I watched Athena pace, muttering to herself. She really wanted to get to the Doors of Death (and I wasn't going to stop her) but I was strangely concerned for her.

Finally I couldn't take it.

"Athena." I said softly, she looked at me startled. I stood up and walked over to her. "We'll find Annabeth."

She looked into my eyes, and I realized that there was a tear running down her cheek. Somewhat hesitantly, I brushed it away. She didn't blink, instead she stared into my eyes.

Finally she whispered, "I hope so."

I stared into her stormy-gray eyes, and I felt something stir inside of me.

"Annabeth's lucky. She has you." I whispered.

Athena smiled slightly as she brushed my hair. Our noses were almost touched as well.

"Percy's lucky as well. I've never been a good mother." Athena whispered, now our foreheads were touching.

"You are." I whispered and she smiled slightly.

"Thanks you." She whispered, somehow her arms were wrapped around my neck, and my hands where wrapped around her waist, but she didn't seem to mind. In fact our lips where almost touching.

"What for?

"Always being there." She whispered.

I smiled slightly, when somehow her lips where pressed against mine.

Immeadiatly her hand was in my hair. She pulled down desparetly wanting more, her hands started to roam, as mine went up into her hair. Her hands pulled me as close as she could, as mine began to roam more freely.

I silently wondered if Aphrodite was helping her as she pulled down harder. Athena's kisses were as desparate as mine.

I didn't realizing that Athena's hands where trailing under my shirt. She licked my lips.

"Um..." A familar voice said, and we jumped apart and looked at Hermes. "Sorry..." Hermes said, blushing.

"It's okay." Athena said, she was also blushing.

"Err... Um... I've got some bad and good news." Hermes said, but now there was a spark in his eyes. Then Hades and Aphrodite came in.

"What is it?" Athena asked, sounding hopeful.

"Bad news or good news?" Hermes asked.

"Probably bad." I said.

"Okay. Well-"

Hades interrupted Hermes. "The bad news is that two spirits got lose, but they'll help with the war."

"Who?" Athena asked warily.

"Zoe Nightshade and Bianca di Angelo." I relaxed slightly.

"The good news?" I prompted.

"Percy and Annabeth's alive." Hermes said, smiling.

Athena and I looked at each other, our relief clear and then she pressed her lips against mine again.

When we broke apart everyone stared at us speechless.

"What?" Athena asked.

"I think, the whole camp is going to find out that you two are dating, and that the Aphrodite cabin is going to have a field day." Hades said smirking.

Should I continue? This is after HoH and during whatever the fifth book is. So, post House of Hades... I think it's post
