Senior Field Trip
Chapter 19
The next morning was chaotic to say the least, students were going through their morning routines while the butlers and maids were trying to rush them along. The butlers and maids looked frantic as they rushed about the mansion trying not to cause too much noise in order not to awaken their sleeping young masters. Of course as it turned out they were not quiet enough and at once they felt the murderous aura that belonged to the Vongola Decimo. Every morning when said Decimo awoke was a time when everyone vanished until after said person had had his coffee and shut himself in his office. No one in the mansion dared to confront him until then, not the guardians or Reborn.
As the mansion slowed to a stop, the students who had gathered in the foyer looked confused; that confusion didn't last. The students were suddenly shoved behind butlers and maids as a silhouette made it's way down the last few steps. Mochida being the noisy person he was peeked around the butler in front of him, spying dame-Tsuna. "Hey, it's only dame-Tsuna. Why are you blocking us, get out of the way?"
The butler tried to shush him, but he had already caught the Decimos' attention, said Decimo silently and with animalistic grace made his way to the students. Without raising his head he spoke, "Would you mind telling me why in the HELL these BASTARDS are still in my FUCKING mansion? Did I not tell you to get them the FUCK OUT before I FUCKING WOKE UP?!"
Alarm bells went off inside the mansion, alerting everyone of trouble. The guardians, Reborn, Nono and Varia(who has stayed the night) rushed out of their rooms and to the foyer. The large group gathered and looked on in horror at the scene before them. Hayato and Takeshi rushed to the kitchen to get coffee while Reborn transformed Leon into a phone just in case. The situation could go from bad to worse unless you navigated the situation just right, Reborn nodded at Hibari who took a slow and steady step forward while releasing some of his flames to alert his boss and lover of who was approaching.
Seeing his lovers shoulders relax a tiny bit, Kyoya advanced little by little. When he was close enough his fingers could reach the other's shoulders, he paused. Waiting on the Storm and Rain to come back, he did not have to wait long. The two flared their flames a little, directing it at Tsuna as they approached with the cup of coffee; finally reaching Hibari the two handed the coffee to the Cloud and back off slowly. The Cloud then stepped closer until his chest was right up against the Sky's back; before reaching around and offering the Sky his coffee. The Sky took his coffee and raised it to his mouth, but before he could drink a voice shouted at them.
"What the HELL is wrong with you people? Why are you acting so careful around someone so pathetic?"
A groan could be heard from all those that understood that the situation went from bad to worse, there was no stopping the Sky now. At this time, Kyoya backed away until he reached the other guardians; sharing a look with each one. They all closed their eyes and concentrated, bring their flames to life around them; one way to stave off this confrontation was to call for backup( 1st generation backup). Their call was answered immediately, seven different lights illuminated the foyer. Sighing the tenth generation opened their eyes only for them to meet their ancestors. Takeshi spoke up first, "We need your help, Primo. As you probably noticed the situation is dire."
Primo looked around the mansion taking in the scene before bringing his gaze to meet his descendants Rain; "Be calm, Rain. We can resolve this. Hopefully(Primo whispered this)." After this, Primo began his slow pace towards his descendant; releasing some comforting flames along with some hard ones. His descendants posture relaxed little by little until Primo was right behind him. "Now, Decimo; what seems to be the problem?"
Primo's relaxing voice broke through the angry feeling that surrounded the Decimo; Primo's head turned to his guardians and gave them a look, and at once G rushed off to the kitchen pulling Hayato with him. The wait wasn't long before both Storm's was back with a cup of coffee, walking to their bosses the Decimo's Storm held out the cup then slowly retreated back to the Rain. Primo smiled before bringing said cup in front of the Decimo replacing the cold one with the hot one; after doing so he encouraged the Decimo to drink before any more interruptions. As the Decimo began to drink the others' behind him relaxed, not fully doing so until the cup was lowered all the way. The Decimo sighed and leaned against his ancestor.
"Thank you, Primo."
"Anytime, Decimo."
And with that the First Generation disappeared in bright flames, however the peace did not last.
"What the HELL is wrong with you people?"
Growling was heard from not only the Decimo, but from his guardians as well. Tsuna quickly gained some sense and waved his hand dismissively behind him; letting his guardians know it was okay. Before he was to confront the students, mainly Mochida, warm arms wrapped around his waist in assurance. "Now, Mochida. What seems to be the problem, now? You have caused nothing but chaos since you arrived, and I have since held my guardians back from causing you and some others serious damage. You are to leave this mansion today and nothing you say will change my mind. Not only have you disrespected my heritage, but also my family; and that is one thing I will not tolerate! When you arrive back at Namimori, you will have about five days free from school; unless you want to go of course. You are not to tell anyone what you have seen, heard or learned here; it is punishable. I will not say more, but know someone will be watching you at all times. Myself and my guardians will return in five days as we were supposed to, see you back at school!" Once Tsuna finished he turned to the butlers at the side and said, "Please escort them to the waiting cars and then to plane that is also waiting."
Tsuna walked back to the his family, ignoring Mochida's snide comments as he was escorted out first with his classmates behind him. He felt exhausted and when he looked at the guardians he noticed they were as well, so he told them, "Everyone head back to bed and sleep a little longer, you look exhausted. We can start our day later than usual, this last week has been hectic and stressful. On second thought, today is a day to rewind and relax; no work! I don't care what you have to say on this, Reborn. If you don't like it, then do the damn work yourself!" Tsuna didn't say another word just walked away back up the stairs in the direction of his bedroom; knowing from his friends flame signature's they were doing the same.
Reborn huffed next to the Ninth, but didn't say anything as he followed his students example and headed back to his room. 'No work today, huh. I guess you deserve it after the week you all have had!'
Nono looked the dreary group and sighed, 'I hope this year goes by fast for them, so they won't have to suffer any more humiliation from their peers.' Walking to the dining room and sitting down the old man received his morning coffee and newspaper. Reading the news of the week to come was always relaxing to the older man for some reason. 'Maybe I should put together a party for my grandson and his family, you know to relax them. Although that might just cause them more stress.'
That morning the mansion was quiet, Nono did not see much of his grandson or his family throughout the day. Most keep to their rooms, at one time Tsuna had called all his family to the large theater room on the fourth floor and they all watched a movie. Well, they watched for a time then some got carried away with other activities. Cherishing these last couple of days, is what Tsuna's family did. For when they went back to Namimori, they would just be high school students in their last year.
