Bonnie shook her head. "You won't succeed Damon, so just stop," Bonnie said.
"I can't believe you," Damon said angrily. "This is really low even for you."
Bonnie tried to mask away what she was feeling right now and just pretended she hadn't heard him.
"Do you want to sleep with him?" Damon said aloud.
He knew he had struck a nerve there and he could see the rage quickly fill in her eyes. She was going to milk this for all it was worth.
"Of course I do," she said and watched the shock spread over Damon's face. She really thought his eyes were going to fall out of their sockets at that point.
"I'm going to tell Elena," Damon said, watching as her eyes narrowed at him. Her nose flared and she balled her hands into fists.
"Whatever, go ahead!" Bonnie yelled, walking away for him. Then she turned around and said, "If you want to join us, you can."
Damon looked at Bonnie and was shocked by the way she was acting.
He raced over to her before she got in her car. "Why are you doing this?"
"I made it perfectly clear to you that I'm doing this, for Elena."
"This is not the way. How about we steal it from him, or make a plan to kill him."
"No Damon, I'm doing it his way."
"Why did he choose you?"
"What is that supposed to mean?"
"I didn't mean it like that. He could have made the plan with Elena and asked her to sleep with him. What's his motive? What if he has an ulterior motive to kill you?"
"Well, at least I tried. Be grateful that he didn't ask Elena."
She got in her car and sped away before Damon could say anything that might make her change her mind.
"She what?" Elena said, her eyes bugging out at what Damon had just told her.
"Yeah, so tomorrow she plans on sleeping with him to get the cure," Damon said, nodding, "I mean no one can say she's not a great friend but I don't think she's all right in here," Damon said, pointing to his head. "Are you sure she's not crazy?"
"I'm going to talk to her right now," Elena said, putting on her coat. Damon and Elena drove in silence and they sighed at the same time as they reached Bonnie's house. They knocked on her door and listened but they didn't hear anything.
"I'll make sure," Elena said, opening the door with a spare key Bonnie's dad had given her eons ago. Elena quickly searched the house as Damon waited outside. He couldn't believe he still hadn't been invited to Bonnie's house and he'd known her how many years now?
Elena came out, looking saddened and she shook her head at Damon.
"The mansion then," Damon suggested.
They sped over to the mansion frantically and banged on the door emphatically as if it was their only refuge.
The door opened and there Rebekah stood, looking bored. "If it isn't Elena. Has the world stopped revolving around you yet?"
Her eyes looked at Damon, as if bored and she said, "And her blue-eyed puppy. Are you guys lost or something?"
"We're looking for Kol," Elena said but she sounded demanding.
"Oh, you like him now? And Elijah too? I mean how many more relationships do you intend on ruining?" Rebekah questioned.
"Shut up," Damon said. "We need to find Kol now."
"What has my darling brother done now?"
"Darling?" Damon said, quirking an eyebrow, "more like conniving."
Rebekah looked at them mischievously. "He's not here but come in. Pray, do tell."
They sat on the couch as Damon told Rebekah everything. She laughed when he was finished. "He's obviously lying. That's not the cure because if it was he would've given it to me a long time ago. Let me tell you this. Kol has always been fond of witches. He was always away running with them and I guess he's very much into Bonnie since he's heard so much about her through Jeremy. Wow my brother," she said, laughing at her brother's antics. "The lengths he would go to for someone he fancies."
Damon and Elena looked at her not very much amused as she smiled back at them. "Don't worry," she said as she took in their expressions, "he would never hurt Bonnie."
"So what does he want?"
"Why it's so blatant and kind of desperate," Rebekah said with a wide smile. "Kol always did like to play."
"Look this may not be serious to you," Elena said, "but I don't want Bonnie doing this for me."
"For you?" Rebekah said, "Did you ever think that Bonnie may want this?"
"Yeah because Bonnie was wishing for this every day of her life," Damon said sarcastically.
Rebekah smirked at this. "Just because Bonnie doesn't want you Damon doesn't mean she would never want a vampire. Kol would take good care of her by the way. He's always loved magic since we were young and out of all of us he had a knack for it."
"You're joking right now, aren't you?"
"We Originals are so much fun. It's the reason you hooked up with me," she reminded him.
Elena sent her a death glare. "Don't worry about your friend," Rebekah said, getting up.
Damon and Elena got up and looked around the expansive living room. "Do you know where he might be?" Elena practically begged.
"I have no idea and I'm not my brother's keeper, but like I said, Bonnie is going to be grinning by the time she comes back."
Damon was going to slap her, he really was, but Elena held him back as Rebekah continued to grin as she led them out.
Meanwhile Bonnie looked out her window and watched as the houses got tinier. Kol sat next to her and watched her as she took everything in. "You've never been in a private jet I take it?"
Bonnie shook her head as she looked at everything, but ignored him. She finally looked at him when one hand rested on her knee.
"Relax," he said, squeezing her knee gently. She tried to lighten up but she couldn't ignore that tingling feeling that raced from her knee throughout her whole body.
"Kol, why did you choose me?" she asked lowly.
"What a foolish question. Why not you?" Kol said and gave her a wink.
"But Elen-''
"What about her? Kol said, rolling his eyes. "I desire you," he said, looking at her intently and that gaze made her feel like she had just taken a turn in a roller coaster.
"Can we go back?" she said, looking him in the eyes for the first time to see if there was any hint of anger in them.
She was taken aback by his words. "Anything you want."
Kol sped away to talk to the pilot and he was back in a couple of seconds.
He sat next to her, enjoying the warmth she radiated and she really was lovely he thought. He couldn't for the life of him believe that she was single now, but he considered himself lucky and this chance he had would definitely not be squandered. Under his intense gaze, Bonnie did not want to lock eyes again with him for fear that she might fall under his spell.
"Kol," she asked while looking out the window, "if that's the cure then why haven't you taken it?"
Kol had not expected this question from her but he decided that he didn't like not being looked at. "Bonnie, look at me."
She hesitated before she turned her head in his direction. Now that they were looking each other face to face Kol was about to divulge a secret.
"The cure would not turn me back to what I really was," and he paused for effect. He saw the confusion line her brows and he continued. "The cure would only make me human, but I was a warlock. A talented one at that. You see that's why I ran with witches because I could no longer be one at least I could be close to them and impart what I knew about magic to help them. I miss being a witch, and I don't want to be human. Being human is so boring. If I had to categorize it I would put witch at the top, vampire in the middle and human at the bottom."
"How is it even possible?" Bonnie asked surprised. She could sense the vulnerability in him as he told her the story, sense the sadness of his loss, and most importantly sense the resentment about what he was now.
"Well, my mother was a witch and I just had a knack for it."
The jet landed and Bonnie couldn't keep her eyes off of him. She was trying to imagine him performing spells, moving objects, using a locater spells.
Kol led Bonnie into the mansion and they were surprised to find it empty. He watched her as she took in the mansion. Her jaw was almost to the floor as she admired the massive living room, blinding chandeliers and pristine crystal objects that lined the mantle.
She saw a bracelet placed there and she was going to touch it when Kol took her hand. "Don't touch that darling. It's cursed."
"What?" Bonnie said, taking back her hand.
Kol grinned like he had said the most wonderful news. "Put the bracelet on and it will make you go mad," he said. "You'll be begging me to chop off your wrist."
He led her to his bedroom and he heard her gasp as she saw the California King bed with red silk sheets.
"Kol, is it really the cure?"
"No it's really not, but I had to try."
"Why do all of this then?" she said.
"Did I mention I really hate Damon."
"Me too," she said.
"You see we have that in common," Kol said, sitting at the foot of the bed.
"Well, we have more than that in common," Bonnie said. She couldn't believe that Kol was once a witch and for some reason she wished he still was. "So, what do we tell Damon?"
"Tell him. Why do we have to tell him anything?"
"Well you know how annoying he can be."
"We'll think of something then," Kol said.
Bonnie yawned and she fell back on the bed. She was tired and she stretched her arms.
"We don't have to," Bonnie said, indicating the bed.
"No darling, unless you want to," Kol said.
She shook her head and Kol walked out. She fell back on the comfortable bed and her eyes fluttered closed.
"This can maximize your orgasm tenfold," she heard him say. Bonnie could feel the liquid being rubbed against her clit and the tingly feeling that started to submerge her whole body. She saw Kol above her with the biggest erection she had ever seen, but she wanted in her so badly, however, she wasn't going to beg. He opened her folds and rubbed his penis against her at a steady pace. This time the pace was faster and unremitting. As he continued to stroke with his dick, he whispered in her ear. "Tell me you want it inside you."
"Never," she gasped and was shocked when he stilled. A finger gently massaged her clit and Bonnie began to squeeze his penis still at her folds.
Bonnie gasped as she woke up from the dream and for a while she forgot where she was. The dream had been so real. How long had she been asleep? and most importantly where the hell had Kol taken her? She had to ask him she decided as she made her way to the bathroom.
What the hell am I going to do? How am I going to get back home? And what the hell was I thinking when I got on that stupid jet with Kol?
"Darling, are you okay?" Kol asked outside her door.
"Yeah, I'm in the bathroom," she yelled, turning the lock of the bathroom door.
"How could she be so stupid," Damon said to Elena.
Elena passed her hand through her hair. "We'll contact Lucy and ask her to do a locator spell for us."
Damon bit his lip it almost burst. "Yeah, I agree," he stated.
Meanwhile, Bonnie started to chewing her nails as she contemplated her big mistake.
Hey guys! I'm back to writing again since this is taking a toll in NYC right now. I'm thinking of updating The Doppelganger Case soon, but even I have to reread my own stories again to think back to what I was thinking at the time. Remember to stay safe and I hope this offers you a little distraction from all the bad stuff going on right now. Hope you enjoyed.
