucy demanded.

Minerva only laughed.

Lucy was so angry and frustrated. She began using bad words. 'You ugly bitch.'

Minerva was taken aback by her words. 'What did you say?' She asked slowly.

Lucy wished Natsu was here. But she knew he would come. He always came to rescue her.

'You heard me.' Lucy had self-confidence. She spat the black haired mage in the face.

Minerva's fist connected with her cheek and Lucy screamed in pain.

Natsu saw Minerva and before he knew it, he used his dragon force. Minerva didn't sense him coming and flew in the wall. She was losing consciousness but not before she send and emergency message to her guild mates.

Natsu ran to Lucy and -with help of his fire- undid her handcuffs.

'Natsu~!' Lucy silently started sobbing. Her best friend, her partner, her secret crush, he came to rescue her.

Natsu pulled Lucy into a tight hug. He knew what she was feeling. He was relieved she was save.

Lucy was so happy he was here that she didn't think about it and pulled Natsu into a fierce kiss.

At first Natsu was really surprised. But then he lend in. It felt good. It felt right.

Lucy broke the kiss because of need for air. It was until then that she realized what she had done.

'I-I'm so sorry-'

Natsu silenced her with another kiss. He knew it. He loved her. And at the responds of Lucy, he knew Lucy loved him too.

Was this the end? Obviously no. Minerva called her guild mates. Luckily for Natsu and Lucy that their reinforces aka guild mates/friends arrived too. It was a hard fight. Everyone fought with all their power. But only one could be the winner. And who other could it be then Fairy Tail?

Nobody understood why Sabertooth kidnapped Lucy. The magic council spoke to them in jail. They were talking about melting the twelve zodiacs to a grand key, grand key is Spirit King, King a lot of power, could make them more powerful, Lucy had to summon him, etc. etc.

But the whole point was.

Natsu and Lucy found each other. Through this accident they realized their love for each other.

And Natsu and Lucy lived happily ever after.

Yeah, it's short. It's boring. I know, I know. But I wanted this story out of the way. My last update was 8/3/13.

I wanted to make Sting and Natsu fight but unfortunately I'm not good in writing fight scenes.
