Chapter 3

Edward raised his shot glass to make a toast. "To getting to know you better Miss Swan" We clinked our glasses and took the shot.

I let out a very small moan and bit my bottom lip because it tasted so good. When I did that, Edward let out a noise that seemed close to a low growl. The look of hunger was back again. Did I affect him too?

I wanted to encourage that sound again, but I'm too shy to ever make a first move.

Edward took the glass from my hand and said to me. "If you don't want me to kiss you right here and now Miss Swan then I would suggest you not bite your bottom lip again. I won't be held responsible for what happens if you do."

Damn, I guess I did affect him after all. Although, I was tempted to see if he would follow through with his threat, my inhibitions stopped me from trying.

I wish I could be freer like Alice, Rose and Angela. They have this natural flirtiness about them. Maybe that's why they usually went home with someone at the end of the night. I'm getting tired of falling asleep with my arms around my body pillow. It would be nice to wake up in someone's arms for a change.

"A penny for your thoughts Bella?"

"I was just thinking how much I enjoyed that first orgasm and am looking forward to trying a second." Shit did I just say that out loud?

Edward smiled and whispered in my ear, "Be patient little one, good things come to those who wait."

His breath on my ear sent shivers down my spine and my skin had instant goosebumps. This was so strange to me; I have never experienced anything like this before. I mean it makes sense, I guess, that my body is reacting this way since Edward is the most handsome man I have ever laid eyes on. It just doesn't make sense that a man like him would even look at me twice, never mind talk to me. And did he just call me little one? You would think I would feel that's a little derogatory. However, it made me feel amazing, and horny. OMG! I am definitely in over my head. Can Edward be the one to bring me out of this shell I have around me? I certainly hope so...
