Her hand in Naruto's Orihime ground her teeth together as another contraction ripped through her body. She didn't think it would hurt his much! Once it passed she took a few deep breaths. "Oh man this really hurts."

Reaching up and putting a hand on her forehead, Naruto smiled down at her. "I know but it is going to be worth it in the end right?"

Nodding as she held her breath and clenched her teeth again, Orihime squeezed Naruto's hand. This was the absolute worse pain ever that she has felt. Even when she was hurt by the arrancar it didn't hurt this much. But she also knew, she wanted to do this many more times. Not just this one. She wanted a big family!

"Let's see where you are at?"

Nodding as she sat next to Orihime on the other side, Tatsuki held her other hand. She always knew that Orihime would end up married with kids before anyone else. Going back and forth to visit, everyone had girlfriends, Ichigo married last year. But even just last month no one else was in as deep as Orihime.

Once the nurse was done she stood up and smiled. "You are almost ready. It won't be too much longer now."

As the nurse left, Tatsuki laughed as she poked Orihime on the nose. "See there ya go. Not too much longer now."

"I can't wait." Smiling as she was breathing hard, Orihime rolled her head toward Tatsuki. "You are next you know."

Blinking as her face turned red, Tatsuki just looked at her. "What in the hell are you talking about Orihime that I am next?"

Laughing as she winked at her, Orihime smiled. "Just what I said. Sakura is pregnant with her third, Ino has Shikako, Risa is pregnant, Tenten has Keiko, Hinata has Hikaru, and I am having my twins now. You and Yume are the only ones that need to start a family."

Dropping her head as her face flushed, Tatsuki groaned. "Do you have to bring that up right now Orihime. You know how I am."

Walking back in the room, Ino blinked as she moved to sit next to Tatsuki. "What is going on?"

Smiling at Orihime's laugh and Tatsuki's groan, Naruto once again wiped sweat from Orihime's forehead. "She is telling Tatsuki that she and Yume now need to have kids and named off everyone else and who they had, or were having. Including Hinata."

Laughing as she crossed her arms, Ino smiled. "I agree with her. And I think for Tatsuki who seems to be anti-emotion sometimes, and Sai who is indifferent most of the time cause he is still learning. I think it would be a good thing if they had twins. Both twins loving emotion showing kids."

"You want me to rip that blond hair off your head? I want kids, but I am not sure about twins." Her eyes glaring, Tatsuki looked up at her. "I still remember about a year ago when you and Shikamaru had me and Sai watch Shikako for you for a while. He was two, and nearly drove me insane. I don't think I could handle two of them."

But then all eyes turned to Orihime as she groaned and gripped their hands even tighter. This was a really bad one. "This one….really really…..hurts….."

Jumping and running to the door, Ino grabbed the nurse and brought her in. "You need to check her again."

His eyes wide and full of worry as this contraction seemed to be lasting longer than any others. Naruto couldn't move. "Is she okay?"

Her eyes about popping out of her head, the nurse gasped. Not only in the couple of minutes since she left the room has she went from eight to ten, but she could already feel a head coming through! "I will be right back!"

Starting to stand up, Naruto wanted to know what she gasped about but when she squeezed his hand even more he stopped. "What was that about Ino?"

Shaking her head Ino moved so that she was next to Orihime's head as she brushed her hair from her face. "I don't know what…."

All eyes looked up to see the doctor and two other nurses rush back in. Naruto's eyes were wide. "Doctor what…."

Smiling at him, the doctor shook his head. "She was just shocked at how fast she went from almost ready to being ready and feeling one of their heads coming through already." Turning his head to Orihime, the doctor smiled as the nurses help to lift her legs. "It's time honey. Whenever you are ready to push.

Nodding her head, Orihime groaned as she took a deep breath and wasted no time in giving one strong push. Then a second and she could feel some pressure leave her body. A second later, a cry! As a tear rolled down her face she felt that same pain come right back! "Here comes the other one!"

Handing the baby boy off to the nurse, the doctor turned around in time for Orihime to push. On the third push this time he had another baby in his hands, a baby girl. Turning to give her to another nurse he smiled as he turned back to check Orihime. "There you go, everything is just fine." Standing up as he looked at Naruto he smiled. "Lord Hokage?"

"What did we…have?"

As the nurses came back over with the babies, the doctor took his daughter and handed her to him. "Your daughter." He then handed their son to his mother. "Your son."

Sitting up again, Orihime smiled as she let tears gush from her face. "We go tone of each…"

Reaching over Orihime, Tatsuki did the same thing to the baby boy she had and pushed in on his nose. "So now you going to tell the names?"

Watching as the baby boy she held, that had his father's hair open his eyes to reveal her chocolate eyes she smiled. "We talked and talked and talked. We picked out two boy names, and two girl names. The names we picked out if we had one of each were, Kiyoshi and…."

Smiling as his daughter opened blue eyes to match his own, Naruto turned and gently handed her down to her mother so she could have both of them. "And Kiyoko. They are a perfect mix of us. She has your hair and my eyes, and he has my hair and your eyes."

Leaning her head into his shoulder as he sat down, Orihime laughed as she cried. "They are perfect. Even if they didn't look anything like us."

By that night, with her healing ability, Orihime and Naruto were back at home with their twins. Laying in their bed, they had them both between them. Kiyoshi between his sister and mother, Kiyoko between her brother and father. Tears once again spilling from her eyes, Orihime smiled as she looked down at her children. She never in a million years thought that she would ever have had twins. But here they were, and they were perfect.

"Orihime?"

Looking up at Naruto, Orihime sighed as she smiled and settled her head down on the pillow, one hand resting on her son, the other curled under her head. "Thank you Naruto."

Reaching over and wiping a tear from her face, Naruto smiled as he laughed. "Thank you for what?"

"For Kiyoshi and Kiyoko." Her eyes turning to the profile views of her children, Orihime took a deep breath. "Everything is perfect now. I have you, I have our children, and life is perfect right now. And I owe everything to you. So thank you."

Smiling as he watched as her eyes fluttered shut, Naruto sighed. "I love you Orihime. You never have to thank me. Just stay with me." When all she did was nod to him, Naruto turned his eyes to the twins in the bed next to him. Reaching out and running a finger over each of their foreheads, then the back of his hand down his wife's face, Naruto sighed. "But I have to agree with you Orihime. Right at this moment. Life is perfect."
