Some people call me the L-Block, but I find that term quite derogatory. I'm just a block like all the others. There is no reason to segregate us just because we were born in different shapes and sizes. All blocks were made equal for an equal purpose:

to create lines

You may see me pop in the side of the screen allowing you some time to prepare for your next attempt to create a line. If I was in charge, I'd call this the pregnancy stage. When a woman is pregnant, she must plan many things. What crib should I get? What happens if my husband leaves me? Should I get an abortion? Yes, these are all things to consider when pregnant. Obviously, it's a different scenario here as us blocks are not human. We are simply blocks; virtual blocks strictly speaking.

However, I am shaped like an L so I don't necessarily blame you for categorizing me in such a manner. You do have one simple purpose and without organizing us blocks in such fashion, I doubt your petty human brain could achieve to finish one single line. I mean, it is tricky if you aren't paying attention. You could have the "Square-Block" then a "Straight-Block" and then me. It could be devastating if you do not rotate us properly. I'm sure you've already seen the consequences.

All I hope for is that you, the player, will understand our feelings. As we are slowly moving closer and closer to the bottom, you, with a click of a button, rotate us 90 degrees to the left or right. This is no slow rotation. Although we are virtual blocks, we do virtually throw up. You just can't see it. It's best if you find our placement as fast as possible and slam us down as quick as you can. The slam knocks us unconscious, which I assure you it's the best thing to happen. For if we were to form a straight line, we do not want to be awake as we explode and disappear.

We may be away from the playing field... but we are still alive. Oh yes, we most certainly are. How else could I be writing to you, dear player?
