Videl: Where the hell have you been?

Videl: Bullshit.
Okay. Okay. I've been really busy with school. I'm in my last year of high school so I get lot's of work. My friends nicknamed the subjects I'm doing the suicide 5. It totally fits.
Videl: Get back on topic.
Ooops. Anyway, don't worry about me discontinuing this coz it shall NEVER HAPPEN. Just so you know. I plan on updating at least once a month if I can, so please be patient with me. Thanks for everyone that is being supportive and now... CHAPTER 27!
-Last time-
"I'd like to welcome you all to the Ox kingdom. Even though your visit is unexpected I welcome you all with open arms."
Snapping out of their daze by the large man's voice, the students turned to Gohan and exclaimed, "YOU'RE A PRINCE?!"
Gohan began to sweat at seeing the adoring looks on the girls faces and the jealousy on the males. This was not going to be fun.
-Now-
'Oh shit,' Gohan thought, looking at his peers reactions.
Turning to Videl he said, "Hope you're ready to run."
Without waiting for her to respond, he grabbed her hand and raced up the stairs with Goku calling a 'good luck' behind him. The female population of the class followed behind the couple, the distance between them increasing. Turning a corner, Gohan slipped himself and Videl into a room nearby and waited for the girls to pass by.
"I think we've lost them for now," Gohan sighed in relief once he knew the girls were out of hearing range.
He turned to see a slightly amused but annoyed Videl staring at him.
"So when did you plan on telling me you were the grandson of the Ox king?" Videl asked calmly.
Gohan cringed slightly at the tone of her voice. She seemed much too calm for his liking and he knew he was in trouble.
"Well, I don't really consider myself a prince. Technically by birth right I would be the prince, but I don't consider myself one and would prefer to drop that title," Gohan replied sheepishly.
"But you couldn't tell your girlfriend? Did you think I'd make a big deal about it? Didn't you trust me enough?!" Videl asked icily.
That cut into Gohan deep. "Of course I trust you! I just don't think it's a big deal," Gohan defended.
"BIG DEAL?! Of course it's a big deal. Now all those sluts are going to be trying to gain your affection. They don't like you for who you are, only that you're a prince and the Gold Fighter!" Videl cried angrily.
Gohan gave the woman he loved a kind smile and pulled her into a warm embrace. "You know that no matter how much they try, they can never make me love them. Saiyan's mate for life and once that one is found it's eternal."
Videl began to cry tears of joy. Gohan's words touched her and she could tell from the way he said it he meant every word he spoke. Videl looked up at Gohan's caring face, tears cascading down her soft cheeks and chocked out, "Thank you Gohan. It really means a lot to hear you say that."
Smiling softly, Gohan wiped away the tears from Videl's face with the pad of his thumbs.
"Not interrupting anything are we?" a familiar female voice asked from behind the young couple.
Turning, Gohan saw an expectant Erasa accompanied by Sharpener and the rest of his family. A tint of pink covered his cheeks and he groaned.
"No you weren't interrupting anything. We just talked, right Gohan?" Videl answered quickly, all evidence of her crying non-existent and Gohan nodding in affirmation.
"At least we know our son is popular with the ladies. Wouldn't you think so, Chichi?" Goku asked mischievously.
Chichi had hearts in her eyes at seeing how caring Gohan was being with the raven haired girl, but nodded in agreement, oblivious at what her husband had asked. Silence fell upon the room and the young couple began to feel slightly uncomfortable with everyone looking at them.
Clearing his throat, Gohan addressed the occupants if the room, "I just realised. With everything that's happened this morning, I still haven't eaten anything."
As if to emphasise his point, three growls sounded in the room.
Snapping out of her daydream, Chichi clapped her hands together, gaining everyone's attention. "Let's get these bottomless pits filled sooner rather than later. They must be hungry considering it's almost noon."
The three Saiyan's raced off eagerly in the direction of the kitchen, leaving the others to laugh in their wake. Unfortunately for the teenage demi-Saiyan, the group of girls had spotted him and tackled him to the ground before he even noticed they were there. He looked up from his position on the ground to see the kitchen only mere steps away and lifted his right hand up in a pathetic attempt to reach his destination.
"My… food…" Gohan whimpered.
Videl could hear the sound of excited girls and ran in that direction to find that they had pinned her man to the ground. 'Those little sluts,' she thought angrily. Growling, she stomped over to the fangirls to give them a good ass kicking.
"HEY!" this got the attention of everyone in the area, including the whimpering Gohan, "GET YOUR FILTHY HANDS OFF MY MAN! DON'T AND YOU WILL REGRET IT!"
This frightened some of the girls off, scurrying off to places unknown, but the braver (or idiotic) girls didn't back down.
"We all know you're just with him for the money," Angela said smugly.
"I WILL RIP YOUR TONGUE OUT OF YOUR MOUTH FOR SAYING SUCH LIES! AND IN CASE YOU FORGOT, I HAVE MORE MONEY THAN I KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH!" Videl screamed before lunging at the red haired girl.
Videl punched Angela in the left cheek with enough force to knock the girl off Gohan and into the wall of the wide hallway. The smart-mouthed girl clutched her cheek in pain as tears filled her eyes, watching as a fuming Videl stalk up to her predatorily. Reaching her target, the female fighter grabbed the front of the frightened girls shirt, pulling her up to make them come face to face with each other.
As this was going on, all the other girls that had pinned Gohan to the ground fled from the area, worried that they would be next on Videl's hit list. Standing up, Gohan watched his mate with pride as she lifted the red head off the ground.
"If you don't leave him alone, a bruised cheek will be the least of your worries," Videl said calmly, sending shivers up Angela's spine.
Videl dropped Angela onto the ground and watched in mild amusement as she scampered off in terror. Turning, she saw Gohan smirking at her.
"This is why I love you. You can stand up for yourself and have no fear at claiming what you desire," Gohan said, pulling Videl's chin up slightly.
"Well I can't let them walk all over my mate, now can I?" Videl questioned seductively, closing the gap between them, allowing their lips to connect.
They were interrupted by the flash of a camera and two loud squeals of excitement. The two quickly separated from embarrassment at being caught in a passionate moment.
"MY BABY IS ALL GROWN UP!" Chichi wailed.
"You two are so cute together!" Erasa squealed, bouncing up and down, whilst Sharpener looked a little indifferent about the whole thing.
"You picked a feisty one, son!" Goku called to his embarrassed son.
Turning to the doorway of the kitchen, Gohan raised an eyebrow questioningly to his father. "How long were you standing there?"
"Ever since Videl punched that girl in the cheek. I heard the yelling and came to see if something was wrong. Turns out everything was just fine."
"Daaaaaad," Gohan whined.
Shrugging it off, Videl grabbed Gohan's hand and started dragging him to the kitchen. He looked at her questioningly and she answered the unasked question. "I thought you were still hungry, or did you forget about that?"
Smiling Gohan and the others walked into the kitchen, completely forgetting about all the other students that were roaming about the large, unfamiliar castle.
Wandering the halls of the Oz kingdom, was a large group of teenagers and one very confused teacher.
"Where the hell are we? What happened to everyone else? I'm so confused!" the poor teacher exclaimed dropping to his knees, looking up to the sky. The teenagers looked on with confusion at the little outburst but continued on with their chatter anyway.
"What do you think happened to the others?" Matt asked.
"Not a clue. I'm sure they'll notice that we're missing soon enough," Sarah answered nonchalantly.
Little did they know, the people that actually knew their way around were completely oblivious to the class's absence and were happily eating in the kitchen. Those poor souls weren't going to be found anytime soon.
