"Whaaaats hangin' my favorite peeps!?" Ryan said as he jogged in the session room, wearing a tight workout dry fit shirt and jogging shorts with a headband. He grabbed a chair, spun it around, and sat as he caught his breath.

Ryan was the last one to show up, as usual. This time was different, though. Instead of already kicking off the session, everyone in the group was standing up and conversing with one another, not even noticing Ryan. Lauren was the only one sitting, in her usual spot, she was also the only one to notice Ryan jog in.

"Hey Ryan!" she said looking a little puzzled by his appearance.

"What's crackin' Laur to the rezenn? I just got done shooting some hoops and jogging a few miles," he paused to catch his breath, "ya know, ordinary hip and young stuff."

"Laur- wha? Is everything okay?" she asked, even more puzzled than before thanks to his odd dialogue.

"Everything's cool yo." he said holding up peace-signs with both of his hands, still catching his breath.

Lauren squinted at him, still confused and unsatisfied with his appearance and odd behavior.

Everyone finally sat down

"I can't wait for her to get here! She knitted me the cutest pillow with an adorable kitten on it last time she was here." Sonia said with her hands on her heart, gazing out the window.

"You're telling me. I think this calls for a parttaayy." Yolonda said as her and Sonia start raising their hands up and down.

"Okay, I don't know what's going on here people but I have some things to talk about!"

"Simone comes back today," Mr. K said looking at Ryan, "I've been counting down for this moment." he said seductively.

"That's not disturbing." he said looking at the group while pointing at Mr. Kay, "and who is Simone?"

"She was in the group before you came, King. She's irreplaceable, though. " Anne responded sighing.

Everyone got quiet and turned their attention to Anne.

She noticed all of them starring, "What can I say, she likes my legs."

Everyone but Ryan nodded understandingly.

"Alright everyone, we should be mindful of Ryan's issues. What is it you wanted to discuss Ryan?" Lauren asked as she turned to Ryan who was sitting to her left.

"Thank you, Lauren. Well, as you all know.. I told Carrie I was sorry for showing her up at the work social and I told her how important she really is to me last night."

Lauren put her hand on his shoulder, "That's great Ryan. Its so good you were able to-"

"Now I think im falling for her." Ryan interrupted her blankly starring at the ground in thought.

Lauren took her hand off and casually put it in her lap.

"Well, you gonna let her know?" Anne asked breaking the silence.

"Well, there's a catch. See.. She thinks im too old and I don't know what to d-"

"OH MY GOSH IT'S SIMONE!" Anne yelled out, interrupting Ryan.

Everyone besides Lauren got up to go hug the young beautiful blonde who just walked in the doors of the support room, completely ignoring Ryan.

Ryan and Lauren both observed Simone with disapproval.

"I don't see the appeal." Ryan said dismissively.

"Yeah you do." Lauren said blatantly.

"Yeah I do." Ryan admitted.
