Fandom: Any Disney or Pixar Movie

Challenge Premise: Take any secondary character from any Disney/PIXAR Movie and change their personality drastically. How will this affect the story?

RULES:

The character must be SECONDARY and not part of the Big Three (The Main Hero, Main Villain, or Main Hero's Love Interest if Any). Sidekicks, Comic Relief and other characters are welcome.

The personality shift must be DRASTIC and not minor on part of the character.

Mushu (from Mulan): After his failure to help Fa Dane (the Headless Ancestor), Mushu suffered crippling self-confidence issues, and became meek and timid in response. How would this affect his efforts to help Mulan if the Ancestors sent him anyway?

LeFou (from Beauty & the Beast): What if, instead of a bungling fool, LeFou was a somewhat intelligent, long-suffering manservant who thinks his charge (Gaston) is an idiot and glutton for punishment?
