((As I read back in this story, I wince at every word. I thank everyone who has stuck with me, and I am back! And better then over! ….Hopefully))

Run. Run. Run.

Stop your breath, they will hear.

Stop your thinking, they will sense it.

The boy ran from the Finders, here to destroy his filthy blood.

Blood.

Mommy and daddy, surrounded by red and fire. He's alone.

Because of that thought, he stops.

The Time Lords are evil. His people corrupted by their sway on society, oh how laughable they are! Living in their glass little houses with pampered life suckers….

They think they hold power over time, that they govern it! Ha!

As he changes form to an old man, he readies his weapon.

…..

It was now very late in the school, at least, for the little eleven year old gazing at the stars.

They whispered wisdom to her ears, wisdom beyond her years, and she happily soaked it all in. In the tower, she was closer to her shining friends, and for that she was happy.

Hanging in the sky like he was the boss of everything, was the moon, the thing she was named after. Personally she thought he was a meanie, who hid baddies with small mouths and long fingers. She calls them Moon Frogs, since their big hands kinda looked like frog arms, they were big people on the moon who were very bad to Professor Song.

In the corner of her eye, she saw the boy-man walk into the boy's dormitory, again.

Goodness, he sure was obsessed with The Doctor, wasn't he?

….

Daddy! Cried a little girl with a crown of Midday Bloomers on her head.

The young man smiled as the toddler ran to him, her orange-gold eyes glowing dimly, unseeing in the shade of the silver trees.

Even though she couldn't see, she knew exactly where her daddy was. She could sense the daddiness coming from him with her small, pointy black eyes on her head.

As the young man embraced the young girl, she squirmed out and looked at him, nose bleeding and she was sobbing. The formally orange sky was now grey with fire shining like stars that are not right. The girl is an old woman now, and the man is still young, but different.

Daddy, how come you doomed us?

As the world cracked in two, he saw everything die.

Theta shot out of bed like he had 10 rockets strapped to his backside, ow….his back hurt from that….Oh shut it, he's not an old man! Certainly not that in this body, so why is he suddenly having back pains?

Oh yeah, shooting out of bed. Definitely not the best thing to do to your muscles.

He got up, stretching and trying to forget the reason why he got up, it was a similar nightmare that he got back in his 9th regeneration. The broken regeneration, both in mind and in fashion. Leather jackets? Really? Bald? Really? What was he thinking! He self consciously ran his fingers through his mop of hair and felt the sharp points of the extra organs on his skull. It felt like one was chipped….how was that possible?

Wait. Wasn't he wearing a night cap when he went to bed?

He almost groaned in annoyance. He barely even started the school year! And he had given himself away! Oh how utterly fantastic. He made an annoyed grumble, and, at 4 in the morning, starting packing his things. He almost put Johan in the suitcase put but he squirmed out of the Doctor's sleepy hands before there was any chance of being suffocated by clothes.

The Doctor didn't experience the affects of sleep deprivation as well as he normally had, since in his adult body, he only required 3 hours rest a day, and at most 8 hours of sleep a week. However in a growing boy's body, the amount of sleep and rest had to be tripled. Well at least he wasn't going to go through it now, since his cover was in the dust…

Still in his night clothes, and the grumpy Perpats stuffed down his shirt, he walked out of the boys' dorm, passing a pair of surprised old eyes peeking out from the darkness in the room.

He now stood in the Ravenclaw common room, a circular room coloured blue and bronze, seemed to be blissfully empty, however watching from a window, the eleven year old watched the one with the false body as he walked around grumbling at the world. The Doctor definitely hadn't missed the irritability of childhood.

The girl couldn't help it, she giggled at the small child adult, with his puffy hair and pouty face.

The Doctor didn't jump at that, he fricking flew at the sudden noise.

The girl walked out from the light of her friends twinkling in the sky, and walked in front of The Doctor, smiling as her blond hair bounced with each step she took and eyes filling with mirth at his confused blinks.

"My name is Luna, Doctor, and I don't think we've met" He didn't know how to reply to that, the girl somehow knew his title, and spoke it as if it has always been in her mind. And yet she said that they haven't met. This was a peculiar night after all. With a moments thinking, Theta, his cover name of course, smiled and waved to her.

"Hey Luna! Nope, we haven't met at all! But you ought to have mistaken me for someone else, cos, well, I don't think I'm called 'The Doctor'!"

"I know who you are, Corvus, Oran, Cancer, Sagittarius, they've all talked to me!" The Doctor's interest peaked, had the girl somehow heard radio signals from other planets? Her body seemed to be sparkling with Footum waves, now that he had looked closer; Footum waves electromagnetic waves with wavelengths that spanned galaxies.

"But its okay Doctor, I won't tell anyone. Also! I remembered, I saw those little rascals try to steal your night cap. I got them to put the hat under your pillow, so no one has taken it. Technically. So you don't have to go!" Luna quite liked the man inside a boy. He kept the man-boy busy, and she liked to look at him, and count how many wounds were once on a piece of pale flesh. Others couldn't see them, she knew, but they were there, hiding from everyone, even Professor Song. She also had wounds, battle wounds like the Doctor. Many of the scars they have they got together.

The Doctor was puzzled, he could have sworn someone stole his hat, and had taken it. Now that he thought it though, he was a little hasty in his decision to leave. It was unlike him to try and leave from something that didn't give bad memories or was overly dangerous to his companions. No twitching, no touching of the face or looking away, either the girl was a very experienced liar, or, most likely, was telling the truth.

"Huh. Well, no point in fibbing." He smiled, and extended a hand.

"I'm the Doctor, and thank you so much!" He did a little bow once he decided Luna wasn't going to shake his hand, and he bounced up the stairs to the boy's dorm. He looked under his pillow, and sure enough, there it was, his night cap.

Slowly, he put it over his head, and with his sensors on his head, concluded nothing was wrong with it, put it on his head.

It faintly smelled like fire, but he pushed the thought away, dropping the Perpats on his bed and the suitcase on the side, it was amazing how no one had woken up.

With a drop to the soft bed, he slowly fell back asleep.

By the common room window, Luna chuckled and looked back at her friends in the sky, before going to bed. She didn't feel like waving to the man boy as he walked out of the boy's dorm. And there he went, changing to a boy and then an adult.

((And there, it is done! And with that, I return! However, I will have times where I won't write anything, and unfortunately, that it is impossible to avoid. I hope you liked the chapter even though it seemed weird. Have a nice day my friends!))
