Naruto scratched his head. Something was definitely wrong here. Makarov had told him to come to this exact spot to meet up with the other members of the Squad, which would also be there location of their headquarters. He was sure this was the spot. He sensed the other members of course, on their way here, using is Sage Mode, but no matter how much he looked, he couldn't see anything that could be their headquarters. Hell, he even checked under tiny pebbles and there was nothing.

He hadn't done much, other than train with Katsumi, who was probably about to burst into the clearing any sec-

"Naruto!"

BAM!

"Shit!"

Naruto hastily rolled out of the way as Katsumi brought her sword downwards, slamming it onto the ground, but luckily missing him. She glared angrily at him, then merely got up and began elegantly dusting off her clothing.

Naruto laughed nervously. "Ahaha...Hey Katsumi-chan."

She looked at him, then glanced away. "Hmph."

Naruto groaned. "Oh c'mon! It wasn't that bad!" He complained to her.

She continued glaring, causing him to simply accept the fact, that yes, he had ditched her, and was therefore, a horrible, horrible person.

Katsumi suddenly stopped her glaring, spinning her head to the right, bringing her sword up to block an incoming fist. The fist connected with her sword, and slowly dissolved away. Katsumi narrowed her eyes, followed by Naruto, who jumped to her side.

"Who's out there. Reveal yourselves."

The bushes to their right rustled, and out stepped a tall, blond-haired man. He was grinning arrogantly, and his ears were covered by muffs, with spikes poking of out them. The scar over his right eye was faded, though it reminded Naruto of Kakashi, except on the other eye. He wore a simple shirt, which was topped by a large coat with fur lining the edges. He also wore maroon pants, with grey-silver closed toe shoes.

Katsumi instantly recognized him. "Any reason you're attacking your Guild members, Laxus?" She asked him with a clipped tone.

He simply smiled cockily. "I was just checking if you really are worth anything, Scarlet Fire Devil."

He hadn't bothered to apologize, and his tone of voice pissed Naruto off. He had never really encountered Laxus during his stay at Fairy Tail, but he did know he was a prominent S-class mage there. He thought he would be a pretty cool guy. Meeting him, Naruto decided he was an asshole. A big one at that.

Katsumi however merely ignored him.

"Well, then I hope you've had an adequate taste of how capable I am. Now simply wait. The others are near."

And she was right. One by one, more magical auras grew prominent in the area, and soon, figures began appearing inside the clearing by various means. All very dramatic forms of entrance.

Naruto groaned.

"Show offs."

It definitely looked like they were showing off. There was a flash of fire, an explosion, as well as water slithering on the ground, then building up to form the general shape of a person.

"Come now, Naruto-kun, my entrance was normal," A voice to Naruto's left said.

Naruto turned his head, and grinned brightly. "Old man!"

The figure groaned. "C'mon, I'm just 35. And can't you call me Jura?"

Naruto thought over it. "Hm...I know! Old man Jura!"

Jura groaned, giving up. He had met Naruto about 6 months ago, when they were partnered together for an S-class job, which the Magic Council had felt would be better off with two mages. Jura had also been given the duty of watching Naruto's actions, and gauging his strength. Both had become fast friends, and it was Jura who had first reported Naruto to be a seriously powerful S-class mage, solidifying the Council's belief in him.

"Who do you think you are, calling my entrance flashy?"

Naruto turned his head to the person who seemed to be asking him something.

The second Naruto laid eyes on her, his jaw dropped.

'Holy...'

'Stop staring at your human females, and focus, dimwit. You can mate with her later,' Kyuubi grumbled.

Naruto's eye twitched in annoyance. 'Just...Shut up.'

But really, she was beautiful. Her legs were long, and creamy. Not to mention, they were also barely covered, considering she was wearing a blue miniskirt. She had on a burnt orange top (Naruto felt he was in love because of that), and her platinum hair shone in the sun-light. She was also, uh, very well-endowed...in places.

Ignoring all that, Naruto focused on her argumentative tone. Oh, if she wanted to argue, they could argue.

"You freaking flashed in with a blaze of flames! How is that not freaking flashy?!"

She gave an angry pout, pointing a finger at him. "Shut up, retard! I was just checking you guys were worth anything by totally announcing my arrival!"

Naruto deadpanned.

"Sure. You just wanted to show off, didn't you?"

Smoke began to come off her hands, and it seems like fire literally dripped from them.

"You wanna fight, twerp?"

Naruto was seriously angry now. He was 17! And he was taller than her! Where the hell did she get the nerve to call him a twerp?

"You look as old as me!"

He suddenly came up with a mischievous idea. After all, Naruto was the master of needlessly pissing off potentially dangerous people that could grievously wound, maim, decapitate, or otherwise outright kill him.

"And I don't wanna fight you. You'll probably pull your hip trying to fight me...oba-sama."

The fire really seemed to be acting up now.

"You're a dead man."

She thrust her hand forward, a wave of flames materializing from a focal point in the palm of her hand, flying at Naruto at rapid speeds.

'Holy crap! That's a lot of fire!'

Just before the fire hit him, a wall of water burst up, blocking the flames with ease. Not that Naruto needed the help. He was perfectly ready to Kawarimi away.

"Calm down, sis. Your behavior is ruining the name of the Kingdom of Seven," A blue-haired boy drawled out from behind the girl who had just been trying to fry Naruto.

"I don't see the problem! He was making fun of me! Besides, if he was worth anything, he would've stopped it! Instead, he stood in front of it in awe of my ability!"

The boy narrowed his eyes. Sometimes, his sister's blatant disregard for tact really got to him.

"Sis, don't you see you would've been killed by the pretty black haired onee-san over there?"

"What are you talking about-"

She stopped talking suddenly, her eyes travelling down to see the steel of the sword being held at her throat, courtesy of Katsumi, the 'pretty black haired onee-sama.'

"I wouldn't quite say kill, but something very close, yes."

The blue haired boy smiled, and bowed.

"My name is Sui. This is my sister, Kaname. Please, forgive her. She is very hot-blooded, and gets very excited over little things."

"Wait, wait! Hold up!" Naruto interrupted suddenly, cutting off the girl, who looked ready to yell at her brother, despite the sword still being held at her neck.

"Yes?" Sui replied.

"You said you guys were from Seven, right? So why are you here?"

Sui's eyes lit up. "Well, you see, the Balam Alliance is something that is not just in Fiore. It has many sectors in other kingdoms. Therefore, the Kings of a few of the countries of Earthland have decided that a joint force between S-Class mages should fight together to defeat the Balam Alliance. It is also a way to keep good relations between the countries."

"That's correct, boy," A new voice called out at the end of the explanation.

They all turned, finding themselves facing a super huge man. He had to be eight feet tall! Also, he was an old man.

"Where the hell did you come from, grandpa?" Kaname asked bluntly.

The old man's eyes narrowed. "Young lady, I have been here since your little spat with the blond boy. I was going to kindly introduce myself, but I was rudely interrupted by your fire."

"So, who are you?" Naruto asked, slightly more polite than Kaname. Not by much though. Just a little. But in Naruto terms, that was pretty damn respectful.

"I am Aririkarizikutu Tamochikufu. However, all my friends call me Ari. I am an S-Class mage from the Kingdom of Iceberg, and have been serving in said position for the past one hundred years."

Everyone's eyes went wide, including Laxus and Jura, who both sat off to the side, watching mostly calmly. The consecutive thought of 'How old is he?!' ran through their minds.

In the privacy of his own mind however, Naruto wondered why the hell his name was so freaking long. Thank Kami he had implied that he would like to call them Ari!

"It's nice to meet you, sir," Katsumi said, finally removing her sword from Kaname's neck, bowing to Ari.

"Well, isn't this a girl who knows how to respect the elderly. It is a pleasure to meet you as well, child," Ari said amicably. He certainly seemed like a kind old man. Most likely strong as all hell...but kind.

Naruto shook his head, trying to get the age of the old man out of his head, focusing his attention back to the earlier topic. Turning to Sui, he spoke.

"Well, isn't your sister kinda, I dunno, totally ruining it? The whole good relations thing? Just saying."

Sui shook his head in a disappointed manner towards his sister. "As I said, I am deeply sorry about her. But she is strong, and as such, was sent on this mission."

Naruto grinned. Atleast one of them seemed cool. Therefore, he himself would be the bigger man, and not fall to her level.

"Nah, it's cool. I got pretty hyped up too, so it's kinda my fault as well. Name's Naruto. This here is Katsumi and the blond dude over there who's scowling is Laxus. The tall, bald, dark skinned dude is Jura. He's super awesome!"

Laxus ignored the introductions, or the fact that Sui was waving kindly at him. He was solely focused on the tall giant.

'This old man...It's like standing around Gramps that time when I was a kid, and he got angry...He might be the strongest out of everyone here.'

Jura thoughts were also running along the same lines as Laxus, but he didn't outright ignore the rest. Jura bowed.

"It is a pleasure," He said with a smile.

"So~," Naruto started off, drawing out the 'oh' sound. "Is this all of us?"

Sui shook his head. "There is someone hiding in the bushes over there, shaking."

"Eh? Then why isn't he out here?" Kaname asked her brother.

Sui shrugged. He clearly wasn't interested in finding out, or he simply couldn't be bothered with it.

Ari chuckled. "Excuse my great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-grandson. He is powerful, but gets...distracted at times."

Naruto sweatdropped. How many times had he said great in that sentence?

'Seriously, how freaking old is this guy?!'

'Impressive age for a human. He has my respect in terms of his body's strength, and endurance.'

'...Since when do you respect me for that?'

Kyuubi snorted.

'You forget, brat, that the only reason you are as hard to kill as you are is because I'm inside you.'

'...C'mon! I probably would've been as hard to kill even if you weren't inside me!'

'Keep dreaming, and maybe one day, that will come true.'

'...Screw you.'

Naruto snapped back to attention, and watched as Ari walked forward to the bushes. Despite his size, his footsteps made naught a sound.

Ari stood in front of the bushes, towering over them. Suddenly, he raised a fist, and brought it down upon the ground.

"Brat!"

A black figure shot out the bushes, clearly startled by Ari's outburst. As were all of the mages present in the clearing.

"..."

No one seemed to comprehend the seemingly kind old man's sudden one-eighty turn in attitude. Sure, he seemed to get annoyed when people didn't respect him, but not angry, and violent.

'Scary,' Kaname thought. She felt sorry for the poor bastard that was related to him. Sui seemed to share those sentiments, along with Naruto and Katsumi.

Laxus merely raised an eyebrow at the display of power. If it wasn't for the simple fact that Makarov had done many similar, and greater things in the past, he might have been somewhat fearful. Instead, he was only curious as to the extent of the power Ari had.

"What the hell, Grandpa?!" A figure who appeared to be his great-times-who knows what number-grandson yelled angrily. Naruto idly mused that he probably would have had a very similar reaction had he been on the receiving end of that.

He had blue-hair, and wore a flowing dark green cloak. Not many other features about him were distinguishable due to the distance.

"Insolent brat! There's an important meeting going on, and you're hiding in the bushes!" Ari roared at his grandson, furious. After all, this meeting was about possibly the most outrageous alliance made in the magic world since the Balam Alliance.

His grandson didn't seem scared, merely increasing his own tone a few decibels to match Ari's.

"I wasn't hiding! I was examining the insects!"

"What insects?! The one's you scared away due to your stupid explosive entrance?!"

Ari was bending down now, sticking his face right in his grandson's. His grandson replied to the challenge, and soon, he was forehead to forehead with Ari.

"Don't call my explosions stupid!"

"Watch me, Kurosuke."

"Grr."

"Grr."

The onlookers watched, massive sweatdrops falling down their faces.

"...And I thought there would be another mature person in the group," Sui's oddly depressed voice sounded out.

Katsumi merely put her hand on his shoulder, showing that she understood his pain.

It was the beginning of a wonderful new relationship.

The wind chimed eerily in the darkness of the night. It was a calm night. Nature itself was quiet, as if silenced by some supernatural power. The sky was clear, and the stars shone brightly, like they never had before.

In the center of some un-named clearing, a hulking figure sat. The wind seemed to bend around him, gently blowing the leaves of the massive trees beside him.

Ari sat quietly in his clearing, meditating- connecting. This was his time of peace, his moments when he connected once again with the powers of the Holy Mother Earth.

He had been doing this for a long time. Iceberg was a desolate and cold country. Ari almost didn't remember the feeling of sitting in a grove of trees, in temperatures above five degrees.

For all his life, and especially his childhood, he had always felt like he didn't belong. He despised the cold, and the snow. He wanted what he heard of in textbooks- sunshine, trees, and soft soil underneath his feet.

So, every day, he tried, with futile hope to bring what he couldn't reach to him. He grasped at the magic of the land- the Eternano, attempting to capture his dreams.

And one day, he did. He would never forget that day. The day that he first felt the powers of nature flow into his body, empowering mind and soul both.

That had been one hundred years ago. Days later, he had become an S-Class mage, considered the strongest in the whole land. He constantly trained, delighting in his new power. He went undefeated for a long time. And sad to say, he became power-hungry, wanting more.

And then came that fateful day. He met the love of his life. She showed him the truth. The power of love. He still trained for more power, but now with a different purpose.

With a chuckle, he recalled how that had been the day when he had first suffered defeat, even with his powers.

He turned his eyes to the side.

"You know, young one, I can easily sense you?"

Naruto walked out from behind the tree he had been hiding behind. He had felt something was up, and went to investigate. Everyone else was sound asleep, but Naruto had noticed Ari was nowhere in sight. Naturally, he had wanted to know what was going on.

And here they were now. Naruto was standing in front of Ari, attempting to comprehend what he was feeling. He hadn't felt it for a long time. At least, not from someone other than himself.

With narrowed eyes, he asked Ari.

"Old man, where exactly did you learn to channel natural energy?"

Ari scratched his chin, choosing to ignore the barb at his age, his eyes growing interested in what Naruto had just said.

"To think that one other than myself could do so. Young one, it seems we have much to discuss."

"So, what you're telling me is, that you simply wanted to be surrounded by nature, and therefore, you meditated every day, trying to harness the Eternano. Then, one day, suddenly, you simply did so?"

Ari nodded. "Essentially. But you seem disbelieving."

"You could've turned into a toad!"

"Eh? Is that so? Well, then I am very glad that I didn't. But that leads to the question of how you know all this?"

Naruto lowered his head. He didn't wanna mention how exactly he had learned how to channel natural energy. But the old man seemed very excited, and Naruto didn't have the heart to just say no.

"My master taught me."

Ari's eyes widened.

"So there are three people who are able to do this?"

Naruto shook his head, smiling forlornly.

"No. Jiraiya-sensei died. As far as I know, there's only me and you."

Ari bowed his head, placing his hand on Naruto's shoulder.

"I'm sorry, child. I did not mean to bring up sad memories."

Naruto grinned. "Nah, it's fine. I can't live in the past, you know? Gotta look forward, always. If I end up all sad and depressed, then I'll be soiling Ero-sennin's name."

"Ero-sennin?"

Naruto chuckled. "My nickname for Jiraiya-sensei. Cuz he was always a pervert and stuff."

"...Is that so."

Naruto reached into his pocket, pulling out a book. "If you don't believe me, just read this!"

It was a copy of Icha-Icha-Paradise. He was carrying it around with his copy of 'The Tale of the Utterly Gutsy Shinobi' when he had been sucked into that odd wormhole.

Ari read a few pages quickly, and began blushing. This was...this was...it simply couldn't be!

He handed it back to Naruto, who put it back into his pocket.

"So, what'd you think?"

"...The world has lost one of the manliest of manly men. We must publish this book so all men can be blessed with the glory of the Great Gods."

Naruto sweatdropped. That certainly hadn't been what he was expecting.

'...Are all the old men I know freaking pervs?!'

'I would seem so, brat.'

"Boss, duck!"

The voice of his clone reached Naruto's ears just in time, and following its instructions, he ducked, barely dodging a huge wave of flame that was shooting at him from behind.

Standing back up, he found the time to yell at his foe.

"You crazy bitch! This is a spar! Not an all-out deathmatch!"

His foe, Kaname, for once, actually kept her cool, and smirked.

"Well, I guess Fiore mages are really weak. Pussy."

"...How long did it take you to plan, and actually wait for the right time to use that comeback instead of blowing up like you usually do?" Naruto deadpanned. It had been about a month since they had first met together, so Naruto felt that he knew her attitude and mannerisms well enough by now.

Not much had really happened in the month. They were currently following orders to simply get to know each other better. Today would be the last day of that. After that, they would finally be under-taking missions. Naruto felt like a Genin again.

'...Wait. I never even made Chuunin. So I'm already a Genin...Fuck!'

Going back to reviewing the month, they had each paired up with each other multiple times, and in many different fake job situations that they would possibly have to deal with.

The biggest thing that had happened was when Gildarts arrived. Apparently, he had been far off, and on his mission, when he had received special re-call orders from Makarov. That was the reason he had arrived so late to join the team.

Frankly, Naruto really liked Gildarts. He was a funny guy. He was also very chill, and laid back. Naruto found that cool, but sometimes, Gildarts seemed to get pretty careless. Like, this one time, he put his hand on a tree, and the tree just shattered.

Naruto shivered, remembering that particular incident. Kami forbid he do that to a person.

"Bastard..." Kaname ground out very slowly, through clenched teeth.

Naruto looked at her, watching as fire literally erupted from her eyes.

"I'm gonna kill you!"

BOOM!

Naruto jumped to the side to avoid the whip of flames that had been sent his way, rolling as he landed on the ground.

"Stay still!" Kaname yelled, repeatedly firing out bullets of fire at high speeds in attempts to hit him.

Naruto was using every form of acrobatics he had in his arsenal to avoid the bullets. He was dodging in all directions, and through many different ways. Ducking, diving, bending, dancing- as long as it made sure he didn't get hit, he would use it.

Unfortunately, Kaname took this personally. She felt like the little blond bastard was showing off now.

"You think you're too good to use your magic? Huh?! Is that it?! Well, then I'll make you use it!"

Naruto's eyes widened.

"Oh shit!"

Kaname raised her hands above her heads, a ball of fire materializing in them. Slowly it grew larger, before it reached the mass of a small house. Slowly, but surely, Kaname compressed it to the size of a ball.

That was one of Kaname's strongest points- her supreme control of her magic, and also the sheer volume of it. Despite her hotheadedness, she was fearsome in battle due to these two simple facts. Hell, Naruto could have used Sage Mode, and she would probably have more than enough magic to face him head on for hours on end. Shockingly, Sui had been the one to have worse control. It was ironic, especially when considering both of their attitudes in actuality.

Of course, if you out-planned her, she was more or less stuck. Not to mention the fact that with Naruto's own inhumane stamina and endurance, coupled with Sage Mode, and Kyuubi's chakra should he use it, he could more or less outlast Kaname fairly easily. However, he didn't quite feel the need to test that out.

"Die," She said simply, holding her hand out, the tiny ball the size of a tennis ball facing him.

However, before she fired, she was interrupted.

"How come you're going so hard on Naruto, shitty fire girl?"

Without even turning her head, she threw her hand to her left side, pointing it at Ari's grandson, Kurosuke.

"You wanna die first?"

Those two always did this. Kurosuke had a lot of fun picking on Kaname, calling her fire weak. Kaname seemed naturally angered by Kurosuke's magic as well, calling his Destruction Magic a rip off of Fire Magic. This usually led to one of their arguments, which seemed to happen every day.

"Who would want your shit fire anyway?"

"Oh, yeah?! Fire made mankind evolve! Your explosions do jack shit!"

Looks like one had started just now.

Looking around himself, Naruto attempted to sneakily get away. If this was gonna happen, he would rather not get caught up in her anger, which luckily, seemed to be focused at Kurosuke at the moment.

"Don't you dare leave, Uzumaki! I'm not done with you yet!"

And there went that great idea.

"I don't get why you guys fight every day. Seems kinda useless, don't you think?" Naruto asked honestly. Apparently, those two didn't like that.

They both stopped whatever they were saying mid-sentence, turning to look at him.

"You calling me useless, Uzumaki?"

"Teme!"

Kurosuke also seemed to have this love-hate relationship with him. He liked him as a rival, but always felt Naruto was superior due to his closeness with Katsumi, who Kurosuke had a crush on. It was like with him and Sasuke, except this time, he was Sasuke, and he actually enjoyed the company of the girl "Naruto" was obsessed with.

"Woah! Hold up there! I'm not calling anyone useless!" Naruto hurried to explain with wide eyes. If those two actually decided to team up...He didn't wish to even finish that thought.

"Kurosuke...Let's kill this fucker first. Then I'll deal with you after."

"I was just about to say the same thing!"

Now, Kaname's Fire Magic was strong on its own. But coupled with Kurosuke's explosions, they made quite the pair to face off against. It was supremely annoying, and Naruto had no doubt that they could beat him, even if he went all out against the duo, because their own all outs just seemed to mix so well. They hated each other, but had impeccably natural teamwork. Not to mention they were ridiculously strong.

Kaname, still holding her little fire ball, shot it at Naruto. It came out at a beam of highly condensed energy, shooting at Naruto, who couldn't do anything.

"Compressed Death!"

BOOM!

A huge explosion rocked out as it connected with Naruto, sparks and smoke flying in all directions. When Kaname called it Compressed Death, she really meant it. Any normal person hit by the attack would be vaporized, or atleast severely burnt. Of course, it could be blocked, with a strong enough barrier. Such as the one Naruto was standing behind right now, courtesy of Sui.

Naruto stood behind a giant water wall that had protected him from Kaname's attack.

Looking behind him, he spoke with a grin.

"You know, I could've escaped. But still, thanks for the save, Sui!"

Sui stood with his arms crossed, lightly smiling as well.

"I just felt it would be unfair to face those two, especially when they're angered."

Sui and Naruto had become close friends over their one month period of knowing one another. They didn't really know how. They had just hit it off. Naruto was glad they did. Their partnership was similar to Kaname's and Kurosuke's, yet so different; they definitely did not hate each other, but their magics coincided very well.

'Can you use me?'

'...No. You're crazy.'

'Kid, ever since learning to handle my power, you haven't bothered to even fight with me even a little. Sure, I get you're all worried about me eating you alive, but I still need you to defeat Madara, so I can assure you I won't do that. Atleast not until you've soundly defeated and killed that blasted human.'

'Yeah, but these guys don't even know about you. So no. Tell you what- I'll use a little of your chakra next time I get a major battle, and no one's around.'

'Really?'

'Probably not. I already told you- I wanna get stronger on my own power.'

'Tch,'

With that, Kyuubi retreated back into his little cage of happiness, positivity, and extremely bright sunshine to play house with his unicorn, stuffed toys, and pretty dolls.

Naruto shook his head, and focused back on the current task on hand. The smoke had compressed into a ball in front of the wall.

"That's Kurosuke's doing, isn't it?"

Sui nodded.

"A, B?"

Another nod.

Naruto grinned.

The ball hovered until it was just in front of the wall, and exploded outward, trying to pierce the wall from one small point. It succeeded quite wonderfully.

The water lost its cohesion as the technique blasted through it. Sui made no attempt at re-inforcing the water, letting it collapse harmlessly in front of them.

Naruto and Sui burst forward, running directly at Kaname and Kurosuke, whom both were charging up their respective magics.

"Fire Magic: Blood Sea!"

"Smoke Magic: Ignition Cloud!"

"Wind Magic: Spearhead!"

"Water Make: Drill!"

"So, what'd you need, old man?"

Naruto was currently facing a Communications Lacrima, using it to talk with Makarov. It was the day after their battle royale, and he was currently resting. In the end, no one had really won. They called it a tie, deciding to continue later. Makarov had wanted to talk, and that's what he was doing.

"Nothing much. Thought I'd check up on you, see how it's going and all."

Naruto grinned. "It's awesome! Everyone's pretty cool. Though Laxus always seems pissed off."

Makarov sighed. "He used to be so happy as a kid."

Sensing Makarov didn't wish to talk more about the subject, Naruto moved on, hoping to change the subject.

"Anyway, I had some questions."

Makarov shook his head momentarily, and placed his attention back on Naruto.

"Go ahead."

"Well, first off, why aren't there more S-Class mages from Fiore here? Like Erza, or Mystogan. Or other members of the Wizard Saints?"

Makarov nodded understanding.

"I can see why you might be confused. You see, while it would be great to have them, it also wouldn't look good on our part. It would be saying as if that the other countries are weaker, not having enough S-Class mages to spare. Not to mention, we also need to hold some back to complete jobs and keep the economy flowing steadily."

Naruto's mouth formed an 'O' shape, showing that he understood. He honestly did. Shinobi politics often ran in similar ways after all.

Naruto stood up blearily as he was shaken awake roughly by Ari. Looking outside, it looked to be about two in the morning, making Naruto wonder what the urgency was.

"Quick. Get ready, and head to the conference room," Saying that, Ari left.

That was another thing that was new. They actually now had a headquarters that they had hand built for themselves. There were rooms for everyone, as well as extras for future members. The conference room was actually the basement, which they had made for emergencies. The fact that they were actually using it at this time meant that whatever had happened, was extremely important.

Naruto rushed into his connected bathroom, splashing water onto his face and throwing on his regular outfit, as well as grabbing his equipment pouches.

Making sure everything was in place, he left to the conference room.

Upon arriving, he noticed mostly everyone sitting around the table. Kaname was not present, along with Gildarts. They didn't have to wait long however, Kaname arriving seconds later, yawning massively, followed by Gildarts who was rubbing his neck.

Naruto turned to Ari. Something was definitely up if they were waking at this time of night.

"What's up?"

He rubbed his eyes stressfully.

"About an hour ago, we received a report from the Council of an entire village being burned to the ground. There were few survivors, and even their chances of survival are low."

"That's horrible..." Katsumi whispered. She had experienced her own share of Dark Guilds, and home villages being destroyed by them. She had even lived the majority of her life hunting them down.

"We are to investigate, and eventually, find the culprits, and bring them before the Council for trial."

The End

And here's Chapter 12. Hope you guys enjoyed the fight scenes for it. Or atleast, part of the fight scene. I wanted to write more for the fighting, but I decided not to, cuz I don't wanna reveal too much. Just a little teaser I suppose.

As for the OCs, if you have a problem with them, that's you're deal. You should be aware that I'm not going to just be re-writing the whole plot of Fairy Tail, but with Naruto just inserted in there. Therefore, I will be making use of OCs, to make for more epic battles of awesomeness.

Read my other story as well- Lelouch: Second Coming of the King, and leave a review :)

Review for this as well, cuz I like reviews ^_^

HokagenoNaruto, out.
