Full Summary:

Different law enforcement agencies around the country have come to Texas with their teenage offenders. They plan on making them attend Camp Justice. What happens when two members of every team show up with the teenagers? Will the teenagers learn to respect those around them? Or will one of them decide s/he doesn't have to obey the rules?

The Campees:

Ariella Stone: Born in LA, Ariella joined a street gang after being kicked out of her house by her stepfather. Deeks arrested her after she broke into his apartment and tried to kill him. Deeks thinks she can make more for herself.

Jonas Bartlet: Born in New York, Jonas used to run with the good crowd until his older brother got him mixed up in drugs before getting shot in a drive-by shooting. Faith & Bosco arrested him, but believe he's not a bad kid.

Torrance Jackson: Born in DC, Torrance was arrested by Tony & Ziva after interfering with an investigation. Ziva believes that Torrance can make something of himself even though he hasn't proven it yet.

Alfry Jones: Born in New York, Alfry was raped by her father when she was twelve-years-old. Olivia and Finn helped her put her father in prison but ever since, she's been getting in to trouble. Finn thinks the camp will do her some good.

Katya Jacobs: Born in Toronto, Katya tried to kill her father because he wouldn't stop hitting her. Andi & Sam arrested her but believe that she's a good person and think the camp will do her some good.

Arnold Johanson: Born in Oklahoma, Arnold was arrested by Grace after he broke into her house and tried to steal her dog. Grace believes that Arnold is just a little like his father but more like his mother and enrolls him in the camp to let him know that someone is looking out for him after all.

Jordan Spector: Born in Oklahoma, Jordan used to be an Honors Student until she was gang raped by the local gang. Grace responded to the call with Greta who just happened to be driving Grace to work that day. They both believe the camp will give Jordan the second chance she has been looking for.

Charles Johnson: Born in Toronto, Charles was arrested by Dov & Chris after he hacked into the 15th's main computer system and left them evidence of a Human Trafficking ring working right around the corner from the Barn. Dov believes that Charles could have a fulfilling life if he gets his head on straight. Chris thinks the camp will do Charles some good.

Anna Carlson: Born In New York, Anna's father used to use her as a punching bag and would also hit her mom. She shot her father in self-defense when he came at her with a butcher's knife. Cruz kept her safe from her father and thinks the camp will help her heal from what has happened to her.

Jacob Williams: Born in DC, Jacob was arrested by McGee after he broke into his house and tried to steal some computer equipment. McGee enrolls Jacob in the Camp to help him get a better grip on his life and believes he could do some good.

Priya Beck: Born in LA, Priya was the only girl in her family of all boys and was the poster child to becoming a cop until her family was killed by a local drug dealer and she was left on the streets. Sam arrested her when she took a shot at him while he was pursuing one of her friends for shoplifting. He enrolls her in the Camp so that she can get a second chance at life.

Thomas Sanchez: Born in Texas, Thomas was part of a local gang until her was arrested by Detective Sandoval for tagging at a local park. Det. Sandoval enrolled him in the Camp thinking he would finally see the error of his ways.
