Rogan and G stepped out from the facility. It was night time with stars in the dark sky. 'What a beautiful sight. If only we don't have to deal with these things...' Rogan could only wonder what would happen if the state of the world didn't turned out this way. He would at least spend more time with his family.

"Thanks...for taking care of Lisa." Rogan said. G shook his head. "Actually, she did a pretty good job taking care of herself.". G glanced back at the building. "...but Rogan...do you think this will change anything?". "It's their future. Maybe nothing will change. Maybe everything will be different." Rogan sighed in relief. "We've done our part. The rest is up to them, to believe in themselves and walk their own path."

G smirked at the last sentence. Lisa was right, her father always said that. "Believe in themselves, eh? Lisa started to sound a lot like you.". That made Rogan gaped. "Wait a minute...Is that your idea of a joke?" G shrugged as if he was saying 'Well, yeah. That's just me.'". Rogan chuckled a bit. "Heh...I guess things are already starting to change..."

...

Daniel followed Lisa out of the building. A familiar chill echoed back to Daniel when he saw the old entrance. The same place where he first saw corpses and heard the cold voice of the Moon. He remembered those feelings well. The fear of alone, fear of being hurt and...fear of death. Those...were in the past and still remained there.

Daniel looked further in to the distance. It looked like a desert...and further away was completely dark. The Wheel of Fate's words whispered at the back of his mind. "You will not survive out there...". He paused. Doubt...it came back. He had been staying in the facility for years. The world outside had changed...a lot. He didn't know what other horrors were waiting for him. The Wheel of Fate was destroyed which was great. He did what he had to do...but what if he really couldn't survive out there?

"What's wrong?"

His eyes met with Lisa's. The teen probably noticed that Daniel stopped following her. All of the sudden, his doubts disappeared. Rogan did told him that there were still other survivors...Lisa and G did showed up to rescue the guy. They could use his help. He had to...since all of the damage that the Wheel of Fate had done was for him. The Wheel of Fate was an evil production made by human hands and he would make sure that no one would make any more abominations. He knew that they have to leave this facility but...

"Lisa...Could you wait for a second?"

...Daniel turned back to the facility for one last look. 'This place was my whole life.'. Staying in the facility for nineteen years was a really bad experience but he grew up there. It was quite funny that when someone hated something so much, when it was time to leave...that someone ended up missing it. That situation wasn't so different that much. He knew...that someday he would be back here if something happened.

His father...went through a lot to bring him here. He wanted to save his life...and he did it. 'Good bye, father. I won't let your efforts go to waste. If humans went down the wrong path again...I'll come back...to this place.'. Daniel turned back to Lisa. "Sorry. Let's go.". He was ready to move on.

"Man, I'm so glad to go home right now." Lisa sighed as she reached her hand in to her pants pocket. "Hey...where is my...Oh, never mind. It's probably in the car.". "What is it?". "The car keys. Oh, wait. G drove us here. Probably, it's with him." Lisa spotted her car right outside the gate. "Ah, there it is. That's our ride back ho-"

Suddenly, the car drove off, making Lisa confused. "...Wha? Hey, Dad!" She was about to run after the car when she heard someone called her. "Lisa? What's wrong?". Both Lisa and Daniel turned around...and they were surprised to see Rogan and G behind them. Daniel glanced back to the car and then back at Rogan. 'If all of them are here...then who's driving?'. "What?" Lisa was stunned for a moment...then she cocked her gun and ran after the car. "L-Lisa? Lisa, wait!" Daniel ran after her.

"HEY! That's my car, you slimy bastards!" she yelled. "Say your prayers!"

There was a faint smile on Daniel's face as he tried to catch up with Lisa.

'Well, here we go...'

...back in the chamber...

S-S-SUBJECT: WHEEL OF FATE T-000. STATUS: TERMINATED. S-SECURING SUBJECT FAILED

...EJECT SAMPLE 'D-13'.

A small vial with a faint blue DNA stand fell on the cold floor. There was someone in black suit waiting in the shadows. He limped out from the shadows and picked the vial up. He stared at the glowing DNA strand and grinned.

"It appears that he didn't understand its true purpose." the man laughed as he left the chamber and disappeared in to the shadow. "This wasn't supposed to help your son, Curien. It never was.". The emergency lights blinked rapidly.

"You shouldn't have left this place, Daniel...but don't you worry. Soon, we'll meet...again."

The lights went off and a cold laughter echoed through darkness...
