For some reason, after the incident a week ago (Giotto had decided to call 'A Stupid Incident Regarding A Stupid Invention Of Talbot's) some of the members of Vongola famiglia, including the Varia, had begun to behave strangely.

For example, Rokudo Mukuro started to avoid Daemon, while the latter was doing the exact opposite.

Enma, looked restless but never told her other friends why. Tsuna and Dino kept quiet and never asked about it because they were waiting for Enma to become comfortable enough to tell them.

Cozart seemed to know Enma well and became close with the latter. Which was very strange because Giotto had never seen Cozart that closeto a girl except Cozart's own female guardian.

G seemed to really like arguing with Gokudera about something random and looked like he enjoyed it. Which caused him to take Yamamoto's place as Gokudera's #1 person on her 'frienemy' list (those she always argued with).

But the most interesting one was Lampo, who for some reason become very friendly towards Lambo despite the fact that the latter was making her beloved pet crocodile chase after him not too long ago.

Oh! And Alaude gained a new hobby: following *ahem* stalking *ahem* the cloud guardian of Varia, Hibari Kyouya. However, no one noticed it except Giotto (who was too scared of his own cloud guardian to tell the other) and Tsuna (who though that Alaude was interested in Hibari's fighting style or because they were both Clouds).

The others were normal…well in their meaning of 'normal' because in mafia world, abnormal things are considered normal. Like trying to kill each other (Alaude Vs Daemon and Hibari Vs Mukuro), destroying mansions (making Giotto almost drown in all the paper work filling his office), or becoming a sadist (thanks to a certain tutor from hell).

It also included befriending a mummified human who was the most feared 'thing' in the mafia world…

"Ne ne, why do you prefer using your infant form more than your normal one, Bermuda?" Tsuna asked the ex-arcobaleno on her lap. At the moment, she was in her room with her two Vindice friends.

…Or not.

"I've used this form for so long, it makes it very hard to get used to my original body." Bermuda sighed "It's because of that stupid Checker Face." Tsuna smiled and patted the ex-arcobaleno's head.

"There there. It's okay! Reborn got used to it quickly, so I think you will too."

"Reborn huh…I still doubt that he is a normal human considering he is too perfect to be true." Commented Jager, who was leaning on the wall not too far from where Tsuna sat with Bermuda.

"Hahaha, he is" Tsuna laughed, remembering her tutor from hell.

"But you are pretty impressive yourself, Tsunayoshi." Bermuda smiled. But no one could see it because of his bandaged face. "You still help us even though you know it can kill you."

Tsuna blushed, she tried to hide her blush from Jager but failed miserably.

"Why are you blushing, Tsuna?" Jager said, making Bermuda turn his head to look at Tsuna.

"No-nothing! It-it just so hot in here! Hahaha." Tsuna laughed awkwardly. It was already a public secret that Tsuna couldn't take a compliment without being very shy. One of the many things that made her the #1 cutest mafia boss who most men wanted as girlfriend, according to Fuuta's ranking book.

Bermuda raised an eyebrow and opened his mouth to say something but a knock on door made him stop.

"Tsuna? Are you in?" Bermuda and Jager exchanged looks before the former nodded and the two of them then vanished into the portal Bermuda made.

"Yes I am! Come in Enma." Enma opened the door and smiled slightly when she saw Tsuna alone, but she also looked very nervous.

"Hello Tsuna! We hope we didn't interrupt you!" Dino come out from behind Enma, holding her whip and unlike Enma, she wore a big smile…that was too cheerful. She closed the door behind her and locked it. Tsuna raised an eyebrow but shook her head and smiled slightly.

"No it's okay, I just finished talking with Bermuda and Jager. They came for a friendly visit." Tsuna looked at Dino, who was still wearing a big smile, as she sat in front of her, Tsuna started becoming scared of her, her smile was kind of…creepy. "So…what's wrong?"

"Uummm…" Enma started to fidget. She contemplated telling Tsuna about her problem or not because, look what happened to Dino! Deciding to take the risk while mentally apologizing to Tsuna's guardians, Enma opened her mouth

"Well…actually—"

Giotto sat in his chair in the dining room, patiently waiting for the maid to serve the food and was reading the newspaper while Rhino and Cozart sat not too far from him.

"Hey, why are you two still in here? It's not that I mind having you two here, but is it alright? Leaving your mansions without their boss I mean." Giotto put the newspaper down and raised an eyebrow at his two best friends. Rhino took the newspaper and start reading it.

"I think I will leave the day after tomorrow. I do have something I have to tell you."

"I think I will leave tomorrow." Cozart took out a mini notebook from his pocket. "I have to buy some things first. Including a new novel for Adelia."

"Really? For Adelia or for yourself?" Giotto rolled his eyes at his best friend's new hobby. "You should stop reading those things. Because of them, you accused Rhino of having a crush on Dino, even though they barely know each other!" Rhino choked on his own spit and almost ripped the newspaper in two, his face growing warm.

"W-WHAT?!"

"It's hard to stop you know. And didn't I get it right about you and Tsuna?" Cozart smirked when he saw his best friend's beet red face, amused at the color on his friend's face.

"Sh-shut up! What about you! You're too close to be true with Enma! You must have something going on with her!" Giotto tried to change the topic while attempting to hide his beet red face.

No one noticed Rhino, who was also hiding his beet red face behind the news paper.

"Hehe, sorry to disappoint you, but I don't have thing for her~! I'm just interested in her. I have a feeling that she has the same flame as me. It's a rare flame you know." Cozart smiled in victory. He really enjoyedteasing his best friend.

Fortunately for Giotto, one of his guardians, Alaude, decided to come to the dining room earlier and had unintentionally put a stop to Cozart's teasing.

"What?" Alaude raised an eyebrow when he saw his so-called boss' approving look, Cozart pouting at him, and Rhino giving him a thumbs up.

"Good job, Alaude!"

"Party pooper."

"Nice timing!"

Alaude decided to ignore them. He didn't want to get dragged to their problems. They were usually pointless things and something that he needed to avoid at all costs if he still wanted to keep his sanity.

Not too long after that, all of Giotto's guardians started coming one after another with Lampo being the last one to show up.

"Soo…" Cozart started before he smirked. "What do you think about your new assassination squad? Personally I mean and I'm asking all of you."

Giotto facepalmed.

Rhino sighed.

The others reacted differently.

G almost spat out his tea, Asari laughed nervously, Knuckle stopped doing push-ups, Lampo woke up, Daemon started laughing his strange laugh, and Alaude was impassive as always.

"Cozart, I told you to stop. They are our friends and an important ally. We can't make them hate us." Giotto sighed. He already gave up stopping his friend's new antics.

"What? I'm just curious!" Cozart put on an innocent face.

Giotto facepalmed again.

"Oh, well they do a good job and hard workers." G took a cigarette from his breast pocket and lit it with his storm flame. "Since they've come, our work has become much more easier."

"Well then, interested in one of the girls?" Cozart smirked when he saw G's face become red. 'Jackpot!'

"What the—they are our comrades—"

"Nufufu, I know that you're interested in that silver haired girl" Daemon laughed when he saw G's face become redder.

"S-shut up! You're no better yourself! You keep stalking Mukuro every second you can!" G death glared at Daemon and inhaled his cigarette, while trying to control his flushed face.

"Well, because I am interested in her~! I am not like you, who denies his own feelings. Keep it up and she will be taken by someone else, nufufu" Giotto raised an eyebrow. Daemon was starting to become himself again. Well it was a good thing but, had he already forgotten Elena?

"Hahaha, so you really do have a crush on Gokudera-chan? I support it! You'll make a cute couple!" Asari laughed, being his usual carefree self and not properly reading the atmosphere.

"Shut up flute freak! I know you like Yamamoto! So you don't have the right to say anything!" G death glared at Asari, who only laughed yet his cheeks were tinted red.

"Yare yare, pink head is in denial. How troublesome…" Lampo yawned, but started talking again before G could lash out at him "For your information, me and Lambo are only friends. The great me became close to her because she's pretty smart, I don't want to get a red mark and I ask her to help me solve some problems in my homework."

G clicked his tongue and made a mental note to find out more about Lampo's relationship with Lambo to gain some blackmail material.

"Ryohei and I are just sparring partners to the extreme!" Knuckle shouted and continued doing his push-ups '…Maybe, to the extreme…'

"Nufufu. Well then, this leaves only Mr. Skylark." Alaude glared at Daemon, who only laughed.

"Ah! I just remembered. Did you know that Hibari's name means Skylark in Japanese too?" Asari laughed. "What a coincidence!"

"Look Giotto! That's just like what I said before!" Giotto and Cozart started scooting away from Rhino, knowing what he would say. "Hibari is the perfect bride for Alaude!"

Alaude started reaching for his handcuffs in his trench coat and his face was covered by his bangs, hiding it as it became warmer and his heart beat out of control.

"Seriously, puberty is scary." Talbot stated as he sighed and sat in a vacant chair that was not meant for the Varia.

Silence

"What?" Talbot placed a strange machine on table and rolled his eyes. "I am here since Cozart asked you about the girls. I also knocked on the door, but none of you heard it. Plus, you are all talking so loud! It's a good thing that none of the girls have heard you."

"You…heard the entire thing?" Talbot nodded, confirming G's question.

Talbot sighed as he looked at the Vongola guardians, their boss, Rhino, and Cozart sadly. "You have no idea who you're having crushes on. Especially their pasts and secrets."

Alaude looked at Talbot and frowned. "You look like you know about them...a lot about them."

"Of course I know them. Thanks to—no, it's not a good time to tell all of you. Let the girls tell all of you themselves." Talbot became serious and almost looked like he was glaring at them. "This is only a friendly warning to all of you: All of them may look very suspicious but they are doing all of this for you, they already sacrificed so much and honestly, they all look like they're okay but in actuality they are broken to the core."

"It's up to you whether to believe it or not. I just came here to give some medicine to them and a friendly visit to you as an apology for last week's accident. Sadly, it seems the medicine is not enough, so I have to go back to my place and make more." Talbot moved to leave the room but stopped and motioned to the machine he had placed on the table. "That machine is for the girl named Lambo. Please give it to her when you see her. Goodbye."

When Talbot had left the room and was not in hearing range, Giotto looked at all of his guardians.

'I know…I already know all of that.' Giotto remembered what Bermuda said to him before Tsuna woke up completely.

"Wh-what? She did that? There's no way she did something like that! She looks really—"

"I know, she would never do something like that…" Bermuda looked sadly at Tsuna's sleeping form. "She lost her parents, her fiancé, her friends, and subordinates like that."

Giotto gritted his teeth. "…She must have done it unwillingly."

"Yes, she did…" Bermuda looked at Giotto hopefully. "So…this is a request from us, the Vindice: Please save Tsuna and her friends."

Like hell he would not help them; it would destroy his pride and make him discard his humanity!

'Now…what will I say to my guardians—'

"Che, like he needed to tell us. We already knew that." G clicked his toungue and inhaled his cigarette before exhaling.

"Nufufu. It's hard not to notice." Daemon laughed mysteriously.

"Ah well, I still need to earn her trust first." Rhino sighed and stretched his body. "I don't think I'm hungry. I ate too much at supper."

"Hahaha. Still, it's a good thing that he warns us so we can be more careful~." Asari smiled brightly. "Maybe I should take her to a park sometime?"

"I will take her to next month's extreme match! She will like it to the extreme!" Knuckle, who was finished doing push-ups, said as he sat back in his chair.

"Yare yare, I think I will ask her to make sweets. She can bake a pretty good cake." Lampo yawned and continued his nap.

Alaude sighed and took out paperwork regarding some S-class mission. Maybe he can ask Hibari to accompany him to finish it? She's his—ahem, Vongola's assassin squad right? So it's her job to help him. Even though he can do it by himself.

"Aah, what a party pooper. Why didn't he tell us new information about them…Like their hobbies or bio data maybe?" Cozart pouted. He took out a novel from who-know-where and started reading it again.

Giotto's jaw dropped. He looked, disbelievingly, at all of them. "Wait…all of you already knew they were hiding something? When? How?"

"Hum? You didn't know Giotto?" G raised an eyebrow. "How can you be so thick? Did something happen to your hyper intuition?"

"No no no! I knew! But how did all of you—"

"I just said it, right? It's hard not to notice. Nufufufu" Daemon laughed his mysterious laugh.

"You're not the only one who is the boss of mafioso in here. Yes they are hiding it quite well, but sometimes they lower their guard and unknowingly give us information. Probably because they've trusted us from the first time we've met." Rhino smiled when he remembered the times he spent with Dino. "They know that we will never betray them."

"Well, we're talking about Giotto here. He might be the boss but he still doesn't understand a woman's heart. Even your hyper intuition can't help you get close to the girl you like." Cozart smirked from behind his novel. His friend might be very good with mafia work, but if it was about girl? He's even more clueless than Lampo!

"They are extremely worried that they might make us worried to the extreme!" said (shouted) Knuckle.

"Look, even Knuckle know it." Even though it was kind of an insult, Knuckle just shrugged off what G said.

"It seems that your hyper intuition has flaws." Alaude said with an impassive voice, his eyes still focused on his paperwork.

Giotto couldn't believe it. Why didn't he notice it sooner?

His guardians weren't suspicious of the Varia again after the incident a week ago nor did they ask him why he trusted them so easily.

Maybe it was him who still needed to understand his guardians—friends more like. Maybe they could have more quality time together when they could; having a picnic sounded good.

Giotto smile happily. "Well…so…all of you agree that we will help them?"

"Che, are you kidding me? I already started doing it before you even knew it!"

"Hahaha. Well of course I will!"

"I will extremely help her!"

"Yare yare, it will be troublesome…but she did help me with my work so I guess I will do it."

"Nufufu~. This will be interesting."

"Hn."

Giotto felt like he was the happiest person in the world. He had so many good friends that want to help him…

"Ah! I just notice that all of you have one girl that you prefer to help! All of you say 'she' not 'them'!" Cozart smirked when he saw all of the Vongola famiglia members blushing (Except Alaude who pretended he didn't hear what Cozart said, Daemon who only laughed his trademark laugh, and Lampo who was asleep again.).

'It's a good thing I haven't said anything.' Rhino sighed 'But still, I have to ask Giotto about it…'

"Good morning!" greeted Tsuna who just walked in the door.

"Go-good morning Tsuna!" greeted Giotto. He was glad for the change of subject. He had had enough of Cozart's teasing!

"Good morning." Dino came from behind Tsuna and smiled. She was followed by Enma, who greeted them too.

"Uhm…did we miss something? Giotto-san, G-san, Asari-san, Knuckle-san, why are your faces red?" Tsuna sat in her chair and looked at the aforementioned men, worried. "Did you catch a cold?"

"Nufufufu." Daemon laughed.

"Nothing~. Just manly talk. Hahahaha." Cozart laughed. Oh he was having so much fun today.

"O…kay?" Enma raised an eyebrow then exchanged looks with Dino and Tsuna.

Tsuna shook her head and Dino shrugged.

Not too far from the mansion Talbot, who was on the way back to his house, smiled.

He had actually put a recorder on the machine that he left on the table and heard all of their conversation.

"They really are good people." Talbot smiled happily and stopped the recorder. "How lucky you are, Tsuna—no, Vongola Decimo."

Hello! It's me again! Oh? You don't know me? How mean, I am the person from the last chapter~!

Right now, I am in the middle of town, walking around happily and minding my own business but for some reason lots of people look at me like I am a strange alien or something like that. Probably because of my clothes.

Hum? I haven't introduce myself? Nope~! I will not tell you! You will have to find out yourself.

Now, what should I do? I have been walking around the town for a bit and it feels like I know this place, but at the same time I don't.

The answer is: I am in the past!

That explains why people look at me like that. My clothes are from the future and the design is very unique. There's no cars or motorcycles; well, there's no road either.

I can feel that there's someone who is following me. Based on how he is dressed and moves, he's probably a police man.

Am I that suspicious? My subordinates always say that I have a very innocent look. Oh, maybe a baby face? Well I dunno what baby face means.

"Wait a minute." I stop walking suddenly, making the policeman who's following me, hide themselves. He thinks that I don't know that he's following me.

I just remembered that the police here are led by the CEDEF. If I remember correctly, the head of CEDEF in this time is the Cloud guardian of Vongola, Alaude.

"Aah~ I'm in big trouble~." Of course my expression doesn't support what I just said. I am smiling and quite happy too (Which sometimes she calls creepy. How mean!).

Suddenly I turn my body and look at where the policemen is hiding, shocking him and making him panic. How funny!

He can't look at me since he's too busy panicking so when he looked for me, I'd already vanished.

"Boss! I found out where the Vongola Decimo and her guardians are hiding! You will never believe it!" A man ran through the corridor of his famiglia mansion to his boss' room.

"Really?" The boss, who was sitting on his sofa, grinned widely. "Well then, call the others! We'll have a meeting." The man grinned manically. "Hehehe~! I can't wait until I can torture them again!"

"Well well, it seems that they have started to make a move." Checker Face smirked as he watched the 'monitor' in front of him, Wonomichi beside him.

"Should I, Checker Face-sama?" Wonomichi bowed, a briefcase held in one of his hands.

"No, not yet." Checker face flicked a finger and another briefcase came out of nowhere in front of him. "Give this to the Vindice. Tell them to give it to Vongola Primo."

"With pleasure Checker Face-sama!" Wonomichi took the briefcase from Checker Face, then teleported away.

"Now then," Checker Face looked at another 'monitor' beside him. "What is he doing there?"

"Etto…I am dame after all…"

"Don't worry Tsuna! Even though you're dame, you do your work very well even though sometimes you fall and make a mess!"
