A loud crash was followed by screams and glass shattering.

"God Dammit Lovino! I'm done with this!

I'm done with the name calling! I'm done with you pushing me away! I'm done pretending to love you!"

Pretending to love you...

Those words echoed in Lovino's head as he forced back tears.

Spain hadn't meant to go that far, it was just something he said in the heat of their argument. Neither of them could recall how the fight had started, Possibly with Spain fawning over Feliciano and saying Lovino should be more like him, or maybe with the name-calling and pushing away from Lovino. Either way it had led to this. Romano had thrown a vase, causing it to shatter merely centimeters from where Spain was standing.

"Good! Just...Leave then!"

Lovino had screamed, he looked down not being able to contain his tears any longer, not wanting the Spanish Nation to see him break down. Spain stormed out, slamming the door behind him, only then did Lovino allow himself to break down, falling to his knees, crying.

I...I knew it...I knew he was just pretending to love me...

I-I didn't mean to push him away, I tried dammit! I don't care if he hates me because now...I hate me too...

Lovino hadn't slept, it was now 6 o' clock in the morning, and he realized no matter how much he denied it, called him names, pushed him away, fought with him...He needed Spain.

He got up slowly, making his way over to the side table, he opened the drawer taking the object out.

Just do it dammit! I-It'll be better than knowing he doesn't love you!

Spain and him had their worst fight...ever. leading to said Spanish Nation to tell him he never actually loved him and storm out. He didn't come back, Lovino suspected he wouldn't ever come back, because that fight, happened a month ago. Lovino's heart was shattered, he was in so much pain...It had driven him mad.

He couldn't think straight, he was panicking.

Everything...Everything he had been told...They were all lies...Weren't they?

He was pathetic, to take such drastic measures over one thing...one person. But it wasn't just Spain leaving him that drove him to this.

"Why can't you be more like Feli? Why cant you be nicer?"

"You don't even try..."

His hand trembled as he brought the gun to his head, his grip tightening.

Just end it already.

A shot rang out and Lovino fell to his knees, the last shimmer of life leaving his eyes. and because life was always timed so perfectly, Spain chose that second to open the door, Shocked as he looked at his love, completely still...in a pool of blood. He instantly regret what he had said, the day of that fight. He loved Lovino more than anything, and now...Lovino would never know.

"All I needed to do...Was say that I loved him..."
