Amme: Hey guys~!

Sapphire: *bum* Hey. *goes to a corner*

Mindy: What's wrong with Sappie?

Ashley: Uninspired and unmotivated. Her muse is gone!

Sapphire: GONE! *hides in the shadows*

Crystal: How's college going Amme-chan, oh by the way … HAPPY LATE BIRTHDAY AMME! *glomps Amme*

Amme: Yeah, my birthday was at the start of November, thanks for all who wished me a happy birthday. University is really squeezing my time for writing, but I'm getting into the swing of it, my new enemy is un-inspiration and lack of motivation.

Sapphire: We all know that feels.

Ashley: it's nearly as evil as the devil women!

Amme + Kathy: BURN THE WITCH!

Mindy: Enjoy everyone!

~Atem's Balcony/Garden Entrance~

Atem sighed, looking out onto the sunrise with a deep frown. He looked to the heavens as the clouds slowly turn from bluish grey to orange yellow. "Father…" he whispered, recalling days when he would sit and watch the sun rise with him and his brother.

It had been several weeks since his father's passing. The mourning time was almost over; it was almost time to crown him as the new Pharaoh. Atem's reign would begin.

The burial had been nearly two months ago. Aknamkanon's body had been embalmed, wrapped, and placed in a sarcophagus with his organs and a mountain of wealth to reflect his reign. His path to the afterlife was complete, and his Ka would always have a body to return to should he get lost.

Atem recalled the ceremony with reluctance. It had been a long day, it was a day he wished could be over quickly. But the Tomb had to be filled, people had to pay their final respects and give speeches and gifts, it took from dawn till dusk to get through all the guests and all the people's offerings. None were turned away.

Yami had placed an Ivory carved set of all the Palace residents during Aknamkanon's time, including Heba and Yugi, to represent those he lived with for the afterlife. Seth had placed Aknamkanon's Dia Diank in the tomb, Aknadin placed in a crown of gold, Mahad gave him blessing for the afterlife, and Isis presented the tomb with a tablet containing his life story. Heba had placed the drawing of Thema into the tomb, he knew that paper wouldn't last the test of time, but he felt they should be together. Yugi had nothing of value to give, only the verbal promise that Aknamkanon would be remembered for many thousands of years, and rediscovered by the world many times over.

Atem had been required to give a speech as the Pharaoh-to-be, but he couldn't force a word from his lips.

He convinced Mahad to speak for him while he and Yami said a final goodbye in private.

Atem remembered putting a hand on the wooden carving that was his Father's shell. It had never looked so flat and blank, it was nothing like his Father. Yami had silently shed a tear and eventually muttered "I love you, Father," before retreating to Yugi's arms for support.

Atem cried silently and said "You chose me as Pharaoh because you believed I was the most capable, I hope you're right. I promise I won't let you down, Father. I'm sorry you could never see me rule, I'm sorry I never helped you more, I never helped your stressful life and now I'm paying for it … I'm sorry."

Heba was there to comfort him when he was finished.

Finally, once the tomb had been sealed for all of time, Mana and Matthew had lead the trainee magicians into placing spells of protection around the tomb. Matthew went a step further and had several Ka monsters take up permanent residence within the walls to protect the Pharaoh's resting place. It was a powerful gift.

Atem thanked Matthew, he wasn't sure he could take anyone desecrating his Father's tomb. The task would be difficult to accomplish with Matthew's assistance.

The burial really made Atem realise how much good his Father had done as Pharaoh, so many people had things to thank him for. It made Atem realise just how high a bar he had to reach, what large shoes he had to fill. The expectations were so high, he worried he would never be able to measure up to his Father's legacy.

The stress and grieving for his Father's passing had taken a toll on the Princes. But the added anxiety of filling his Father's shoes had quickly brought sleepless nights and even more stress for the Pharaoh-to-be. As a result Atem woke up earlier than normal, slept less, ate less, and withdrew from everyone and everything he possibly could.

He continued to look to the sky when the secret wall opened up, letting Heba enter the room.

~Atem's chambers~

The seer ducked into the room and turn to the bed. He wasn't surprised to see his courted absent. For last seventy days he had been staying close to his prince, and recently had been feeling more and more helpless as Atem cut himself off from even him. He was worried for his Prince. Atem barely left his room, barely ate. Whenever he did, it was mostly forced by Heba and Seth. Heba worried that he would make himself sick.

Things still needed to be done, ceremonies, speeches, meetings, and friendly outings. Life went on, but Atem was stuck, it was rare that he participated in anything. He was running away but there was nowhere to run.

Heba looked to Alice. The tiger was laying on the ground by the bed, a bored look on her face as she looked up at seer. Without asking she rose up and went to the balcony, showing him the way.

Heba watched before joining her.

The frown he wore deepen as he saw Atem just sitting there, looking out to the sky. He did not look to him or even Alice as the tiger went over to him. She gently nudged the future Pharaoh's hand, trying to get his attention. Atem absentmindedly started to stroke her soft pelt, not looking at either her or Heba.

Heba sighed through his nose before going over to him. He stood next to Atem, waiting patiently for him to acknowledge his presence ...

It took a while but Atem finally said something:

"Hey.

"Hey yourself," Heba replied. He noticed the spot behind Atem was empty. He carefully took a seat in that spot, lazily wrapping his arms around Atem's stomach and rested his head on his bare back – feeling helpless because there was no way forwards but patience, until Atem accepted his help he could not help him.

With his free hand, Atem laid it on the hands that laid against his stomach. He laced his fingers with Heba's, holding close while he continued to pet Alice. Heba's body was warm, and it soothed his weary emotions.

They sat there in silence as Ra's chariot finally rose past the horizon, brightening the sky with it.

Heba bit his lips, he needed to get Atem ready for the day that he couldn't excuse any longer. He had a few meetings to go to, one being to decide on his council, and a final fitting for his ceremonial robes. Everything was almost ready, except for one thing. Or person rather, Atem.

Atem looked to be ready, but deep down inside he was unsure. He was afraid to take the role of Pharaoh, it was a big responsibility and he was not sure if he could do it. Doubts began to fill his head after his Father's passing. What if he could not be the Pharaoh his Father was? What if he failed? What if he … what if this … what if that? Hundreds of these thoughts filled his mind, it began to take a toll on him. He started to think he was not worthy, that he was not ready, they followed him into his dreams and left him so tired that he could not face the world.

He tensed as those 'what if' thoughts came back to him.

Unfortunately for him Heba felt it.

"Atem?" the younger asked, pulling away slightly. He was expecting Atem to look back at him, but inwardly groaned when he didn't. Damn it Atem! Look at me! he thought, angry and sad. He took a deep breath to calm himself. Once calmed, he moved his hands to Atem's back. He rubbed calming circles into his tense back, hoping to make him relax.

A small smile pulled at his lips when it worked.

Atem gave a tired sigh before letting go of the tension, melting slightly into those wonderful hands.

Heba smiled, Sapphire was right, I got the magic touch. He mentally chuckled before he got serious again. He slid his hands onto Atem's shoulder and called his name again. "Atem?"

He got a small hum from the soon to be Pharaoh, but nothing else.

Heba's face fell and he resorted to begging. "Atem, please talk to me. I'm really starting to worry here. You haven't said much. Hell, I miss hearing you call me 'Malak'," Heba confessed, laying his head on Atem's bare back. "Please talk to me," his voice trembled without his permission. He hated seeing what Atem was turning into, and he could do nothing to stop the self-inflicted pain.

Alice nudged her master's leg, encouraging him to talk. She could sense both their worries, she didn't like it at all. Atem looked down just as Alice looked back up. She gave a soft purr while they looked into each other's eyes. Atem nodded, it was like he understood what she was trying to say. Alice growled happily, giving him another nuzzle to his leg then disappearing back into the room.

Atem silently gulped before turning to look at Heba, bracing himself for all the hard questions. He took the hands that fell from his shoulders and held them gingerly like they were the most delicate and precious things in the world, they were exactly that in his world. "I'm truly sorry Heba … it's just been … difficult these last few weeks," he spoke, his voice sounding a bit raspy.

"I know, but you know I'm here for you. You can talk to me whenever you need to," Heba said, desperately trying to get the point through to him. Atem was still being stubborn, but that's one thing Heba was glad and mad about. Glad that he was still trying to be himself, mad because he was keeping him out. "I'm trying my hardest to be here for you, but I can't help if you keep me in the dark," he insisted.

Atem mentally groaned as he looked away from the sad face. He hated seeing that on his love, just as much as he hated hurting him. "I apologize Heba, I didn't mean to keep you out. I have a lot on my mind … I just … Sor-mhm!" A hand silenced him.

Heba did his best to keep his eyes from rolling at the Prince "Stop apologizing, it's getting too much. Got it!" he demanded, getting a nod from Atem. He let his hand slip away and asked, "Now what has been on your mind? It must be something for you to tense up like you did just a while ago."

Atem groaned while falling back to lay on the stone railing, an arm coming to rest over his eyes as the other was free to dangle at his side. "Everything! Every damn thing has been on my mind. My Father's passing, my coronation, becoming Pharaoh … ruling …" He looked to see Heba watching intently on him, listening closely to what he was spilling out. He let his head fall back onto the rail as more came out, "I am going to be responsible for thousands of lives Heba, one wrong move and I could throw the whole kingdom into discord!"

"That's not all is it?" Heba questioned, getting annoyed hum from Atem. Clearly Atem was in no mood for talking. Heba huffed "Hey, I'm trying to help here. Stop getting angry and calm down!"

Atem mumbled something before getting up from the railing to storm back into his room. Heba watched, "Don't walk away from me!" he yelled, rushing into the room to see Atem at his bed. "Atem …" he trailed off worriedly, thinking Atem may be on the verge of passing out.

Atem sighed "Yes there's more," the tired prince said, laying back down into his pillows.

Heba went over to the bed, taking a seat next to him. He looked to him, waiting again for Atem to talk. He was going to try his hardest to be patient, but it was hard for him to not whack his love with a pillow, if nothing more than to get him out of his slump for five seconds.

Atem took a couple minutes to think, he didn't want to sound like he was being a brat or anything of the like. He was just unsure. "I am doubting my ability to rule this country," he finally spoke. "I don't think I can do this. How can I be the great Pharaoh my Father was? I'm not ready Heba," he admitted, wishing the old man was still here to give him some advice.

"You're scared." Heba asked, though it didn't sound like a question.

"Try more like nervous … and maybe a bit scared," he corrected, mumbling the last part. "I don't think I can do this Heba. What if I do something foolish? What if I cause the people harm or worse their lives? What if I can't be the ruler my people need? What if I let Father down? I have so many 'what if's in my mind, I tense, then I can't sleep. As the days go by they get worse, then other things come up to my mind like the council. Will I pick the right people? What if I choose someone who will end up stabbing me in the back? What if-mmm!"

Heba groaned, keeping his hand firmly on Atem's lip to silence him again "Atem, calm down. I can understand those 'what if's." The owner of the mouth he was covering gave him a look of disbelief, making Heba glare at him "When we started our relationship, I was having those 'what if's flying through my head. What if he is only using me for my sight or body? What if he doesn't truly love me? What if he decides to leave me? What if he uses his position against me?"

Atem pulled off the hand quickly and said, "But that's different-"

Heba slapped the other hand on as he hushed him. "Shush, I'm not done yet. Yes the situation could be seen differently, but the main thing is that you shouldn't let what ifs take over your life. It will not help anyone, including you." He let the hand fall from Atem's mouth, giving those lips a passionate, but soft kiss. The kiss broke and the seer spoke again. "You are going to make a great Pharaoh, I know it," he smiled.

Two strong arms wrapped around his body in a loving embrace. As he held him Atem whispered, a tear or two falling from his ruby jewels, "I shouldn't ask, but how can you know? You can't see the future."

Heba hummed, then a smile broke onto his face. "I can't, but I know someone who can." He got out of the embrace, much to Atem's displeasure. He took his hand and started to pull him towards the door. "Let's check on our brothers. Hopefully they're decent."

Atem nodded as the younger one continued to pull him, unsure as to what he had in mind … but he had a suspicion.

~Yami's Chambers~

Yugi yawned as he cuddled closer to his Yami. They had just got back into the room after watching the sunrise and bathing. They were already dressed, but hadn't made any movement towards the door.

Yugi looked up to Yami, noticing him looking off in no particular direction. Yami seemed to be faring better with their father's passing. A bit better than Atem, but still depressed about it. Yugi had devoted a lot of time into bringing Yami out of his shell and comforting him, making him remember his Father in a good way. He was glad to finally see some results.

He sat at up, drawing the other's attention as he decided to do something bold and sit on Yami's lap. "Yami are you okay? You look like you're spacing out," he commented once he was comfortable in the pale prince's lap.

Yami hummed before leaning against his headboard. "I guess I'm okay. I think I'm slowly moving on from Father's death. It still hurts, but not as much as before. I'm truly grateful to have you by my side Little One," he said, pulling the boy close. He laid his lips on top of Yugi's, kissing him with both love and passion.

He was truly blessed; Yugi hadn't left his side at all. He was there when he really needed someone to talk to or a shoulder to cry on. Yugi was patient and had really propped him up in the first few weeks, those awful days when life was grey and everything he did felt pointless, often he ended up doing nothing. But Yugi never gave up on him and was determined to make him smile at least once a day, reminding him that there was still something for him to move on for.

Yugi melted into the kiss, happy that his lover was doing better. When they separated, he smiled and said, "I'm glad I could help. I promised to be here for you every step of the way," he smiled, tucking his head under Yami's chin.

"Thank you Yugi. Now I'm just worried about Atem," Yami said, letting Yugi sit back up. The seer got off his lap then sat next to him. Missy gave a high pitch yawn before jumping onto the bed. She quickly took his spot on Yami's lap, cuddling into him to fall back to sleep.

"How so?" Yugi asked, petting Missy's side lovingly. He chuckled when her tail wagged against the mattress, making a low thump every time it hit it.

Yami looked troubled "I can just tell when something's wrong, he gets tense and stressed about something's. Atem doesn't show his emotions much, but when he does I can tell. Hopefully Heba's helping him out like you have been with me," he pulled the younger closer to him, kissing his cheek as a knock was heard.

"I'm sure he is, there are days when I don't see either of them," Yugi said when the door open up, revealing his brother and the tan prince. "Say his name and he shall show himself," he muttered with a mock bow.

Heba rolled his eyes as he walked over to the bed with Atem dragging his heals behind him, "Morning to you too brother," he muttered while Yugi started to chuckle, getting slight chuckles out of the princes.

"How are you two doing?" Yami asked, carefully looking over his brother. He didn't like the look Atem was sporting; Messy bed head, bags under his eyes, senshi looking a bit loose on him. It may have been the light, but Yami was sure that he had lost a little weight too. But most obviously he looked like he had only just rolled out of bed "Shouldn't you be getting ready for your meeting and fitting?" he asked, remembering the day.

Atem grumbled, but didn't say anything.

That worried Yami.

Heba sighed as he turned to Yugi, "I need a favour Yugi." Yugi nodded. "Can you try seeing into the future for us?" he asked, wrapping his arms around Atem.

Yugi looked surprised, but a quick glance at Atem made him realise that this wasn't for Heba's benefit, and that he'd never ask otherwise. "Sure, what for and of what?" Yugi asked getting comfortable. This might be painful, but he hoped Heba had a good reason to ask this.

Heba pulled Atem to sit behind him, holding his hand when he said, "Atem's feeling a bit doubtful about himself. He's thinking that he's unfit to be Pharaoh."

"Really?" Yami asked, looking to his brother.

Atem looked away, not wanting his brother to see him like this.

Yami was surprised, Atem had always seemed so steady throughout the mourning period, was he secretly making himself sick with stress? "Atem … why didn't you tell me? You could have talk to me too, I am your brother," he reminded his twin, moving to sit by him and dislodging Missy in the process.

Atem weakly whimpered, but still didn't say anything. This is why he didn't want to tell anyone, he didn't want to bother his brother or anyone else with his problems.

Yami sighed before turning to Yugi who asked, "So you want me to see how he does as a ruler?" Heba nodded, letting Atem hide his face in his hair.

Yugi looked at Atem and sighed "Things rarely come if I'm looking for them," he reminded Heba.

Heba nodded and covered Atem's hand. "I know … but he needs it, just a quick look? Please?"

Yugi smiled and nodded. He relaxed as much as he was able and took several breaths while he closed his eyes as he focused on the future. The grey mist was there as always and Yugi began to drift through the mist, trying to find a hint of colour and substance. Images passed by his eyes in fast blur until one came up to him.

~vision~

Statues were being pulled up into place, people were sing and praising the gods, but also cheering the names of the Pharaoh and the Crown Prince. Yugi could almost hear them singing Atem's and Yami's names as the statues stood proud and tall over the people. Yugi looked up at the statue's faces and smiled to himself, Ra's chariot was right behind them, making the royal twins glow like gods themselves – a symbol of pride and majesty only the sun god himself could bestow.

His eyes drifted down the statues to the base, where he noticed something was off. Their names were not chiselled into the cartouche … were they unfinished?

Suddenly voices, familiar but misplaced, rose to declare to the crowds that were materialising around him "To our Pharaoh and Crown Prince!" The crown cheering loud as they chanted 'To our Pharaoh and Crown Prince, to our heroes!'

Yugi glanced around slightly, who was the main voice? … Seth …?

The images changed again, time moving forwards hundreds of years in a second. A ruler with blond hair, strange armour and armies spread out before him in a great empire, stood before the statues. He nodded in respect before the two figures of stone "Your reign was an inspiration to me, Pharaoh," he saluted the statue boldly as a general approached him.

"Alexander the Great, there is disruption in India, we need to leave immediately."

Images changed again; eras came and went and still people came to the statues with praise for their deeds and took inspiration from the Pharaoh's reign. Over time the statues eroded, but many, many voices whispered praises about things yet to happen for the current Princes. They spoke, in their distorted and mysterious way, of prosperity, fairness, and a great story … a great victory …

Finally the Millennium Pendant hovered before Yugi and lowered itself into his hands. Yugi tilted his head, wondering what this was doing here. Atem would wear this sure but …

The Puzzle began to glow brightly and a voice, Atem's voice, said "I've been waiting for you." Yugi looked over his shoulder and saw an explorer picking up a box that, when opened, contained the shattered Pendant. The explorer lifted the pieces and spoke of a great Pharaoh, who wore this artefact as a symbol of his reign.

Yugi looked at the Pendant in his hands and smiled, for once this wasn't ominous. "He does just fine doesn't he?"

The Pendant glowed brighter and brighter until all Yugi could see was white, then with a sensation of rising out of deep water, he opened his eyes.

~Yami's chambers~

Yugi blinked a few times to regain his bearings before noticing all three were hovering over him. He didn't remember laying down … had he flopped at some point? He tried to move and suddenly hissed at a headache that had struck just behind his eyes.

Seeing his lover awaken Yami looped his arms around him and pulled him upright "Yugi? Are you okay?" Yami asked, helping his lover lean more against him.

Yugi nodded, feeling the headache leave, "Yeah, I'm fine," he assured him, shaking his head to rid the last grogginess.

"What did you see?" Atem nervously asked, holding the blanket tight in his fist.

Yugi smiled and said, "I saw statues of you, and Yami standing in the path of the sun, and glowing. The people appeared and were cheering and praising both you and Yami. They called you two heroes," the royal twins blinked at each other, mouthing the word 'heroes'.

Yugi nodded. "I saw many great future leaders come before them and speak of the wisdom they gained from Atem's reign, the inspiration it gave to people to spur towards prosperity. Then when the statues were gone it didn't stop, people remembered and spoke of it for centuries and centuries. The symbol of your reign will become the Millennium Pendant, and when a future explorer rediscovers it they called you a Great Pharaoh. I think you're going to be just fine Atem. The future knows it," he was getting astonished looks from all around him, and every word of it was true.

Atem was going to shake the ages with his actions, with the help of Yami.

Atem breathed as a real smiled appeared on his face, making Heba smile back. It had been a long while since he last saw that smile. Atem rubbed his forehead slightly "People think I'm a Great Pharaoh … for years after I'm gone?" he asked, just to make sure.

Yugi nodded.

Atem pulled the pale seer into hug, "Thank you so much Yugi."

Yugi hugged the prince back, "I didn't do anything, it's all going to be you who makes your stamp on the world." He looked over Atem's shoulder, chuckling when he noticed Heba pouting. "But I'm always happy to help the new Pharaoh out. But you might want to thank Heba too, I think he's feeling a bit left out," he teased.

Atem looked to his love, chuckling when he saw Heba looking away with a slight blush on his cheeks. "Thank you too, Heba, this was just what I needed. I am so happy and blessed to have you in my life," he said, pulling him into his arms. He gave the boy a kiss, shocking him a bit. He eventually melted into the kiss, not seeing the smiles on their brothers' faces.

The blush was still there when they broke the kiss, but Heba was smiling as he said, "You're welcome Atem. I'm happy to have you in my life as well." He leaned his head on his shoulder while Atem held him close.

Yugi sighed happily, glad everything was going right.

Yami leaned into him, enjoying the moment too, but he knew there wasn't much time to enjoy it. "As much as I hate to ruin this moment, and I really mean that…" Yami started, getting all attention on him. "We need to get ready, especially Atem. We have to choose the council today and you have that fitting for your new garb."

Atem groaned. "Why do I have to do that today? Can't I do it when you do it?" he asked.

Yami snorted "Nope, because I already had mine done."

Atem looked surprised "What! When?"

"Yugi made me go yesterday when you were supposed to," Yami explained. Both had been scheduled to see the palace seamstress the other day, but Atem was in no mood to go. It left Yami and Yugi with a very angry seamstress and her crew, thankfully they convinced her that he would be there tomorrow, which was now today.

Atem groaned when he recalled the missed meeting, "I just wasn't in the mood, I'm not sure if I am now," he added.

Yami shook his head, he wasn't letting Atem go back into his brooding stage. "Well tough! You are going, and I am going to make sure you do!" Yami said. He grabbed his brother's wrist and started to pull the tan one out of his room.

"What are you doing!?" Atem yelled as they reached the bedroom door.

"I said I was going to make sure you do what you need to do today, and I mean that! Come on, we need to get you bathed and dressed. These meetings today are very important," Yami said, walking out the room with a very reluctant Atem behind.

"We're not bathing together! Let-HEY!"

The door slammed closed, cutting him off and leaving the seers behind. They both rolled their eyes, going into a mad fury of laughs when they looked to each other. They haven't laughed like that in so long.

Once they had calmed down Yugi looked to Heba. "Do we ever get like that?"

Heba shrugged, "We're not as bad as them. And if we ever did, we had one of our friends around to fall back on." He looked to Missy, who was watching them instead of sleeping, it was no use now with all this commotion going on. He patted the wolf's head, scratching behind her ear just how she likes it, when he asked worriedly. "He will be a good Pharaoh, right?"

Yugi nodded. "I believe he will be. But truthfully, I didn't see either in the vision other than their statues. I think I'm not meant to see specific events and let Atem do it on his own … but the weird thing was that their names were not carved into the statues. Just Pharaoh and Crown Prince. And no one knew their names later in time."

Heba looked at him funny. "That's very strange, and worrying, if no one knows their names they can't be in the afterlife … You don't think it's important do you?"

Yugi shrugged. "I'm not sure Heba, I'm surprised I could see all that. Any time I've tried before I only got blurred vision, I could not make anything out each time. Then all of a sudden I get so much just for one person … I'm not sure what's going to happen. I'm afraid though Heba, names are important, why would they be forgotten?"

Heba laid his hand on Yugi's, "I don't know."

~Atem's Chambers~

Atem was grumbling as he slipped into his clothing for the day. "I really didn't need you to help me bath."

Yami shrugged before searching for Atem's cape. "I don't care, you would have taken too much time, you're too used to Heba scrubbing your back to do it yourself," he teased.

Atem turned with a glare "That's not true!" he protested.

Yami snorted but didn't press his comment. He pulled out the garment. "Besides, we have barely spent time together since … Dad's passing," he handed the cloak over with a down face.

Atem hummed lightly, it was true. They had not spent any time together, if not at all. Atem realised that cutting himself off had caused more pain for others, he had nearly spent three months without speaking to his brother who lived in the same wing as himself. He sighed "I'm sorry Yami. With everything going on, preparing me to become Pharaoh … and losing Dad it's just … hard, I couldn't cope for a while," he admitted.

Yami nodded "I know Atem, it's been hard on me too." He went over to his brother, slipping on the cape and other accessories. "Thankfully I had Yugi by my side. Has … Heba?" he asked hesitantly.

Atem nodded, looking to his mirror. He looked a bit like a Pharaoh, dressed to impress and looking strong, now only if he could feel like one. "Yeah, Heba's been at my side too. I can't believe some of the things he's put up with over the weeks. He's been trying to encourage me to do stuff, or else he threatens me with the pillow." Both teens shivered, they did not want another beat down with a pillow.

"Heba is deadly with those things. I don't know where he has the strength to hit that hard," Yami said as Atem looked for his sandals.

Atem shrugged as he pulled them from underneath this bed. "At least you didn't have one break over your head. I had feathers everywhere." He put his shoes on and stood before his brother. "How do I look?" he asked hesitantly.

Yami smirked. "Like someone needing a good fifty winks and decent meal. But other than that, you look a bit like a Pharaoh." Atem groaned causing Yami to sigh. "Atem, I know you got this. You can do it, I believe in you. As does Heba, Yugi, and probably Jono, Mana, Matthew, and Ryou. You will make a great Pharaoh, Yugi said so," he said, pulling his brother into a hug. "Yugi isn't a liar."

Atem smiled as he hugged him back, "You'll be here right?" he asked, suddenly fearing being on his own in this struggle.

Yami pulled away with a smirk. "Of course! What kind of brother would I be if I didn't? I'll be by your side till the end," he confidently boasted, wrapping his arm around Atem's shoulder.

"Thanks Yami," Atem said, wrapping his arm around Yami's shoulder. He pulled the pale twin down and processed to ruffle his hair, getting a curse and chuckle from this brother. A knock at the door caused to two to stop.

Yami pushed Atem away while he chuckled an 'Enter!'

The two royals smiled as they saw their lovers come in. Yugi was smiling brightly at their playful mood. Heba sensed something brighter and smiled too, "Hey, are two ready? We need to get to breakfast before Jono decides to eat it all," Heba joked as the royal twins made their way to their respected courts. Atem gave him a quick kiss before nodding and leading them out.

~Meeting room~

Both Heba and Yami smiled as they watched Atem conduct his first solo meeting. He had handled everything just fine, asking for input from his brother and their lovers every once in a while. He was starting to look and sound like a Pharaoh, and it was clear that he commanded a lot of respect already.

Atem sighed as the last subject of the day came up, the council. "Have you decided on who you shall have as your council, my Prince?" Seth asked.

Yugi shivered and rubbed his forehead a little. He glanced around the room and saw several of the council men looking worried and yet expectant. He saw dark images around four of them and quickly whispered into Yami's ear "The three men sitting on the far right and one in the middle are planning a coup against Atem. Tell Atem he needs to remove them from power," he whispered.

Yami nodded and cleared his throat.

Atem looked over to Yami "Yes brother?"

Yami gestured to Yugi "Some interesting information has come to light, brother. Four of your current council are plotting against you, it would be best if they were removed."

The council gasped and a few muttered 'outrageous' or 'impossible', but most looked worried. They knew of the seer's powers, and on the side of the Pharaoh it made the man even more powerful. Those who were guilty gulped and tried to think of ways out of their mess.

Atem glared at the room of men before him. "Who are they?" he asked, sounding angry, yet restrained.

Yugi identified them and Atem had them arrested of treason and escorted to the dungeons for questioning later. Heba stood up and told the room why the men were plotting against Atem; it was because they wanted to expand the kingdom and take land from their neighbours, but the Pharaoh would never allow war. Atem nodded at Yugi and Heba when they were finished; the room was convinced.

Yami lightly nudged them as they sat down. Yugi chuckled and took his place back on a guest seat.

Atem nodded. "I will have four more people for positions on the council, Heba, Yugi, do you have any suggestions?" he asked, they may have some advise or some future inkling into who was most fit.

Heba raised a hand "Have the closest village leader's daughter as one, a tradesman as a second, and the final two ex-military guards," he suggested.

Atem nodded "Shimon, please seek those people out and invite them to my council. As for the priesthood, considering it takes many years of practice to become as skilled as you all are, I will keep the priesthood the same. Priest Seth, I would like you to stay as a high priest as well."

Seth bowed before him. "I be honoured my Pharaoh," the fellow priests bowed too.

"If that is all for today, I suggest that we break for the day," Yami suggested, getting several 'yes's from those around the room.

The royals and seers stayed until everyone was gone. Atem gave a tired groan as he finally relaxed into the throne. The others laughed, but said nothing to it. To all of them, mostly Atem, it was strange to see him on the throne.

They approached him once they were alone "You did wonderful today Atem, Father would be proud," Yami finally said, laying a comforting hand on a tired shoulder.

Atem opened a tired eye and looked to him. "You think so?" All three agreed. "Thanks guys," he sighed "And thank you Yugi for warning me about the corruptions," he added.

Yugi smiled "Anytime."

Atem leaved himself out of the throne with a sigh "Now to the seamstress then I can really relax."

Yami held a hand out to him, "Here, I'll come with you." Atem thanked him as he took his hand, leaving with his brother.

Their lovers wished them well and began to wander back to their rooms to wait. "Well I guess we should head back to the Sight Tower and practice, right Heba?" Yugi asked, but got a soft mutter from the boy. Yugi looked to his brother to see him pondering. "Hey Heba, is everything okay?" he asked, waving a hand in front of his face.

Heba blinked before he looked to his brother, "Oh sorry Yugi, just thinking about something …" he said as they started to leave the throne room.

Yugi tilted his head "And what were you thinking about Heba?" Yugi asked.

Heba hummed worriedly as a blush appeared on his tan cheeks, a deep blush. "Well I was wondering about something … I wanted to ask you about," Heba stuttered whilst fidgeting, he rarely stuttered. When Yugi looked at him the blush got deeper. Finally he spat it out:

"Um … what's sex like?"

Yugi almost tripped as a blush of his own appeared. He looked at Heba wide-eyed. "What?" he squeaked, almost speechless. He never imagined his brother, his own twin, asking that question.

Heba moaned before rushing them back to their tower with his face covered. He shut the door, locking it in the process, and made Yugi sit down. "I want to know what sex like. Does it hurt? Is it worth it?" he pressed, still fidgeting like crazy.

Yugi raised a hand to silence him then asked, "Why do you want to know?" He noticed the blush had returned on Heba's cheeks. "Are you planning to go that far?" he asked hesitantly, not really wanting to discuss that part of their relationship.

Heba shyly nodded "I think … no, I know I'm ready, and I want Atem to relax so … I just thought-"

Yugi raised his hands to cover his ears "I don't want to know, but are you sure Heba? I don't think a first time with anyone is something to be taken lightly," He asked, getting a somewhat confident nod from his brother. Yugi nodded as well, and then tried to form an answer to this question "Well … it is somewhat painful at first, but it pleasurable as you go on," Yugi said awkwardly as he blushed again. "With Yami, it's not sex, it's love making because it's not just physical. He's gentle with me, if he sees me in pain, he stops."

Heba listened whilst avoiding looking at his brother, this was … awkward, and he was getting some very unwanted images from this conversation.

"Is … there anything I should know? Like … any advice you can give?" Heba asked, stuttering once more.

Yugi hummed as he thought about it. "Best thing I can tell you is to trust him. I doubt Atem would do anything to hurt you, right?" Heba nodded with the faintest of smiles, Atem would never hurt him. Yugi smiled slightly too "Then trust him, also to relax or it will be really painful. And … " he cleared his throat slightly "have a jar of oil handy, and make sure you use it," blushing a lot.

"Okay then …" Heba said, relaxing a bit. He hummed in an awkward silence for a moment before changing the subject. "Well … I guess that's one of the most awkward conversations we've ever had."

Yugi agreed, "No more so when Sapphire tried to give us the 'talk'. I really wanted to die when Ashley and Kathy decided to intervene and give us their versions." Both twins shook at the slightly scaring memory, the chat about the birds and the bees suddenly became an erotic verbal tale of detailed proportions … positions included.

Yugi shuddered again and blushed too since he now saw their stories in new lights now he had also experienced sex. But still … traumatising.

He stood up "If we're done can we go practice now? I really don't want talk about sex anymore."

Heba hurriedly agreed and began pushing his brother into the training grounds.

~Atem's Chambers~

Atem rejoiced as he crashed into his bed, happy to be finally lying down after a long day. The seamstress and her crew where not happy to see him, but did their job to a tee. The robes where perfect and fit him well, even the jewellery was fitted and grand. Everything was perfect, if only their pinching fingers could have been a little gentler. "I'm glad that hell is over."

Yami chuckled as he crashed next to him. "Same. But hey, those robes looked good on you. We might see a drooling Heba when he sees you in those clothes," he chuckled.

Atem shrugged, about to reply when a knock came to the door. "Enter if it's important, otherwise go away!" he shouted, not feeling up to any more pressures.

Yami rolled his eyes as the door open up to show slightly pissed off Mana with Matthew, Jono, and Ryou cowering behind her. "Hi Mana!" the pale teen said, smirking at the scared look his brother adopted when he realised who he had just told to 'go away'.

Never piss off Mana, never! It's never good and never leads to anything good.

Matthew cleared his throat and laid a hand on the girl's shoulder. "Mana calm down, they probably just had a long day, and it's only dinnertime."

Mana grumbled and crossed her arms, "Go away? How's that any way to greet me! I haven't seen you for weeks!" she shrieked.

Matthew rubbed her shoulders again "I think you'll end up scaring them away if you keep that up," he teased. Over the months those two had developed a sibling-like relationship that was sweet, if slightly dysfunctional. Mana reminded Matthew to smile, and Matthew could reign in her temper. Mana breathed deeply a few times then huffed and turned her back on them. Matthew rolled his eyes and turned back to the Princes "Anyway, we just wanted to see if you two just wanted to have dinner with us common folk."

Atem agreed with a nervous, sheepish smile "Sure, sounds good and sorry Mana. Just finished with the palace seamstress. She wasn't happy to see me," he grimaced and rubbed a particularly sore pinching spot on his arm.

Mana turned back to him with a sigh "Only because you messed up her schedule for today. She's a very busy woman," Mana reprimanded, bouncing over to Atem to flick him on the forehead. "It takes time to do her art." Atem pouted as Mana chuckled.

Yami laughed too and pulled on his discarded shoes "We'd love to join you guys."

"What about Yugi and Heba?" Atem asked, rubbing his abused forehead.

Jono smirked "We're going to surprise them with dinner in their tower, just us, no Seth. He's too busy sorting out those traitorous council men," Jono explained, holding up a basket filled with several different foods. Atem and Yami agreed and join the group to the tower.

~Sighted Tower~

When the got there they found the doors locked. After several attempts at pushing and knocking Jono lost his patience. "HEY YUGI! HEBA, LET US IN!" Jono yelled, banging on the door with both fists.

They stood there for several minutes before deciding to go through the secret passage. They appeared in the communal area and began setting up for dinner. Jono placed the basket down on a long table, setting out the food with Ryou's help as Yami, Atem, Mana, and Matthew checked for the twins. They notice their bedroom doors were open, but not the door to the training room.

Yami knocked on it, and after a minute or two entered with the others.

They noticed Yugi and Heba sitting inside a circle drawn on the ground. Atem and Yami felt nervous, while Matthew looked interested "Hmm, looks like they're giving the focusing circle another go," Matthew said as they walked a bit closer to them. He saw the worrying looks on both Yami and Atem's faces. "I'm doubt it's that bad this time … I hope." He still had no idea what had freaked Yugi out so bad as to break the circle with the power of past still inside his head. Time was not to be messed with.

Mana knocked the backside of his head with her fist "Very reassuring Matthew. Is their any way to wake them?" she eyed a vase of water off to one side mischievously.

Matthew shook his head furiously "No! Any disturbance to them or the circle could hurt them. When they look through time they're technically not in their bodies, if moved they may have trouble getting back to them. We just have to wait."

The royal twins looked at each other, their worry deepen at that thought. However the wait wasn't long.

Just a second later they hear Heba talking. "Past return to your place and leave the future to the eyes of my twin," he commanded, slowly opening his eyes. His hands slid off Yugi's face as his eyes open up. He waited for Yugi to wake up then lightly poked him "That's how it should have been the last time," Heba said, playfully glaring at Yugi.

Yugi umm-ed, and pushed him back "Well sorry for freaking out the last time. This time was different. Did you notice the clothing everyone was wearing?" Yugi asked, turning to clear away his half of the circle.

Heba nodded, "Yeah, so many colours and very revealing." He stuck his tongue out in disgusted as he remembered seeing one woman wearing too much make up and her breast were showing too much. "I'm glad I won't be in that future," he turned around to clean his half away and smiled when he saw his lover and friends there.

They all waved and greeted the seers with a hearty, "Hello!"

Yugi and Heba laughed as they were helped up by Yami and Atem, both earning a kiss on the lips. "Hey guys, we haven't missed dinner yet have we?" Yugi asked as they were led back into the common area.

"Nope, you two are just in time for it!" Jono said, taking a seat next to Ryou.

"Good, I'm actually starving!" Heba said, gasping when Atem made him sit in his lap. "Atem," he glared as a blush started to form on his face.

But Atem didn't let him go, he just tightened his hold and shifted him so he was more comfortable. Atem shushed him with pecks to his cheeks, "Just enjoy it while you can. Now tell us what did you guys see?"

Yami gently persuade Yugi to sit in his, making the younger blush as well, but he looked more eager for cuddles. Yami brought a grape up to his lover's lips and said "I thought you two weren't going to do that anymore?"

Yugi swallowed "Well we just wanted to try it again. I know what I did wrong and Heba knows too, so we can both move forwards," Yugi said, helping himself to a piece of meat Yami held up to him. He swallowed before he continued, "It was just a practice run I guess. I wish you could have seen it. We looked into the future again, but way in the future, and this time we saw buildings reaching to the sky!"

Jono and Mana looked impressed while Ryou looked sceptical "Wouldn't they fall?" he asked.

Matthew listened quietly, he had heard tales of future lands before.

Heba shook his head "They look sturdy, and all buildings were tall. We saw people dueling with Ka monster, but it looked like they were having fun, no shadow penalties," Heba picked up. "They wore weird outfits, and they had this strange device on their arms. It looked like your Dia Diank, but different." They continued to tell the others what they saw, enjoying dinner with their friends.

By the time they were done, everyone had moved to the sitting area. Yugi and Heba decided to lean against Matthew causing their boyfriends to pout at them. Matthew and the others chuckled. "Calm down you two, I don't get enough time with my brothers as our days are pretty full. I need time with them too," he claimed, playfully sticking his tongue out at them with the seers. The royals rolled their eyes, but chuckled in good nature.

"So Atem, you ready for the big day?" Jono asked after everyone calmed.

Heba looked to Atem worriedly, but looked confused when Atem just shrugged. "Atem?"

"Truthfully, I'm still doubtful." Yami and Heba were the only ones to groan at that. Atem raised his hand to silence them as he said, "But I am confident that with my family and friends by my side, I will rule this kingdom just and fair like my Father before me."

Heba smiled brightly as he rushed over to him. "That's my Atem!" he said, crushing his lips onto Atem's. The soon-to-be-Pharaoh chuckled into the kiss before kissing him back with just as much vigour. Everyone else smiled as they talked a bit more until several started to yawn.

Matthew stretched and groaned as he moved his asleep legs. He smiled at Atem "I think you just need to get used to it, everything's scary at first, but soon it'll become second nature for you."

Atem chuckled "I hope so, I was trained all my life for this."

Conversations after that were broken frequently with yawns, eventually Jono spotted Mana falling asleep on Ryou's shoulder and chuckled "Maybe we better call it a night before we fall asleep here," he nodded at the girl.

Matthew smiled at her "Good idea. Help me Ryou," he ordered as he knelt before her. Ryou shook her to wake her up and manovered her grumbling form onto Matthew's back. Matthew stood up and Ryou picked up her staff while Jono cleaned up.

Yugi smiled at Mana "See you tomorrow," he bid goodnight.

Mana mumbled something, but was failing to keep her eyes open as Matthew carried the girl on his back. Jono and Ryou said their goodnights before they too left, leaving the two sets of twins alone.

Yugi gave a long tired yawn, stretching as it happened. "I think it's time for a good long rest," he said, falling back into Yami's arms. The others agreed and left the common area, with Yami carrying his tired lover. They often slept in the Prince's rooms now since they were closer to the central activities in the Palace.

~Atem's Chambers~

Heba watched Atem fall backwards onto his bed, a tired groan leaving his throat as he relaxed into the mattress. "I'm so glad the day is done. One more day until I'm crowned the new Pharaoh …" he mused.

Heba nodded as he joined his side, taking a hesitant seat at the edge of the mattress "It's going to be a busy day, thankfully you don't have much to do tomorrow. Or so I think," he tried to recall the schedule but a pressing thought kept sneaking back and distracting him. He became tense and nervous.

Atem looked to him, he noticed something was off with his court. "Malak? You okay?"

Heba hummed, moving to sit closer to him, and daring to lay a hand on Atem's chest. Atem glanced down at his touch and covered it, waiting for Heba to speak. Heba felt awkward "Well … umm …" he sighed, "Never mind. It's nothing," and he turned away.

Atem saw his troubled expression and shook his head "Obviously it isn't, now tell me what's wrong. I will get like you did earlier," Atem said, sitting up. Heba didn't respond, so he wrapped his arms around the boy, pulling him close to kiss his neck. He laid several kisses before gently biting down on the junction of his neck, bruising it ever so slightly.

Heba moaned, unable to help himself as his neck received such loving attention. "Atem," he whispered, feeling the desire already.

Atem let go once he was satisfied with the results, making Heba whimper at the loss. He nuzzled Heba's neck and shoulder gently "I'm sorry Malak, I couldn't resist," he whispered.

Heba blushed, "It's fine, I actually liked that." His blush got darker as slipped into Atem's lap, shocking Atem as his arms wrapped around him "I wanted to talk about us … going to the next level of our relationship," he met Atem's eyes throughout his blushing, showing how serious he was.

Atem blinked, did he want sex?

He looked at Heba and saw a few emotions in those amethyst eyes of his. Love, fear, excitement, passion, lust to name a few. He also quickly glanced over his body, he liked what he saw but … "You want to have sex? Are you ready for that Malak?" Atem asked as he carefully wrapped his hands around Heba. He was sure he was, maybe, ready for that next step. But was Heba ready?

Heba looked down at Atem's tunic, he played with a string he found most bothersome on the sleeve, and nodded. "Yeah, I'm ready," he said.

Atem hesitated again "You sure? I don't want you getting hurt or mad at me because you're not ready," Atem said, silently gulping when that got a dark glare from Heba.

Heba gripped his shirt and pulled him up to look him in the eye "I'm not made of clay Atem. I AM ready for this! I want to be part of you, I want to feel complete with you," Heba said, pulling the soon to be Pharaoh into a heated kiss. Atem moaned into the kiss as his hands travelled down to rest at Heba's hips.

(Lemon warning - kiddies avert your eyes!)

Their lips separated for a bit before Atem's started a path down his cheek to his neck, kissing his love bite. Atem smirked around the mark when Heba shivered against him. "Like that Malak?" he asked, enticing a moan out of the seer's mouth.

Heba shivered a little, his heart still beating too fast. But he smirked a little "Very, but don't think you will get all the fun." Heba said, sliding his hands down Atem's chest. He squeaked when Atem captured his wrist and forced them onto the bed, keeping him a prisoner while Atem took his sweet time kissing all exposed skin. He hummed as Atem attacked his neck with kisses.

Hands slipped underneath his tunic, sliding slowly up and down his sides, making Heba gasp. Atem blinked when he felt shaking beneath him. He looked to see Heba trying not to laugh. He smirked, "I see someone has ticklish sides," he sang into his ear.

Heba stiffened "Don't you dare!" he threatened, but it didn't work as Atem started to tickle his sides. He tried not to laugh but they came out anyway. He was so distracted he didn't notice his tunic being pulled up until it came up to his shoulders. He shivered when Atem kissed right over his heart. He blush slightly as he got up and let Atem pull the shirt off, tossing to some corner in the dark room.

Heba licked his lips and sat up to return the kiss to his heart, "Nice," he purred as his hand began to feel the taunt skin of his back. Atem had great muscles.

Atem hummed lightly before pulling Heba up for another kiss "Just nice?" he chuckled.

Heba rolled his eyes "Well my handsome, sexy, courted, what other word would you use for yourself?" he laughed, letting Atem pull him on top of him as he laid on his back.

Atem pretended to think "I like those you just came up with," he admitted.

Heba laughed and pecked at his cheek "All of the above," he agreed as he moved to nip and kiss down Atem's throat, not sure what he was doing but he wanted to feel him more, so went with desire's instinct.

Atem closed his eyes and sighed, moving a hand to rest against Heba's shoulder.

Heba took that as a positive sign and moved lower onto his chest, his lips brushed and pecked his lover's skin, idly making patterns. After glancing up at Atem's face he felt the urge to kiss and touch him everywhere, he just wanted him so much.

Heba settled his lips on a nipple and Atem jerked, gasping slightly. Heba drew back and sat up slightly "Did I-" he began to ask.

Atem kissed his lips and cut off the question "Keep going," he whispered, stroking over Heba's bare shoulders and down his thin arms.

Heba smirked and resumed his path, lightly sucking on Atem's nipple to get the same reaction out of him. Atem groaned slightly and his hand tightened on Heba's upper arms. Heba chuckled a little and kept kissing down, raising a hand to pet and tickle Atem's chest while he explored some more.

Atem closed his eyes and enjoyed the feeling of his lover's lips and hands on his body; Heba, though unsure, was definitely getting him in the mood. He only moved when he felt a shaking hand start to creep up his thigh.

Atem sat up and caught Heba around his waist to quickly flip him underneath his body. Heba blinked up at him in confusion and slight worry, but Atem quickly removed that look with adoring kisses over his cheeks and lips. He smirked against Heba's temple "You don't get to have all the fun, Malak," he teased.

Heba chuckled, but in truth was relieved since he wasn't sure what he would have done to continue. "Well I'm ready for you," he hummed.

Atem growled a little and began to kiss down Heba's neck, pausing to bite his already marked neck. Atem felt more blood rush south at the sound of Heba's soft whimper of delight. His hands moved to Heba's hips and began to grope and caress his thighs and legs, moving them to allow his body to rest between them. His mouth returned Heba's actions and lapped and pecked at his nipples.

Heba rested his hands in Atem's hair and bit his lip to try and keep the embarrassing noises from escaping. Atem was content to let him hide for now, since the quiet whimpers and gasps were enough to let him know he was bringing Heba pleasure. But soon he would want more.

Heba tugged at his hair and brought his face up for a deep kiss, their tongues dancing instinctively. As Atem moved to reach Heba their hips met and lightly rubbed making each lover moan as their members were stimulated.

Heba wrapped his arms around Atem's neck and refused to let him go, he shivered when he felt Atem's hands edge under his senshi, and reached down to assist him remove the last of his clothing.

Atem pushed Heba back onto the mattress and admired him as he pushed the last item of clothing over the edge of the bed and out of sight. Heba blushed a bit as Atem eyed him intensely, he looked away with burning cheeks.

Atem smiled as Heba blushed and trailed a hand up his thigh to lightly grasp his erect member.

Heba's eyes widened before his lips parted in a moan. Atem smirked and began to kiss at his neck again, "You're beautiful Heba," he whispered as he teased his neck with love bites and his member with slow strokes.

Heba gripped at Atem's arms and moaned to himself. It felt so good. "I-I'm not a-a girl," he stuttered as his body began to react to the double assault.

Atem snorted "I can tell Heba," he chuckled, lightly squeezing his palm around his hard member "There's strong evidence in my hand."

Heba grunted before smacking the back of Atem's head "Royal pain," he growled.

Atem laughed.

Heba smiled and pounced on Atem to flip him on his back again. Atem blinked before grinning "I can see it's going to be an interesting night," he commented with a wink.

Heba nodded "I think so," he agreed before tugging Atem's kilt off his hips and taking Atem's member in his hand.

Atem groaned and gripped Heba's hips to restrain himself "Gods Heba …" he moaned.

Heba smiled and leaned up to kiss him while keeping his hand moving at a steady rhythm. Atem kissed him thoroughly, moaning now and then as Heba stroked him, changing the pace and pressure. Atem tangled his legs in Heba's and twisted so they were on their sides. Atem reached for Heba's member and returned the favour as it was being given.

Heba moaned and pressed his lips into Atem's shoulder, trying to concentrate on pleasuring Atem while getting the same in return. Atem loved each time Heba shivered or moaned, he sounded so sexy and it showed that he was enjoying his ministrations. But he was just as lost, Heba's touches were driving him crazy.

Atem's free hand teasingly groped at Heba's bottom.

Heba paused for a moment before arching back into that touch, it felt so good to have Atem touch him like this, why was he ever hesitant?

Quickly they felt their stomachs tightening and the heat growing hotter. Holding tightly to the other they fell over the edge.

Heba cried out "Atem!" as he came.

Atem kissed him in response, Heba was so overwhelmed with his orgasm that his actions on Atem had stopped, but Atem was just as content watching his lover bask in the aftermath, feeling oddly proud to have given him such pleasure.

Heba panted, resting on Atem's arm for a moment. His aftermath had left him in contented bliss, his body was limp and his face had adopted a dopy smile. Atem chuckled and nuzzled his cheek, placing a quick kiss to his mouth.

Heba hummed happily and softly let a hand drift down Atem's toned stomach to his member that was still hard. Atem moaned when Heba gripped him again "You don't have to-"

"I want to," Heba cut off, inviting Atem to kiss him and let him work his body into completion. Atem accepted and surrendered to Heba's touches, he felt his stomach tighten and pulled Heba close to him "Heba," he moaned before gasping out loud and crying out as he came into Heba's hand, he was close from before.

Heba wiped his hand on the blanket behind him then wrapped both arms around Atem as he enjoyed the same afterglow. He opened his eyes with a lazy smile and pressed his lips to Heba's, kissing gently.

Heba returned the kiss but parted to glance at the bedside table, a jar of oil sat innocently beside a candle …

Atem followed his gaze and nuzzled Heba's earlobe "Are you sure Malak? Do you want to go further?"

Heba nodded at once "Yes," he said certainly, though there was a slight moment of hesitation when he glanced down at Atem's size. He hoped it wouldn't hurt going inside him.

Atem picked up the oil and rubbed some on his hands "Lay on your back, tell me if it hurts," he ordered.

Heba lay back and let Atem slip between his legs and touch his entrance. He jumped at the first touch then was still, trying to make it look like he was one hundred percent confident. But the moment Atem's finger began to massage and probe his ring of muscles he got worried, his hands turned to fists and his breathing stopped.

Atem noticed his courted tensing and looked up to see his face turned away and set to brace himself. Atem didn't want Heba to go through this if he was uncomfortable. He paused and reached with his free hand to cup Heba's face, "Heba."

Heba looked at Atem in confusion.

Atem stroked his cheek with his thumb "If you don't want this, just say, what we had is enough," he explained.

Heba blinked a few times and then relaxed "I trust you," he vowed, and held the hand to his cheek "Don't stop."

Atem smiled and slowly pressed his fingertip inside, Heba closed his eyes and a hand rose to grip at a pillow. Atem kissed his cheek and slowly pressed in until he could go no further.

Heba breathed, it felt so strange … but Atem's warm presence made him endure without fear. Atem checked on him before pulling out, adding even more oil, and entering again to stretch him with the help of more lube. Heba kept breathing evenly, hitching now and then whenever Atem curled his fingers in ways that were both painful and oddly pleasurable.

Atem pulled out again, making Heba pout in disappointment, but the Prince just kissed him and assured him that he wasn't stopping, he was just being very careful. He reapplied oil on two fingers then push in both and began to stretch him even more.

Heba gripped Atem's free hand, this was starting to hurt … "Go slow," he gasped out.

Atem listened and eased his pace so Heba was comfortable. "Is this alright?" he asked, pressing in as far as he could reach.

Heba nodded slightly before gasping and letting out a small cry of surprise as a bolt of pleasure shot up his spine from where Atem was touching him. He covered his mouth and blinked a few times.

Atem paused "Are you okay?" he asked.

Heba nodded "Touch me there again, it felt good," he partly begged.

Atem carefully found that spot again and Heba jerk and cried out just as before. Atem smirked and began to move a little faster, stretching his lover as he brought amazing pleasure.

When he added the third finger Heba was prepared. As soon as Atem found that spot again, stretching his entrance was easy.

Atem couldn't take it anymore, seeing Heba wither and moan and turn into a panting, hot mess was too erotic for words. His member throbbed painfully with the need to be inside him.

He pulled his fingers out and Heba whimpered in protest.

Atem smiled gently, and lustfully as he leaned down for a hot kiss, Heba clung to him and arched against him urgently, wanting him to move on faster. Atem chuckled, making Heba smile too. "I love you," Atem said, overcome with the need to tell Heba that over and over.

Heba's eyes sparkled and he leaned into Atem's embrace "I love you too, are you ready for me?" he flirted.

Atem groaned "Hell yes," he sat up and reached for the oil, only to have Heba snatch it first.

Heba rubbed some all over his hands and reached down to prepare Atem himself. Atem moaned into his ears and Heba felt his body hum with desire to have Atem claim him. He teased him slowly, he knew he was being a tease and a torturer but hearing Atem's groans and growls, and feeling his body thrust against his hands was worth being slightly evil.

Heba kissed him, only to have Atem dominate the kiss and pin him down flat to the bed, he had reached his limit.

Atem sat up and carefully alligened his member to Heba's entrance. Their eyes met and Heba nodded, confident and wanting. Atem smiled and pushed himself inside. He groaned at how tight Heba was, and so hot.

Heba was having trouble breathing, Atem was filling him up so much, he was hot and yet stretching him even more than he had with fingers. He reached for Atem's hand and held on tightly as Atem began to gently rock, savouring the sensation of being inside his lover.

Atem watched Heba carefully, trying to balance pleasure with care, he wanted to feel good and he couldn't stop himself from thrusting, but he didn't want it to be a one sided pleasure. Heba had to feel good too.

Heba let out a few mewls and began to push back against Atem's thrusts, "Ah, so good," he moaned.

Atem took confidence from that and began to thrust harder, making the bed creak and Heba moan louder. Atem threw his head back with a moan of his own "You're so tight Heba," he hissed.

Heba pulled him down for a kiss and gained perches on his shoulders to buck up against him even deeper. Their tongues tangled inside their mouths and their movement became more frantic.

Heba broke the kiss suddenly when Atem struck his prostate. Atem chuckled and cooed into his ear "Did you like that?"

Heba nodded helplessly "Please," he whimpered.

Atem listened and aimed for that spot every time, making Heba's noises louder and driving him insane. Every time he struck Heba's prostate Heba would tighten around his member, it was heavenly torture. He gripped Heba's hips and began to pound him into the mattress.

Heba moaned and cried out with the new pace and felt his end approaching by the coil in his stomach. "Atem I-I'm close!" he cried.

Atem groaned "Me too, Malak," he reached down and began to stroke Heba's member in time with their thrusts. Heba felt tears of pleasure run down his cheeks and quickly latched himself onto Atem's body, holding him tightly as he was brought over the edge.

"Atem!" he nearly screamed when his entire body spazmed and he came into Atem's hand and on their stomachs.

Atem bit onto Heba's neck when he felt Heba tighten suddenly around him "God Heba!" he thrust frantically the last few times and came deep inside his lover "Heba!"

Heba hugged him as they collapsed. He was panting madly, Atem's breathing tickled his neck and shoulder and their bodies were both damp with sweat and sexual heat. They lay recovering and smiling in the afterglow in their embrace, it was perfect for them.

(Lemon Over, come out little kiddies!)

Atem finally pulled his limp member out of Heba's entrance and rolled to one side to spoon him against his body. "Thank you Heba, I love you," he whispered to the sleepy seer.

Heba hummed and snuggled back into him "I love you too," he returned and weakly pulled the blanket onto their bodies, the chill of the desert was finally reaching them. Now they had exhausted themselves they felt a relaxing sleep overcome them.

They exchanged a final kiss before drifting away …

~Morning~

Heba tiredly moaned as the sun's warm rays peaked in through the curtained balcony, hitting him and his sleeping lover in their faces. He pouted at the sun and pulled the covers over his head, "Ra, give me a few more hours of sleep," he begged.

A deep chuckle made him look at the supposedly sleeping body next to him, he hid a grin.

He smiled as Atem wrapped his arms around him in a lazy, but loving embrace. "I should be saying that, not you," he said, laying a gentle kiss to the seer's forehead. "How do you feel?" he asked lowly, rubbing Heba's hip bone absently.

Heba hissed lightly as he tried to get comfortable next to his lover "A bit sore, but otherwise I'm okay." He lightly hummed as Atem's hand travelled down his back, gentle fingers rubbing the pain away. "Lower," he whimpered and groaned when Atem pressed the pads of his fingers against his sore muscles.

Atem winced, he was barely applying pressure and Heba was hurting "I'll get a hot bath started, you need it," Atem said. He rose a bit before being pulled back down. He looked to his lover, his eyes questioning Heba's actions.

Heba gingerly adjusted himself so he was comfortable and tugged on Atem's arm more insistently "Can we just stay like this for a few more minutes? I like this," Heba said, with a blush. He was too comfortable and warm to move. Truthfully he'd rather stay like this all day instead of moving around.

Atem smirked a bit, just enough to be noticed by his tired lover. He leaned down and kissed his forehead, completely of the same opinion. "Okay a few more minutes, but we should get up soon." He slipped the covers back over them and held his Malak close. "Normally you want me out of bed by now, are you that tired?"

Heba huffed to himself before saying "Well if you had someone trying to make you a part of the bed during sex, you would be too." Atem chuckled. Heba's blush returned as he asked, "Last night was good right? I wasn't bad was I?" he asked, his hands anxiously linking with Atem's.

Atem shook his head, a smile pulled at his lips while looking at the teen. "You were wonderful for it being your first time Malak."

Heba's blush turned darker with the praise. "You were great too Atem," he quickly buried his face into Atem's neck as the older chuckled a bit. As the sound hushed the two just laid there, enjoying the other's warmth and hold.

Atem felt right for the first time in weeks, all he wanted was Heba, and all he wanted to do was keep him safe, happy, and he had the power to do that. Starting from tomorrow. Concerns that arose before Atem was crowned were dealt by the council, priests and occasionally himself, but tomorrow all concerns would be his.

Heba felt safe in Atem's arms. He felt like nothing could touch him, he felt invincible when he was with him. His body, touches and breath made him feel alive like he'd never felt before. Heba moved to lay on Atem's chest as he looked to the soon-to-be-Pharaoh and said, "I love you Atem," overwhelmed with what he was feeling, he wanted to share it.

Atem looked down at his smiling courted and smiled back, placing a hand on Heba's cheek. "I love you too Heba," he said, pulling said teen into another loving kiss, all of which Heba was happy to accept and return. I'll always keep you safe.

~Dining Hall~

Yami was sitting at the table in the dining hall with Yugi next to him, Yugi was absently pealing oranges. Yami looked to the empty head chain next to him and looked confused, the chair his brother was supposed to be in right now. "Where are those two?" he grumbled.

"Probably busy," Yugi said with a small smile on his lips, telling Yami he knew more than he was telling. He looked up to watch Matthew as he pulled out a scroll from nowhere. He laughed when said scroll was given to a pouting Mana.

"Why the long face Mana?" he asked.

Mana pouted "I was looking for this scroll all day yesterday, and this guy was just able to make it appear like that!" the magician in training said, glaring at her fellow student. "No fair, I tried that spell several times already! How do you get it so fast!"

Matthew laughed, bopping the scroll on her head. She pouted more as he explained, "Well according to my brothers, I'm a perfectionist and study-freak."

"He is!" Everyone turned to see Atem and Heba come in. Heba was blushing madly as he was carried in by Atem, who looked better than the day before. "I remember when he spent seven hours on one spell, we had to get the whole gang to get him away from it."

"That's not true." Matthew defended with a huff.

"He's right," Yugi said in his defence.

"See!" Matthew said looking smug.

Yugi rolled his eyes "It took Ashley and Kathy actually picking him up and dragging him away," Yugi said, making Matthew facepalm and fall to the ground.

"Thank you oh so much Yugi." Matthew said deflated while Mana chuckled, hugging her tummy as her laughs rocked her almost off her seat.

Yami chuckled as both Yugi and Heba laughed their head off with a few of the others in there. He turned to Atem just as he took a seat after setting Heba in his. "How are you feeling this morning brother?" he asked.

He smiled when he got a smile from his tan twin. "I feel good this morning. I had wonderful night," he smirked in Heba's direction and the boy smiled, but slapped his arm too. Yami kept his thoughts to himself as Atem continued "and so far the day looks good. I'm still a bit nervous about tomorrow, but I'm ready for this," he said confidently.

Yami looked impressed, Atem was stepping up and he looked the part. "That's good, that's good," Yami said just as the cooks and Jono made their way in. "Because I have some good news for you!" he continued.

Atem looked at him sceptically before asking, "And what, dear brother, is this good news?"

Yami chuckled at his look, "Don't worry brother, it is nothing bad. Me and Yugi thought that after the fun you had last night with Heba, and the nervousness and stuff." He paused as he dodged a roll thrown by a madly blushing Heba. Atem quickly soothed the flames that was his lover, drawing his attention away from his brother with several quick kisses.

Yugi coughed to get their attention and continued with where Yami left off, "We thought that since today might be your last day of 'freedom', that we'd keep watch of everything here while you two sneak out and have some fun in the village," Yugi smiled kindly.

Yami nodded and looked to his brother. "What do you say?"

Atem hummed as he pondered this. It would be the last time in probably a long while before he and Heba could really enjoy themselves. It could be nice to get away from the place just for day, right? Atem nodded. "Sure, I'm game. What about you Malak?"

Heba nodded with the faintest of blushes, "Sure. It's been a while since we went to the marketplace."

Yami nodded and shook his head as the two shared a sappy look "So it's settled then! You two go enjoy yourselves, and Yugi and I will watch over the palace." Yami said, as everyone sat down and breakfast was served.

~Outside~

Atem slipped on his cloak as Heba was petting the snowy white stallion that belonged to the prince. The animal was very proud and strong, but he was a young thing and so was curiously friendly too. "He's so beautiful." Heba said as the horse nuzzled his nose into tan hands, making Heba smile at his soft nose.

Atem turned with a gentle smile as he to petted the horse, "He is, isn't he? He's the best horse we have; he's loyal to me and very lovable." Teens chuckled as the horse whinnied in agreement, bobbing his head like he was nodding too, still knocking into Heba as he tried to get more attention.

Atem helped his lover into the saddle before climbing up himself. He patted the horse's neck then turning to make sure Heba was on okay. Heba smiled brightly, excited to be both going with Atem and ridding this majestic creature, his arms linked around Atem's waist to hold him on. The seer held tightly as Atem took the reins, making a clicking noise as he got the horse to slowly gallop out of the stables and down to the village.

Heba couldn't help the childlike smile growing on his face as they went through the village. He marvelled in the new sounds, smells, and sights that hit him every time he came here, so different from his destroyed fishing village.

He sighed a bit when he saw two brothers and their mother walking towards what he assumed was their home. He noticed a little squirming bundle in the woman's arms, wailing a bit as the loud sounds scared the small child. He felt a small pang of jealousy in his heart. Why? He didn't understand quite himself. Maybe because they still had their mother? Or was it because he couldn't have kids? Most like the first one, Heba thought. The second stirred up uncomfortable thoughts about who Atem would take for a wife or barer of his child … Maybe it's both then … he thought with a hint of sadness.

He continued to look around until Atem finally pulled to a stop near the market. Atem looked in amaze as how busy everyone looked. Children smiling and laughing as they played while their parents and other adults got ready for tomorrow's celebration. The market was packed with people buying and selling their wares. "This place is packed today," he commented.

"It looks like everyone is excited for tomorrow, I bet people have come here from all over," Heba said as Atem finally climbed off his horse and gave the reins to a nearby guard, glad they were still here. He might have to make sure when they get back home to put more out just encase for tomorrow. He held his hand out to Heba and helped the seer down, linking their arms together as the two made their way through the huge crowd.

"Is there anything particular you are looking for my Malak?" Atem asked, coming to a stop at one vendor selling decorative rugs.

Heba shook his head. "No, I just wanna look around. Maybe get something sweet?"

Atem chuckled at the puppy eyes he was giving him. "You're not Yugi, but that face is still dangerous. Sure you can have something sweet." He smiled as he saw Heba finally let his child side out and rush them to one vendor that sold all kinds of sweet treats. "Let's pick up a few for your brother too, since he and Yami let us do this."

Heba nodded. He picked up several treats that he knew his brother loved, picking up several for himself and Atem. Atem paid for the treats and pulled the teen, who was happily chewing away on one particularly sweet treat, towards one stall with many different pieces of jewellery and other accessories.

Heba groaned a bit he watched Atem look through them, did the man really need anymore? He leaned into his shoulder "What are you looking for?" Atem just smirked as he laid a finger to his lips in a 'not telling' motion. Heba rolled his eyes, but continued to watch as he eat his tasty treats. It was when he wasn't looking that Atem made a silent purchase and slipped it into his cloak.

Heba blinked when Atem was standing in front of him, When did he get there?

Atem chuckled, "In your own world are you? I'm done with this stall Malak, come on let's go to a different one," Heba looked around him before shrugging and let Atem take him away. Atem silently smirked again, know well that his surprise for Heba was safe in his cloak's hidden pocket.

~Palace~

Heba smiled tiredly as they rode back to the palace, laying his head against Atem's back as he felt his eyes close. Atem held the same tired smile as he steered the horse back. He look down to the hand he was lazily holding. He carefully brought it up to his lips, making sure he did not disturb his love, and kissed it.

Heba yawned and he nuzzled into his lover's back. "Today was great."

Atem nodded, even though Heba couldn't see it. "Yeah it was, we have to thank our brothers for doing this," he tried to look behind him to see Heba, but couldn't. "Getting tired?" he asked, feeling Heba relaxing against his back.

Heba nodded against him. "Are we there yet?" he asked.

Atem kept his chuckles down as they finally made it to the stables. "Yes Heba, we're back. Just stay up for a bit to get some dinner in you, then you can sleep for the rest of the night," he promised.

Heba groaned, but went with it. He was hungry after a fun day. He squeaked went he felt Atem pull him into his arms, never noticing that he had gotten off the horse already. He mumbled as Atem carried him to the dining hall, "You know I could have walked there by myself."

Atem hummed, not putting the teen down. "Yeah right, you were about to fall asleep on the ride home. Just accept it and enjoy it," he said, smirking when Heba just huffed and continued to the dining hall. They entered it, seeing everyone there looking at them. "Good evening everyone."

Yami smirked, "Tired Heba?"

Heba just huffed again as Atem took him to his chair.

The soon-to-be-Pharaoh placed him in the chair, kissing him before take his seat as well. "We got you guys something as thanks for today."

Their bothers were smiling, packed into the same chair with Yugi on Yami's lap "You guys didn't have to," Yugi said as Heba handed him the sweets they got for them earlier.

"We wanted to. We had such a great time. You should see everyone down there, they're so excited for tomorrow's ceremony," Heba said as Jono and the cooks served everyone.

"You're tell me, I had trouble getting through those crowds earlier," the blond said as he place some meat in front of Atem. "Me and Ryou were trying to get some new sashes, but the good ones were all taken. Looks like we're turning up shabby as usual," he sighed, refilling their drinks too.

Yami smiled slightly "I'm sure the palace seamstress could make you two something better then what you can find in the market," he suggested, digging into the hot stew Jono made. "Did you find anything good in the market Atem?" Atem nodded, but didn't say. Yami let Yugi leave his lap with a pout "Care to tell?" he pressed.

Atem shook his head and took a sip of his drink. "No not yet," he grinned, making Yami give a frustrated grumble.

Heba blinked, trying to remember all they got today. "What did you get that I didn't notice? It's nothing to get me and Yami back for the wake up calls, is it?" he asked, glaring at his lover.

Atem shook his head and continued to eat his dinner. Both Yami and Heba looked at each other, but agreed to give it up for now and try again later.

~Gardens~

Atem sat comfortable underneath one of the many trees in his private garden near the pond, the sun slowly setting in the distances bathed everything the light touch in different colours of orange, yellow, and red. In the soon to be Pharaoh's hand rested a gold bracelet with the inscriptions 'My Heart, My Love' written on the band, he intended to give it to Heba. He gently creased it within his fingers as he looked at it, debating if he really should have gotten this. He's probably going to hate it.

"Atem?" Said person looked to see Heba walking over to him, dressed in his new ceremonial robes. "What do you think?" he asked spinning slowly in front of Atem. It made him look very royal, Atem still hadn't asked him …

Atem smiled as he admired the light white silk robe with gold trim, a purple tunic underneath it, and gold coloured sash. Gold coloured sandals and ribbon wrapped around his feet to the top of his calf. No fancy jewellery was on him, only the necklace his sister gave him and a pair of stud earrings. "You look amazing my Malak." Atem said, holding a hand out to him.

Heba smiled, "And here I thought I could make your jaw drop," he said, taking hold of the hand and letting Atem pull him down into his lap. Heba rolled his eyes at him but got comfortable in the embrace as Atem's arms wrap securely around the seer's waist.

"Nah, I think that will be you tomorrow when you see me in mine." Atem chuckled, running a hand down Heba's side. He smirked when the motion got a tiny chuckle and squirm from the younger. "I have to find where else makes you laugh, you do have a beautiful laugh," he nuzzled the love bite on Heba's neck.

Heba groaned, "Are you trying to make me permanently red?" He turned his face into Atem's chest as the older boasted out loud. He was about to look back up to glare at him, when a shine of gold distracted him. He looked to Atem's hand, noticing a bracelet sitting there. He took Atem's hand, raising it up to his face. "What's this for?" he asked.

It was Atem's turned to blush, though slightly. He gently pulled his hand out of Heba's and held the bracelet to him. "This is for you … It's what I got at the market that you didn't see me buy," he told him nervously.

Heba blinked before picking up the bracelet. Heba examined it closely, reading the inscription aloud when he saw it. He gave a weak smirk that threatened to turn into a smile. "You know I don't wear much jewellery, but this is really sweet of you," he leaned into his body, feeling very warm inside.

Atem sighed, "I know, but it is true. You are everything to me, no matter how cliché it sounds. You are my light, my love, my heart. My Heba," he said, smiling lovingly down at him. "My Malak."

Heba looked down to the bracelet, truly smiling for once in his life. Finally feeling happy since he lost everything, his family, his friends, and village. He didn't feel scared or worried, he felt truly happy and in love. He slipped on the bracelet, slightly surprised it actually fit his thin wrist, then looked back to Atem. "Thank you my Kkwy. My Malak." he said lovingly, surprising both, mostly Atem.

Atem's smile grew as his crimson eyes shined with all the love he had for the boy in his lap. He laid his lips on top of Heba's, kissing the boy with all the passion and love he had. Heba moaned into the kiss as he slipped his hand into Atem's, holding it tightly as if it was a lifeline.

They broke off the kiss, staring at each as the sun slowly set. Heba sighed happily as he laid against Atem's strong chest as they watched the sunset. Atem kept his arm securely around Heba's waist, while his hand holding Heba's hand rubbed gentle circles with his thumb.

Atem covered the bracelet on Heba's wrist "Will you wear it tomorrow?"

Heba nodded "Of course."

Atem swallowed slightly and then drew up his courage "Heba, tomorrow … I'd like to announce to the people that you are my royal consort," he said.

Heba gasped.

Atem hurried on "I don't want the council approaching me with marriage, or ladies chasing me constantly, I want everyone to know that I've chosen you; but only if you're okay with it," he finished with his heart in his mouth.

Heba felt Atem's arms tighten around him. He smiled and turned to meet his crimson eyes "Atem," he said to shut him up for a moment. He felt so light at the question, Atem wanted to be with only him! "Yes, I'd love to be your royal consort," he agreed.

Atem hugged him tightly "Thank you. I love you so much." Heba smiled and held him back, whispering a return of his love. Just as the sun was just barely seen, Atem kissed the seer again. "We should go inside."

"Can I wait out here for five more minutes?" Heba asked, eyes slowly turning to the puppy eyes of doom.

Atem chuckled softly before nodding, "Just promise to meet me inside once you are done, okay?" Heba nodded, kissing Atem again to seal the promise. He slid out of Atem's lap and watched as he stretched before walking back into the room. Heba turned back to his new bracelet, admiring it on his wrist. I guess I finally found my happiness too, huh Yugi? He sighed, You got it again, he thought, now looking to the now dark sky but thinking of a day they were in the gardens talking about their princes.

Yugi told him that Atem and Heba would be together, and nothing could stop that. He told Heba that he had seen the exact scene that Atem had just left.

He sat there, thinking. Things really changed for him, but was it for the better? He sighed as he spotted several stars, Things might have, but those witches are still out there. Planning something darker and evil, I just know it. That wasn't the last time we've seen them. I just hope we're prepare for the next attacked and pray it be the last. He finally had enough of the outside as a cold gust blew past him, causing a shiver to run down his spine and being.

He quickly got up and rushed back into Atem's room, where his lover waited in the bed for him. He pulled of his tunic and put on a simple senshi, jumping into bed. He chuckled when he accidently landed on Atem, getting an 'Ouff!' out the unsuspecting teen. "Oops?" he innocently said.

Atem blew a stray of gold locks out of his face when he said, "I'll show you 'Oops'," Before Heba could say, much less do anything, he was on his back being tickled by Atem.

~Atem's Chambers~

Atem breathed. Morning had arrived, meaning he would be crowned Pharaoh in a few hours. He looked down to see Heba still peacefully asleep. He softly smiled as Heba curled more into him, lightly mumbling in his sleep. He couldn't make out what he was saying, but found it rather cute.

He was disturbed out his thoughts of Heba with a light purr came next to his ear. He turned to see Alice lying next to him, looking at him with her big blue eyes. He pet the tiger, scratching behind her ears as well. She purred in delight as she too leaned into him. He grunted with the extra pressure, but allowed it for now. He felt content and happy right now, along with nervousness, worry, and excitement to name a few.

After a few minutes of lying there just listening to the purring of his pet and enjoying holding his love close, he sighed. He looked to the balcony archway, seeing the sky slowly turn from grey to light blue. "I guess we should get up, huh?"

"Yeah we should." Atem jumped just as a chuckle came out of from the shaking body beside him.

Atem grumbled as he glared down at Heba. "How long have you been awake?" he asked.

Heba chuckled a bit more before calming down. "A while. I noticed you moving so I decided to just pretend I was sleeping, just to see what you would do," he said, kissing Atem's cheek. Atem huffed as he climbed over him and out of the bed. Heba flopped and pouted at him "Oh come on, you're not mad are you?"

Atem shook his head, "No, I just want to sit outside for a bit, if I stay in bed I'll fall back to sleep," Alice gave a slight roar before jumping off the bed, bouncing over to join her master.

Heba nodded as he sat up, stretching his arms up high. He groaned as he heard a something popped before plopping back onto the bed. "Do you want me to get your bath ready?" he called after him.

Atem smirked, leaning against the stone archway. "You know you're not my servant anymore."

Heba smirked back and winked "I know, but I just wanna help anyway I can. Beside do you want me to bath you or the seamstress and her crew?" Heba laughed as Atem shook his head furiously. "I thought so," he smugly concluded.

"I rather have you in there then her scary crew, they can get rough," Atem walked out as Heba got up and headed towards the bathroom. Atem took a deep breath of the morning air while strolling over to the pond. Alice watch with slightly hungered eyes as the fish swam around in the circular pond. "Don't even think about it," Atem laughed when he spotted her stalking.

Alice meowed slightly before looking longingly at the fish. Atem rolled his eyes before scratching behind her ears, making her purr again "Come on you, away from the fish." He took a sit down next to the pond and looked to the sky, just watching it as it changed colours.

He must have lost track of time because Heba appeared in the water's reflection above him. Atem looked down as Heba wrapped his arm around his shoulder.

"Bath's ready, come on. We need to get ready my 'Pharaoh'," Heba purred, smirking when that got a shiver run down Atem's spine.

Atem tugged on Heba's bangs gently "Okay, okay, I'm coming. But don't provoke me, you might end up limping today," Atem said, making the smirk appear on his face this time when Heba gulped.

He got up, picking Heba up bridal style, and went to the bathroom.

They were half way out of the bath, Heba was glad that he could keep Atem's hands away from his private parts, when the seamstress and her crew came rushing in. They threw a half-naked Heba out with three of the girls. They took him and his outfit back to his own room to dress him. Heba was sat in the tower in front of a mirror, the three girls were excitedly chatting around him as they brought up brushes and oils and jewellery from around the room and from Heba's selected clothing.

Today was the day.
