Hey! Whaddya know, I'm back! Yep, sorry. I forgot about fanfiction. For a while. But NEVRER FEAR! I HAVEN'T FORGOTTEN THIS LOVELY STORY! I did lose inspiration for a bit, but I found it. So yay. But again, I don't know when I'll update again. I write when I get ideas. I'm not gonna give shit. So I promise if your patient I will update. Just give me time. Like now, I thank you all for your extreme patience.

And since midterms are over my afternoons are surprisingly free (Usually)

Anyways, let's get on with this.

Disclaimer: I have no idea if I posted one last chapter or said look at the first chapter. But just look at the first chapter for my disclaimer as nothing has changed. I own nothing bla bla bla.

Several days after the events of last chapter…..

Percy was sitting in a white room. He was wearing shorts and a black t-shirt, what we went to sleep in. He wasn't sure where he was, but by the randomness of the moment he assumed he was dreaming. Also, he could see, that's usually a sign he's dreaming.

"Well what do I need to see now? Or am I being visited this time?" At first, there was silence making Percy think he was going insane. But then came the laughter.

"Oh no, I'm not visiting you, you're visiting me." The voice seemed to find humor in this as it laughed louder.

"Uh, excuse me loud voice thingy, but what are you?" Percy wished he could know who or what this was. Knowing what he was facing would give him more comfort, though from the cold laughter that sent chills up his spine, he guessed it wasn't friendly.

"Oh Perseus, I can't believe you don't know who I am. I am after all your grandfather." Percy's eyes widened and he stepped back. The wall the voice seemed to come from broke off and he stared into a black pit. The darkness seemed to eat away at the white walls surrounding him until the wall he was backed up against remained.

"Well, gramps, I'd hate to keep you busy with….whatever you're doing, so I think I'll go." Percy tried to wake up or leave, but found he couldn't. He silently cursed Morpheus.

"What's wrong grandson? I just wanna talk."

"Well you caught me at the wrong time. You see, I'm only available through the hours of screw you to old man. This is my sleep time grumpy, don't ruin it." Kronus chuckled again, except this time it had no sense of humor. The darkness spread to the top of his remaining wall, as it slowly consumed it until only a few feet above Percy was left.

"You know Perseus, I believe we haven't met in person. I think it's time for a chat in person." Percy quirked an eyebrow.

"Well I'd love to go, but you see, I have to do something." He had silently been praying to every god and goddess he could think of in hopes of being saved. Kronus didn't respond as the darkness crept closer and closer, until it touched Percy's head. Percy closed in eyes in preparation of pain, but nothing happened. He opened his eyes to see that the darkness stopped.

"What? No! Impossible! You are not permitted here!" Kronus' voice rang out, alarmed and surprised. The darkness immediately retreated and the room was suddenly there again. Then Percy heard a faint,

"Perseus."

It got louder and louder until the voice turned sharp.

"Perseus!" Percy shot up in bed and slammed his face against the bunk bed above him. He grabbed his face and groaned in pain, before opening his eyes to see the familiar darkness again. He sighed as he focused on the water vapor around him to create an image in his head. He saw Artemis sitting by his bed and Chiron standing in the doorway, both with worried faces.

"What?" Percy asked. Chiron raised an eyebrow as Artemis stood up.

"You were praying to me, saying "save me" over and over. I got Chiron and came here, to see you very pale and shivering. I tried to enter your mind, but I was blocked by an evil force. Then something even larger entered your mind and slammed into me mentally when I tried again. The evil force was also kicked out. Then you woke up." She explained as Percy walked over to the water fountain in the Poseidon cabin.

"I know who was in my head, the evil part at least." He turned to see expectant faces on both of his guests.

"It was my grandfather." Chiron's eyes widened while Artemis frowned.

"That is not good. If he already can access your mind then he can kill you or control you. Both are bad and we'd prefer if you lived." Percy looked up from the fountain.

"Does the 'we' refer to the Olympians?" Artemis nodded in response.

"Look, as much as I'd like to focus on Kronus, I'm more worried about what scared Kronus. Artemis, were you able to pick up on the things age or origin? And don't look so surprised, I know how immortals leave behind some kind of trail when they enter someone's head." Artemis scowled at Percy and was very tempted to blast him for his disrespect, but knowing that he had just faced death she let it go. For now. Artemis then sighed as she opened the door and gestured for Chiron and Percy to follow.

"From what I was able to access, it's a very old being…..but not as old as Kronus." Chiron narrowed his eyes in concentration as he thought of beings created after Kronus. Because Kronus was his father, he assumed he'd be able to guess their new mysterious ally.

"Was there anything else, my lady? I have no knowledge of a being able to surprise my father and counter his powers, even at my father's current state." Artemis sighed again as she replayed the moment she tried to enter Percy's head. At first Kronus was blocking her, but then she had sudden access for the briefest moment.

"Look, from what I was able to tell, this being has no hostile intentions towards Perseus here." Percy looked confused as he struggled to keep up with the fast pace of the two immortals.

"How would you know?" Percy questioned. He too was very curious. If this being had maybe some friendly intentions towards them, and it could scare Kronus, then they'd need him, or her.

"Well, we immortals give off our own aura of sorts. Like around me and Chiron, you can probably guess we have mire noble intentions. This being gave off a similar aura, but it was definitely not a god. But if it's not a Titan…..I don't know. I will have to report this to the council." She looked at Percy and suddenly remembered something.

"Perseus, I never was able to….congratulate you on your victory over my hunters. While I am furious you bested them, I'm surprised by your sudden knowledge. I did not think you were a strategist." Artemis was trying to gauge his reaction. She was hoping he'd let on to where he learned how to strategize, which would also reveal his combat trainer. But Percy just shrugged.

"It was a random idea I thought of in the moment. Nothing more and nothing less." His answer only frustrated Artemis even more as they reached the Big House. Was he aware of her little investigation? Of course not, as how would he be able to know? Unless, of course, he was warned…..

"This is where I take my leave. After the meeting I shall be on my solo hunt. Farewell, Chiron. Perseus." Both males looked away as she took on her true form and disappeared. Chiron then turned to Percy.

"Percy, as you know, our camp is protected by magical borders that were put in place once Thalia reached camp, to protect her from Kronus. That barrier is a gift, you could say, for Thalia. But I have something for you." Chiron handed Percy a pen, who simply looked at it and raised an eyebrow.

"Uncap it." Percy did and it turned into a 3ft long sword. Percy touched it in awe.

"Its name is Anaklusmos, or Riptide. A gift from your father." Percy nodded numbly as he capped the blade.

"Percy, dark times are coming. With Kronus in your head, and the gods arguing amongst themselves, I can only believe you will be in danger. Take care of yourself when you leave." Percy nodded again, this time seriously, before he turned and walked away.

Artemis had just given her report to Zeus and the other Olympians. While it was weird to all of them, few saw any interest in it. Only Athena and Apollo seemed to be alerted by it, and Poseidon was upset by the fact that Kronus and another being were able to access his son's mind. But no one said anything, and when the council was dismissed Artemis stayed behind. Zeus, Athena, and Apollo were the only ones left.

"Father, the monster I was supposed to track has disappeared, which is why I had to stay at Camp Half-Blood, as I required information from all the Satyrs there and I was able to get a location as to its last location. But I will take my hunters with me." Zeus nodded and gestured for Athena to speak.

"Artemis, when you entered Perseus's mind and encountered the mysterious being, what did Kronus say?"

"He said, "You are not permitted here."" Athena's face looked troubled as she turned to Apollo.

"All those years ago, when your Oracle was attacked in one of your temples in Greece, you said you heard the attacker say the same thing before a powerful being sent him away. Correct?" Apollo nodded, and Athena turned to Artemis.

"Sister, do not hunt the monster. We will send others after it. We need you to try and hunt this thing, or at least find it. The immortal has made several appearances in history, and each time someone said 'You are not permitted here.' We need to find out what that means." Apollo suddenly stood up and walked to Artemis, shrinking his form as he did so.

"Look little sis, be careful. Hunt monsters like you usually do, but try to follow this things trail. If we can find it, we may find ourselves a powerful ally if it's friendly towards us."

"But then why wouldn't it have just come to us?"

"Because it wasn't permitted." Athena said in response to Artemis's question. She continued,

"We believe it is blocked from communicating with us directly, and so it has been making contact with us sometimes when it sees a chance. By it helping Perseus, It was able to make contact with you."

"Yes, but it kicked me outside of Perseus's mind. It wouldn't allow me to talk to it." Artemis said as she looked at her father. Zeus was being un-characteristically quiet and not paranoid.

"Father, do you have anything to say?" Artemis asked. Zeus just looked at his daughter before sighing.

"I agree with Athena. As much as I'd hate to say, we need allies. Minor gods are turning on us and recent events have proved that my father is rising. We must be ready. Now go, find this being. The fate of Olympus may depend on it." With those words, Zeus teleported away in a flash of lightning. Apollo left soon after that, leaving Athena and Artemis.

"Again, take your hunters and go on hunts as normally. But try to find the being." Athena said firmly before leaving. Artemis sighed as she teleported to camp to pick her hunters up.

In the Appalachian Mountains, at the tallest peak, stood a man in armor. He had pitch black armor, looking like a medieval knight straight out of the paintings and stories. The armor covered him fully, and at the joints a sort of chainmail was in place. His helm was a square shape, with two eye slits and dozens of dots around the mouth for breathing. He had a green cape covering his entire body and then flowing down the back of his armor like it normally would. On it was simply a white sword pointing down. The man was standing on some kind of platform leading into a cave in the mountain.

"I'm assuming the gods are trying to find us now, correct?" The knight asked his companion. Out of the cave came a young man. He had mountain climbing gear on, a heavy, thick black jacket with snow pants on. With it he wore a black ski mask and black boots.

"You'd be correct." Said the mountain climber. He turned to the knight and patted his shoulder.

"You've been here for almost millennia, ike to focus on Kronus, i'hiding in the shadows since the existence of the gods. But I fear Kronus is mobilizing too early. I know you've been waiting, but can you wait a bit, longer?" The knight sighed, but nodded a yes.

"Good, good. Now I hear Artemis is looking for us. Finally, it took her long enough. But I also suspect Kronus is searching for us. He knows." The knight turned to look at his friend, before staring into the mountains again.

"You believe she alerted him?"

"Well, he did say, 'You are not permitted.' When I kicked his ass in Percy's mind." The knight grunted at that. Before turning fully to his friend again.

"Do you believe the boy will be ready?"

"Well, he needs to complete his destiny first. It'd be a shame if he didn't. " Both men went quit for a while, and it started to snow in the silence.

"Watch the boy. I will keep up the barriers guarding his mind, but that's all I can do without being found. As you know, if I'm here, then she will be too." The knight nodded as he walked into the cave, leaving the man to his thoughts.

"Well Percy, let's see if you've got the magic touch." The man took off his ski mask to reveal bright green eyes before following the knight into the cave.

End. Sorry if I've been a dick or if this chapter was bad. But I'm honestly trying to get something out. My imagination kinda died for a while, but it's slowly returning. I'll try to write longer, but I like getting chapters out faster to get feedback. I've actually read my previous chapters and I hate them. But it's my first story so I don't really care. This is all a learning experience. I know where I'm going with this, but it's the small things that I need to get there that have been killing me. So, who's the being? Who's the knight? And I've also started another story. It's called The Last Titan.

So yeah, review what you thought and guesses to the last two people were. I'd actually be surprised if someone can guess who it is.
