A/N This was written on request for a page I admin. I don't ship Fred/Luna, so it's a bit rough and for that I'm terribly sorry. If you'd like me to write a one-shot/headcanon for you (look at my profile for my list of fandoms), just PM me and I'd be happy to write it. Happy Reading!

He never thought that he'd fall in love with a certain blonde-haired girl. He never thought she would be the one for him. He knew he had every time she smiled at him.
It blew him away. Loony Luna Lovegood blew him away.

Luna Lovegood had always been one to find beauty in the world. She could find something special about everything, even if she exaggerated quite often.
She might've found beauty in everything, but Luna found the most in Fred Weasley. He was strong, brave, kind, cunning, hilarious, and utterly beautiful in everything he did.
She loved him. She loved him more than anything in the world, but he had to love her back.

It was just an average Hogsmeade weekend. Fred had taken off from his joke shop and went to visit a certain Ravenclaw outsider.
They had hit all of their favourite places: Honeydukes, Zonko's, and now The Three Broomsticks.
It was cold, so they came to a mutual agreement to go and get some warm butterbeer. The liquid warmed them from their heads to their toes.
Sitting there together, it was like magic.
Fred and Luna could feel the chemistry: the undeniable sparks flying.
It was impossible not to act.
Slowly, Fred found himself leaning forward ever so slowly. He didn't realise it until it was actually happening.
Their lips met in a hesitant kiss, which grew to a bit more. It was a kind kiss. It was needy. They had both needed the other for a long time.
When they reluctantly pulled back for air, they both had red cheeks and huge smiles. Fred often called Luna's dazzling. Luna often called Fred's the greatest sight of the century.
To everyone else in The Three Broomsticks who had been waiting for this kiss, it was certainly a sight to see.
